This is a low-activity blog. I can go months at a time without posting. It doesn't mean I've abandoned it. Life and my motivation levels get in the way, unfortunately.
INBOX: 35 || DRAFTS: 18
Please don't ask for smut.
By default, I write things as gender ambiguous. You can request that the reader be a specific gender identity. I often find that I don't end up changing much when this is asked, but I suppose it depends on the prompt.
I'll do up to eight characters per request.
Requesting dark things with violence/blood is fine. Angst is fine as well.
Requesting completely goofy/stupid/shitpost-y things is fine.
Requesting something poly is fine.
Requesting platonic things (whether familial or friendly) is fine.
Don't be afraid to be specific! : )
With Resident Evil prompts in particular, if you don’t specify a game or movie alongside a character (e.g. 3 REmake Jill or WTRC Leon) then I’m just going to assume that you’re leaving it up to me to choose.
Games include any Resi title released between the original's debut in 1996 and now, even the non-canon ones. You can also ask for it to take place in the Dead By Daylight universe. Movies include all of the CG releases, the Anderson movies, and Welcome to Raccoon City.
There are few characters from RE I dislike, so even if somebody is not currently on the masterlist, I am probably open to adding them if asked.
Things I write:
Reactions. Send in something you'd like to see a particular character's reaction to (e.g. reacting to a reader with a particular interest/trait, reacting to a reader ending up in a particular situation). I'll write a bulleted list. If you want it to be platonic, please specify.
Headcanons. Send in specific or general headcanons you would like about one or more characters. I'll write a bulleted list.
Prompt-based x reader ficlets. Send in a scenario and I'll write a short fic about it. If you want it to be platonic, please specify.
Fluff alphabets. I can only do this once per character, but if I haven't done the character you want to see yet, let me know.
If you don't name one of these things in your ask, I'll just assume that you're leaving the format up to me.

A lil' something where reader is an old friend of Donna's. All inspired by this post.
Reader: gender ambiguous
Warnings: mild violence, mild blood, mentions of death
A week and a half. You've been living here again for a week and a half and it seems that even the village itself wants you to stop putting off the final thing remaining on your to-do list: visiting the Beneviento manor.
Years ago, when you were still a young child, you spent decent portions of your days there and on the property surrounding it, playing with Donna while her parents worked.
Aside from Claudia, you were the only person who would.
Those days are far in the past now, though. A lot of things have changed. Influenza took Donna's sister, then her parents went over the side of the rickety bridges that lead to their estate.
During the months that followed, a relative living on the outside helped whisk your family out of the village.
You missed Donna terribly, worried about her, but weren't old enough to do much about it.
The letters you tried sending never received any replies. Who knows whether they even reached her or not. A lot of personal mail struggles with making it in and out of the area.
And at this point, the years have rendered both of you practically strangers, haven't they? You haven't a clue whether Donna has any interest in a visit from you. Your parting had been abrupt, without warning or explanation, for both of you.
Maybe she'd rather never see you again, or simply has no interest. The possibility has firmly rooted itself in your mind, leaving you incredibly unsure about making the trek.
Oh, and top of all of that, Donna is a Lord these days.
You could hardly believe it when you first heard. Still couldn't. Donna is part of a noble family, yes, but it's difficult for you to imagine her regularly sitting in the same room as Lady Dimitrescu, Lord Heisenberg, and Lord Moreau, all of whom are wrapped in mystery and rightfully feared.
...Well, you suppose Donna has always been a bit of a mystery to most, who all preferred to point and whisper—you used to send them the nastiest glares your little babyface could muster—than try and get to know her, but intimidating like Heisenberg? Frightening like Lady Dimitrescu? There's no way.
You're taking a shortcut between a few trees to get home when the universe seems to say, hey, if you're so not afraid of Donna, then you really ought to take the time to visit already!
Your attention is drawn toward something white laying on the wet grass.
Slowly, you approach, looking around to see if anybody is nearby, but you find nothing. No owner. Nobody.
"...Hello, Ms. Angie. What are you doing all the way out here by yourself?"
As expected, the doll offers no response. You carefully pick her up and brush a few dead leaves off her wedding veil.
You're overcome with nostalgia and surprise as you look her over. The end of her dress has gotten a bit frayed and she has minor marks here and there, but she's still in decent shape. Especially considering how much she must have been through. You remember Donna taking her everywhere. Angie was a gift from her late father. When you first met, Donna only spoke to you through her. The doll was always a part of however you both decided to entertain yourselves, taking the part of a third (or fourth) friend, never just a character in your stories or games.
