So I went and checked and Liam has, in fact, never been charged. Which is mad. Liam's been:
Arrested and deported for the ferry incident on the way to Amsterdam (1994)
Cautioned for possession of drugs, released without charge (1996)
Cautioned for grabbing a cyclist's shirt and dragging him alongside the car in which he was a passenger (1997)
Arrested for head-butting a fan in Australia and released on bail, he paid 60k to the fan after (1998)
Arrested for smashing a photographer's camera, got out on bail (1998)
Got investigated for allegedly groping a flight attendant on a plane to Brazil, police dropped the case after investigation (2001)
Arrested in Munich for assaulting an officer and property damage. At one point he was facing two years but obviously nothing happened, paid 50k on bail (2002)
So he has never been charged and cautions aren't necessarily on the record, so Liam could easily just not have a criminal record lmao.
Noel however has been charged for robbery, shoplifting and possession of drugs:
I was arrested a few times, for shoplifting, robbery, all of which fucking haunt me to this day. I’ve still got a police record. If you’re caught three times you pretty much know that you’re not destined for a life of crime.
