This year for Simblreen I wanted to throw a little Medieval Fantasy into the mix. This set is inspired by Comedia dell'Arte, the Italian Rennaissance, and Italian Carnevale. Cause bitches love a Masquerade (it's me, I'm bitches).
Along with this set of CAS CC I've also made a point and click adventure game! In theory you should be able to play it as long as tumblr stays alive. Check that out here!
This set comes with 11 unique Masquerade Masks, a Headpiece, a Ring, as well as a brand new outfit for the Masc Frame.
Because your actions have consequences.
If you've already played the game and collected the CC (thank you!), you may want to re-download as all the masks have new thumbnails, and masc/fem tags have been adjusted to be less cumbersome in CAS.
There's more info and specifics on my patreon page, but I just wanted to say thank you for all the kind words, feedback, and assassination attempts.
Tag me if you play with any of it! I'd love to see what you get up to.
See you next year!
Today we have a couple of fun and much needed colourful outfits for the fellas. For some strange reason I recently needed all green outfits with a bit of a vintage yet quirky flair and decided to recolour some existing CC to suit my needs. And thus the EMERALD GENTS mini collection was born! Please note both ensembles are recolours so MESHES ARE REQUIRED.

This was originally intended to be a set of only two hairstyles, but as I discovered more and more that I thought was missing from the Sims, it ended up being a full collection of 14 items. These are based on hairstyles from about 1870-1890 and should work alright for each decade. It's far from perfect, but I think it's still a useful set β€
Includes:
Hair
BGC
36 Swatches
All LODs
All Maps
Teen to elder
Feminine frame
Updo section
This set has nine hairs: three buns, three buns with ringlets, and three ponytails with a bow. They come with curly, wavy, and straight bangs. They come in all 24 EA swatches, plus 12 of my own:
Accessories
BGC
32 Swatches*
All LODs
All Maps
Teen to elder
Feminine frame
Head decoration section
There are five accessories: a crown braid hairpiece, a tortoiseshell comb, a floral accessory, a bow, and a bow overlay for the ponytail. Most of these function best with the wavy and curly bun hairstyles. *Bows and florals come in my 32 swatches. Braids apply automcatically to the hairshade of the sim, and the comb comes in variations of tortoise, ivory, ebony, and mother-of-pearl.

I want to note that now that the summer holiday is over, I might not have much time to work on cc. This means I will post more infrequently, and probably smaller pieces going forward β€
The Saintsβ second and final album, End of the Line, was released in the winter of 1969. While their debut album had been a hit, End of the Line failed to achieve the same level of success, despite receiving local acclaim. The albumβs low sales can be attributed to the bandβs departure from their garage rock roots and their exploration of a swamp rock sound influenced by psychedelic rock. Notably, all songs on the album were written exclusively by band members.
Shortly after the albumβs release, The Saints disbanded due to creative and personal differences.

The hair comes in all 24 EA swatches and can be found in the short hair and updo section. All hair swatches have a plain white nightcap without the overlay.

The 1960s was a decade with a huge variety of fashion styles throughout its ten years - everything from the 1950s influenced silhouettes in the early 60s, to streamline mod fashion and the romantic medieval revival. One notable icon of the decade is, of course, the mini dress. The daring new garment wasn't just relegated to fashion forward women, as it quickly permeated into everyday outfits and by extension, wedding style. Modern brides cast aside traditional floor length gowns and long trains in favour of the new, free-spirited silhouette.
That wasn't to say long dresses went completely out of vogue. As the medieval revival fad grew in popularity, its influence in the bridal world was obvious. Gowns with high empire waists and billowing princess sleeves dominated wedding fashion, and paired perfectly with bouffant hairdos to create a truly unique style that captured the spirit of the 1960s. The floral of choice was the daisy and it could be seen in the bouquet, modeled into jewellery and even adorning hair.
For the 60s bridesmaid colour was all the rage. While pastels were still a popular choice, the bold colours of everyday fashion, such as bubblegum pink and vibrant teal, carried over into maid gowns. Colour blocking grew in popularity, thanks in large part to the mod craze sweeping the fashion world. Bridesmaid dresses could feature a top and skirt in two different yet still coordinated colours, which created a striking look for the bridal party. CC links under the cut.

While neo-classical style carried over from the previous decade, the 1810s saw an interruption to the clean and streamline silhouette of female fashion. The once pure line of a dress was now broken by increasingly excessive trims. Tubular skirts evolved into angled, triangular shaped garments and hems began to rise away from the floor. This new style of skirt was gathered at the back and the fullness was emphasised by the wearing of a bustle pad. The increasing cultural influence of romanticism was most evident in the growing fullness of sleeves. Gone were the soft sleeves of the previous decade and in their place came the exaggerated puff, the precursor to the ginormous gigot sleeve that would come into fashion in the 1820s.
The colour palette veered away from the light and pale fashions of the early 1800s and into one decidedly more bright and saturated. Textiles became more diverse, with firmer cottons and silks supplanting the draping fine muslins of the previous years. Overall, the easy fluidity of the early 1800s was replaced with a stiffer silhouette.