With all that being said, how did this one-of-a-kind sentimental comfort item end up seemingly abandoned here?
"Let's... try to get you back home, hm?" After scanning your surroundings once more, you fold Angie's limbs to fit her into the safety of your bag, shoulder it, and start on your way.
You haven't forgotten your way through Mist Valley, it seems. You hardly even have to think about which direction you're walking. A good thing, considering how preoccupied you are with what you're going to say to Donna, as well as the rapid pounding of your heart against your ribcage.
'...Relax, relax, relax...' you try to tell yourself, exhaling slowly.
You pause at a particular cluster of headstones near the elevator. "Hello, Claudia," you murmur. There used to be a single doll sitting beside her grave, but there's more than a handful now. All of them bear varying amounts of damage from the elements. "I've missed you as well... Sorry I didn't bring anything." Another slow exhale. "Next time I will." The dolls feel as though they're judging you. You look down at your boots. "I'm also sorry for not being there for Donna like I said I'd be... I didn't know I was leaving. Most people never leave."
You and your excuses.
You linger for a moment longer before heading to the red doors.
Right as you begin to open them, your bag inexplicably begins to move as though its contents are desperate for escape, knocking you straight out of your own head.
"What the—?!" You scramble to get it open, quickly withdrawing both hands when a sharp sting of pain shoots through one of your fingers. Almost like you stuck it in a mousetrap. You yelp. A few crows take off.
To your utter disbelief and alarm, Angie pops out, lanky limbs flailing all about.
She's moving.
Tiny fists beat against whatever parts of you they can reach. "You stupid bug brains!"
She's talking!
The shrill, nasally voice is very reminiscent of what Donna would give her, but there's no doubt it's coming out of Angie's own mouth. "If you don't take me back to Donna right now, I'm gonna murder—!"
"I'm trying to take you back!" you interrupt, still not quite believing what's transpiring.
The doll falls silent, her head swiveling around to meet your wide eyes with a slack jaw. There's a tiny smear of red glistening on her small teeth. Her stare is entirely lifeless and she has no eyelids to narrow, but you're certain you're being scrutinized.
'Donna is a Lord now,' crosses your mind yet again. 'More than human.'
Angie's mouth snaps shut with a CLACK. You instinctively curl your fingers in your palms. She shouts, "I remember you!"
"You... you do?"
"Where have you been, you big, huge idiot?! It's been forever! We thought we'd never see you again!" A thin finger jabs into your sternum like a sharpened pencil.
"Ow! Uh, I—"
"Why am I in your dumb bag? I wanna be carried properly!"
"I thought you'd be safer there..." you manage weakly. You doubt Angie is listening, however, as she's rather busy trying to climb out and onto you. You hesitate before taking her and settling her against your hip the same way one might a toddler.
"Better. Now, take me back!"
You attempt to continue the path you were already on, but Angie yanks on your shirt and points in the opposite direction. "No, she's this way!"
You comply and turn around. "How do you know...?"
"I always know where she is." She says this as if it is obvious. Then she falls quiet for a minute. Despite having known her as an inanimate object up until now, it unnerves you a bit. "She's too far to hear me, though."
Do Donna and Angie have some sort of mind connection, you wonder? Is that how Angie recognizes you from before she was alive? Why was she as lifeless as a regular doll when you grabbed her? What changed? Is there anything a gift from Mother Miranda can't do?
"...How has Donna been?"
The doll's eyes shift. "Busy! Super busy! On top of the dollmaking business, there's lots of important stuff she has to do for Mother Miranda. And lots of meetings. And papers. And stuff."
"Right. Right, of course. I'm not surprised. It must put a lot on your shoulders, being chosen." Donna probably has no time for an old friend who vanished when she was still a girl.
"I bet she'd love to take a break and chat with you!"
Or not. "Yeah?"
Angie nods rapidly. She begins snickering to herself. "Yeah! Speed it up, slowpoke! This way. C'mon."
You don't see Donna at first. You're expecting a pale face, perhaps her dark locks still strategically placed to cover the faded scar carved into her face, that flat black gaze like stone, but she's covered nearly head to toe in mourning garb. All you see is another bare tree recovering from winter until it's getting bigger, approaching you quickly.
You still.
She stills, shoulders slowly sinking, the veil obscuring the face you've dreamed of seeing again fluttering with her ragged breaths.
