Perséphone, as locals call this city corner, is known for its ambitious photographic studio, a restaurant for the finest tastes, an antique shop, and a small palace that now hosts a cozy community centre. If you need a new ID or plan an interesting photoshoot, fancy a delicious meal, or perhaps just wander about with neighbours, Perséphone is there for you.

I always wanted to make a photo studio using the game assets, and now's the time. This Haussmann-style building was inspired by Café de Flore created by V1ND1CARE.

An alternative to Les Grâces Rouges, here is a smaller Brat Club, with the theme clearly inspired by Charli XCX. While the architectural studio is not that much functional, I believe it can be an office of your own if you decide to purchase the lot and rip off miserable locals trying to have some fun. ;) Enjoy.

Bonjour, wie gehen Sie? I am glad to share my quarter of various tenements crated on a single lot. This place consists of: a restaurant, a tropical bar with drinking section, two different coffee houses, an imaginary travel agency, a pharmacy with a very small lab, a lyceum/small theatre, a book shop, and a grocery store, as well as one empty flat upstairs. All in one.

This is a community lot. I playtested its copy to make sure everything functions as it should; had to put chairs outside the restaurant diagonally so that its staff doesn't serve you food in a bar next door or something. Inspired by architecture found in cities of Wrocław, Gdańsk, Toruń and Lviv; imagination used to improvise.
