Another one in two weeks!

I'm feeling blue! S. Silvestre (Famalicão), a traditional Christmas race in Portugal. Wee walk organized by my gym, but a great fun with all the Christmas lights in town. Next year I want to be in the 10k race.

2018 goals I have been thinking about my goals for 2018 in health and exercise. They can't be too crazy or I'll give up the first week. - run 1000 kms (it's about 83 kms per month and I've made 60/month this year. I have to do in the summer what I can't get in the winter) - 1 trail run per month, since I fell in love with it (the last one in the picture with a crazy friend a made that day) - no white sugar until November (this will be especially difficult because of my summer vacation plans) - better control my food and do what my nutritionist orders, to lose the last stubborn weight - post more here. You guys are a great help and inspiration.

I am a teacher, and my students gave me 3 boxes of chocolate this Christmas. yeah 😋 But from January to November 2017 I didn't eat any white sugar and this year here I go again.

Tumblr keep asking me if I want to follow my own blog 🤔

One more trail race! It was supposed to be 12k but turned out to be +14k. Very cold and many ups and downs but it was cool. Kinda sore now.

Hi @fatmaninalittlesuit! Hello everybody! Having a real coffee before my morning run, still sore from my trail two days ago.

I'm missing out tumblr, I know. I've been training in the gym, running, and now I even do trails. I just don´t feel like posting so much lately.