"Donna! Donna, see? See, I'm okay!" Angie squirms out of your hold and you let her. "I told you you'd like this surprise!"
Briefly, you think you see a glint of silver in Donna's hand. Something sharp. A knife, perhaps even scissors, but you blink and there is nothing there. Donna picks Angie up the same as you, inspecting her briefly before shifting her attention back to you.
You swear you can feel her eyes searching you and shift awkwardly.
"Hi." You lift your hand in greeting. "It's... been a long time."
"She says—" Angie cuts herself off abruptly. In the split second that follows, a hoarse whisper of a voice creeps down your spine like spider legs.
"You're here."
You have to remind yourself to keep using your lungs. "I just moved back. My family's house is gone, of course, but the Cadars? They're allowing me a room in their home in exchange for caring for their animals. They're getting too old to do it."
"You're staying?"
You nod.
"Why?"
"I... I missed it."
Silence passes. You continue.
"It's good to see you again. I wish we could've stayed in touch."
"I assumed you'd forgotten about me," Donna admits.
Your heart clenches painfully. "No. Never."
"Come over!" Angie demands. Donna stiffens, adding, "If you're not busy, that is. It would be nice to... catch up."
Your reply comes a little too fast. "I'd like that."
Things are different. Very different. But comfort remains in the familiarity that does linger. It's dangerously easy to fall. Back into it, into step beside Donna as you return home with her.

Warnings: violence, blood, gore, brief mention of infertility
A = affection (how affectionate are they? How do they show affection?)
Cassandra can be quite verbally and physically affectionate, even before you're properly together. She loves attention. Giving it. Receiving it. However! She will not let herself appear genuine or soft with you before that point.
Once you are together, for the most part, she still won't unless you're alone together.
Listen. She has a reputation to uphold. If some maid catches her telling you she loves you or cuddling you or whatever, they might get the bold idea that you aren't a special case and she won't slice them open for doing anything stupid.
B = body (what is their favorite part of their partner's body?)
Hmm... your pretty neck?
Great place to put her mouth, for one. Maybe sink her fangs in a little tiny bit. Maybe leave a few marks.
It's also where your best pulse points are located. Your wrists? Nice. Spot where your thigh meets your abdomen? Great. But nothing beats being able to bury her face against the side of your throat, and to so intimately hear and feel your blood pumping through your body. Especially if she's just finished getting you worked up.
Also a good place to put her face if she wants to inhale your scent.
C = cuddling (do they like to cuddle? How would they cuddle?)
Absolutely. Is she likely to admit that? No.
Cass doesn't even ask, usually. She just pulls you toward her. And if you're not already near, she'll pick your ass up and take you.
Her favorite position is to have you laying on top of her. Like a blanket.
She loves feeling your body heat and your weight on top of her.
She's also a fan of spooning you with your back pressed against her front.
Because she's bugs, being this close to her means you will be feeling the way her entire body seems to subtly vibrate.
D = dates (what do they like to do when they go on dates with you?)
Cassandra prefers to be outdoors with you, going on long walks, perhaps chasing you a little, enjoying lunch, maybe hunting together...
Unfortunately, she has to remain in the castle for a good portion of the year or suffer the pain of cold exposure, so a lot of those things often have to be inside.
Speaking of, those long months can get dreadfully boring, so if you have any fun indoor date ideas to spice things up, she's all for them!
E = emotions (how do they express emotion around their partner?)
Cass is not too difficult to read through her body language, which is nice since she doesn't like to blatantly tell you how she's feeling most of the time.
She is. Constantly moving. Always swaying and fidgeting depending on her mood.
Her flies behave differently. Her form vibrates in varying ways.
Cass is particularly happy to see you? Her flies are darting about more energetically and are all over you. Her skin is buzzing very intensely.
F = family (do they want one? If they do, when?)
It is my headcanon that none of the daughters are physically capable of having children, but even if you are or there's adoption involved, I would say she's not interested.
Cassandra is fine with a cool aunt/older sister status, but she does not want to be fully responsible for any kids.
Especially very young ones. Babies are way too fragile. And needy. No thank you.
G = gifts (how do they feel about gift giving? What are their habits when it comes to this?)
Cassandra is more creative then she'll let on. She likes making things. Jewelry out of metal and/or small bones and teeth. Sort of abstract art. She'll want to make something for you at some point.
Buying gifts is a less frequent thing for her.
The "giving" part is difficult for her for a while.
