Blaze it
Hello, Tumblr. Today, we’re introducing Tumblr Blaze—a new way for you to throw some money at us in exchange for more eyes on your post. Blaze a post, and it will appear as a sponsored post on dashboards that follow you and those that don't, until it reaches the impressions you paid for (see below).
How does this work?
You’ll notice a new 🔥 button on your posts (if you’re over 18 and in the US, for now). Click it, and some options will appear:
Once we’ve approved your Blazed post, you won’t be able to edit it until the campaign is complete. After the fact, we’ll send you a nifty email with some stats on the engagement Blaze generated for your post.
A Special Offer!
But wait, there’s more. To celebrate the launch, we’re offering a special deal for one day only (expires 04/21/2022 00:00 EDT):
$4.20 for an estimated 1,000 impressions
$54.20 for an estimated 20,000 impressions
$420.00 for an estimated 150,000 impressions
Some notes:
Those of you who pay for ad-free browsing will not see Blazed posts—unless you want to. We’ll be adding an option for that soon.
You can Blaze a post on web if you’re over 18 and in the US.
We’re currently working on Blaze for mobile. Sit tight!
We’ll be rolling Blaze out to international territories soon. For now, Blazed posts will be visible to US folks only.

Who wrote this shit? was it supposed to be witty and relatable? Seemed trihard fail like when old people try to relate to their teenagers ‘HahE wE mAkE WEED jOke, ok, now give us money.’
