Here's to chilling in the car because my anxiety can't leave me alone even in a mall, honestly this is the most upsetting to me. On top of that just close your eyes and imagine waking up every morning feeling dizzy, lightheadedness, fatigue, nausea, symptoms caused by IBS, shakiness, clumsiness, vision impairment oh and don't forget about the doom feeling you get now and again. Symptoms lasting for weeks at a time. Followed by your occasional panic attacks. This is the life of a diagnosed individual with general anxiety disorder.