Whatever your first few gifts are, they'll sit there for a long while before you receive them. She can't figure out a way to present them to you that doesn't make her feel stupid and sappy.
Cass enjoys receiving things from you every now and again, but don't go too ham or she will get suspicious and uncomfortable quickly.
H = hugs (do they like hugs? How often do they do it? What are their hugs like?)
The first time you tried to hug Cassie, her response was, "Ugh... what are you doing?" She acted like she was going to push you off, but didn't.
She's not massively into hugging specifically. However, she is into attention from you, so she's not gonna stop you if you are.
If you do get a hug from Cass, it's probably from behind and she tried to sneak up on you and startle you. Y'know, a little "Rah!" right before her arms close around you like a bear trap.
I = injury (how would they act if their partner got hurt?)
Talk about a surefire way to utterly piss Cass off.
Who did it?! She is going to hunt them down right this instant. She'll disembowel them for you.
What do you want? Name it. Skull? Heart? Teeth? She'll bring it.
If the injury is the result of an accident, such as a fall, you will likely be half-heartedly admonished while you get checked over. Why do you mortals always break so easily?
She can probably patch you up without having to let a random maid touch you. She's very familiar with human anatomy, after all. Don't you have any idea how many poor saps in the dungeon she's poked, prodded, and dissected?
J = jealously (how jealous do they get? What do they do when they're jealous?)
Andra wouldn't be particularly bothered if some random person tried flirting with you.
...Unless they were seriously bothering you. In which case, allow her to carve their obnoxious tongue out.
What would really get her worked up, however, is if her sisters were getting all your attention.
Like her, Bela usually never shows any interest in humans! Aside from as prey, that is. Why does she have to start taking interest in the one Andra genuinely likes?
Can't Daniela leave you alone? She has already has other humans she's been flirting with!
Back off!!! You're hers!!!!
K = kisses (how do they like to kiss their partner?)
Roughly. Lots of tongue. Teeth.
You, pinned against something. A wall, a dresser, the floor... Whatever is closest.
Her hands, firmly grasping your hips.
L = love (how do they show their partners they love them?)
Cassie prefers actions over words. She's not always so great with her words. Maybe if she writes, but speaking to your face? Verbal constipation.
She likes spending time with you, doing things for you, giving you stuff, protecting you, killing for you...
Please let her kill for you.
M = mornings (how are mornings spent with them?)
She's not a morning person, so there's a good chance they're spent with her still passed out, snoring softly and holding you close.
Once she does wake up, she maintains her grip on you and grumbles out complaints if you try to get up.
Don't go... Stay just a little longer... You're comfortable...
N = nights (how are nights spent with them?)
Cassie's tendency to be a late riser is partially caused by how late she typically stays up. She's a night owl.
This is one of the better times to spend time together, in her opinion. Others are less likely to bother both of you... and there's something about this time she's always found inherently more intimate.
Come, won't you lounge with her by one of the fires?
If it's warm enough, you can go to the rooftops together. She knows plenty of constellations and would enjoy pointing them out to you.
O = openness (when would they start revealing things about themselves?)
Not until she's realized and come to terms with the fact that she cares about you. Like, seriously cares about you.
Before that, you're kept only a hair closer than arm's length.
P = pet names (do they use pet names? If so, what do they use?)
Her original go-to early on is "pet".
Further into your relationship, she'll start using "darling" every now and again.
Q = quizzes (how much would they remember about their partner?)
Like a well-trained predator, Cassandra is always listening... Always watching...
She also does not forget.
She might appear to be half-listening, but if you off-handedly mention your favorite food near her, you better believe that fact is getting filed away in her brain for later and never leaving.
The first day she took notice of you? Yeah, of course she knows the exact date. Don't be ridiculous.
R = remember (what is their favorite moment in their time of knowing you?)
The first time she realized you weren't really afraid of her.
It flustered her at first, honestly. It offended her. Like, what was wrong with you?
Looking back, though, that was the moment she was done for.
S = security (how protective are they? Would they like to be protected?)
As I already mentioned, anybody who tries to harm the few people Cassandra cares about? They will promptly be hunted down and killed.
Typically, she likes to prolong the suffering of her prey, to cause pain and injury without letting them die until she's ready.
If they've harmed you, though? Or threatened you? Cass will simply start hacking at them, slamming her blade into their flesh again and again until they're dead.
She, however, needs no protection. She's hunted more beasts than you can imagine, you know!
T = time (how long would it take for them to get together with their partner?)
