Akiba: This place is huge. They know there's only sixteen of us, right?

Tei: Do we know if we're the only group?

Akiba: I mean, I haven't seen anyone else. Plus, the rabbit thing wouldn't start its little speech until all of us were there, right? So, uh, that's gotta be all of us.

Tei: Yeah, true... that must be the kitchen over there.

Akiba: Probably. Can you believe there's no gum under these tables?

Tei: [dryly] Impressive.

Akiba: The entire place is pretty clean. [pause] Trash can.

Tei: Right. Tables, trash can, is that it?

Akiba: I mean... I'm not seeing much. Couple potted plants. How hard are we supposed to be investigating? Do we dig those up?

Tei: I mean, if it'll get us out of here, I'll dump out every fucking plant in the building.

Akiba: Pfft, right? I'm honestly thinkin' about just busting down a wall or something. Seems easier than trying to play a death game or whatever the hell.

Tei: Honestly.

Akiba: ...What's with the getup, by the way?

Tei: Huh?

Akiba: The overalls? They're uh... fun?

Tei: Oh- Yeah, uh- no need to pull punches, it's my work uniform.

Akiba: Oh yeah?

Tei: I work at a cafe. It's all pink and cutesy and shit, I dunno. It pays the bills. I'll wear whatever if they're gonna pay me above minimum.

Akiba: [chuckles] Fair enough, man. I like you.

Tei: Uh- Thanks.

Akiba: I'm gonna go see what I can find down the hall. I'll come grab you if there's anything cool.

Tei: Right. I'm gonna head back through the waiting room and see if there's anything there.