Quite a while!
First, Cassandra will likely hunt you the same as any other human, but she'll never kill you.
Then she avoids you entirely.
Then she begins sleeping with you.
Sometime after that, the relationship slowly begins to turn into something different. It's little things here and there until one day, you suddenly think to yourself that if you were simply a plaything, your time would have surely run out by now.
Cass has called you hers for the majority of all this, but you ask if you can call her yours now.
She scoffs. Do you really think you'd be sleeping in the same bed as her if you weren't partners?
U = upset (how do they act when their partner is upset?)
Awkwardly. Cassandra has reduced many to tears. She'd consider herself rather talented at it, honestly.
Stopping tears, though? She has zero clue what she's doing. But she'll try, of course.
There, there... Do you want her to hold you? Is there somebody she needs to stab...?
V = Valentine's Day (do they celebrate it with you? How?)
...What.
What is that. Mother Miranda has not declared that a holiday in the village.
They do have a lover's day on the 24th called Dragobete, but the outdoorsy aspects paired with the time of year means that Andi and her sisters cannot participate much, even if they want to. Daniela is really the only one who ever does, but you won't catch any of them complaining about the holiday. That would bring sorrow to the coming months.
Whatever you wish to celebrate in February, Andi is willing to go along with. It's a good excuse to be with you. She's always looking for those.
W = warrior (how do they feel about their partner fighting? Would they fight beside them, etc.?)
Cassandra will find it extremely hot if you've got fight in you.
If you can hold your own, then please do join her in some good old fashioned violence.
Please, use one of her blades! If that's not your style, she has plenty of other weapons.
If you're better than her, she'll be very offended. She'll be in disbelief.
But after she gets past all that? Yeah, hot.
X = x-ray (how well are they able to read their partner?)
Halfway decently. Cassandra is good at picking up what you're generally feeling. The specifics? Not so much.
You're really happy! She sees that! Why?
Hm... further investigation required.
Y = yes (would they propose to their partner? How?)
Not quickly, but yes.
(Sometime before this, you'll have an incredibly sweat-inducing chat with her mother after receiving an invitation for tea. She wants to meet the mortal who has her daughter's affection... and pick apart your intentions.)
Cassie makes the rings herself. If you're into gemstones, she'll be sure to acquire nice ones.
She carries them around for a while, waiting for the right moment with only a vague plan in mind.
When she eventually pops the question, it's during a quiet moment. You're both alone.
She doesn't say much. She fumbles when she tries to, but her words are genuine.
Z = zen (what makes them feel calm?)
A nice, warm summer breeze on her skin... er, bugs.
The sounds of nature.
Perhaps you running your fingers through her hair.
Hey hey hey Can I get how the boys would react to seeing you wearing their clothes? Seeing you wear their shirts, sweaters, hoodies, etc. Or how often you steal their clothes. Maybe you spritz them with their favorite cologne to remind you of them or something like that. With Chris, Forest, Joseph, Richard, Brad, Edward, Carlos, and Billy. Please and thank you 🥺
Hey, hey, hey. Definitely.
Included: Forest Speyer, Chris Redfield, Joseph Frost, Richard Aiken, Brad Vickers, Carlos Oliveira, Billy Coen, and Edward Dewey
Reader: gender ambiguous
Warnings: n/a
Masterlists here!
Forest Speyer
Hell Yeah. This is a real sight for sore eyes.
Forest didn't know how much he needed to know you do this until just now.
Maybe he starts draping one of his coats right over you before going on big missions.
Maybe it smells a little extra strongly of his cologne when he does because he's picked up on you using it.
Chris Redfield
Chris is a massive fan of seeing you in his clothes. It's high up on his list of favorite sights, actually.
He probably won't say much aside from a little "you look good", but his eyes will not leave you.
And he has this tiny fucking smile on his face. Like when he picked you up for your first date and you tried to look your best... except you're in his old S.T.A.R.S. sweatshirt.
...It's funny how strongly his stuff still smells like him when you give it back, isn't it? Weird.
Joseph Frost
Joseph will most definitely be giving you shit for stealing all his stuff, but he does it with a grin on his face.
And if he catches you putting his cologne on his stuff? You're getting teased for that.
Holy shit, you miss him that bad when you're apart, huh?
It's all in good fun. He leaves his hoodies in places he knows full well you might take them from.
Richard Aiken
Very little stealing is necessary if you're in a relationship with Richard. You look cold? His jacket is actively being placed on your shoulders.
Don't have something comfortable to sleep in? He'll get you something out of his dresser.
It makes Richard happy to know that his clothes make you feel safe and comfortable.
He even goes out of his way sometimes to spritz things with his cologne before giving them to you.
Brad Vickers
Brad is simply going to pass away. His face even flushes when he first notices what you're wearing. This is too much for him.
"Is that... mine?" he asks as if there is any question whatsoever. Why are you wearing that??
Oh! Because you want to? Well, that makes he sense. That's cool. Brad just thought... He doesn't know what he was thinking. His brain is struggling to process.
You can keep it if you want. You can wear anything you want out of his closet, actually! ...Please do.
Carlos Oliveira
Carlos likes to tell you to "hold onto his stuff until he gets back" when he expects to be gone for a while.
And if you happen to be wearing something of his when he comes back, he'll comment about you "keeping it warm" for him with a big grin on his face.
Let him in there.
No, don't take it off! He'd never tell you that. You look so good wearing his stuff. But let him try to get in there too. You look cozy. C'mon. Think there's enough room??
Billy Coen
Billy's eyebrows rise a fraction. "What have you got there?" he asks.
Look, if you're that in need of hoodies, you oughta buy a new one, he tells you, but he knows full well that's not why you're wearing it.
He's certainly not gonna stop you. Do whatever you want.
Does he take the time to appreciate the sight when you're not paying attention? Maybe.
Edward Dewey
Edward frowns. Are you not warm enough? Does he need to turn up the heat??
What's that? You find wearing his sweaters comforting? Well, in that case, carry on then.
Do you have any favorites? He can get them out for you.
If you're really looking for comfort, though, he's right there. And his arms are ready to hold you.

Hiiii I just wanted to say I love with the Village villains you try to balance soft and silly with them being scary murderers. Sometimes I want to read fluffy things but I don't want their fear factor entirely stripped away, so its fun to come back to your stuff for that ❤️
Thank you!! Honestly, I often feel that I could go a little harder on villainous aspects of Resi villains than I usually end up doing, but I just want things to be fun.
Well. When I'm not writing terrible angst, anyway.
Could I ask for Alcina, Bela, Cassandra, Daniella, Donna, Elena, Mother Miranda, and Jill Valentine meeting their s/o's parents?

Alcina Dimitrescu
Like you, your parent(s) is/are from outside the village. They aren't accustomed to its bizarreness and, needless to say, are more than a little taken aback when they meet Alcina and discover that she's nearly ten feet tall.
When describing her, you had told them that Alcina was tall, but they had anticipated maybe six feet at most!
Alcina has done something like this once before. It was an early expectation in a relationship she didn't care for. It was back in America, back when her family had worried her blood disease would claim her life early. She fooled around with the people who truly caught her interest in secret, and her public-facing partner died quite mysteriously. A shame, truly!
This is different, however. Aside from Alcina's daughters, her family is all long dead.
Unlike the one her own parents thought perfect for her, you are quite precious to her.
She never thought she'd be doing something like this again, but it's so important to you, so she's made room in her schedule to welcome them in.
(She won't be pleased about having to let in any men into the castle that can't be hunted for sport, though. It's already enough of a pain when she's forced to let Moreau and Heisenberg in.)
Since Alcina is a woman of elegance and class, she will make sure they leave knowing that. Yes, yes, that lovely painting near the entrance is of her daughters. She's quite knowledgeable about art, actually, and dabbles in it herself. Painting, music... She's also quite well-read, in her opinion. She runs her own business and makes the finest wine around, by the way.
...She doesn't really ask your parent(s) too much outside of the basics, which is far more than most people get from her.
The maids have cleaned more than usual, and there (hopefully) aren't any obvious bloodstains anywhere. The places where her winemaking secrets and experiments for Mother Miranda are excluded from the tour.
Don't worry, the dinner she has served to them is free of human meat and blood.
Bela Dimitrescu
The approval of her own family is very important to Bela, so she was deeply appreciative when you made sure to get their approval as well.
With that being said, she will be looking to do the same when you ask her to meet your parent(s).
Tell her, what are they like? What should she know? She will be taking notes.
If you catch her practicing how she'll greet them in the mirror, no, you didn't.
When the time finally comes to bring Bela down to their home in the village, she's taken the time to clean up her makeup, wipe all the blood off her mouth, and put on a nice dress. You might even call her a little overdressed.
Her already perfect posture gets impossibly straighter the second the front door opens.
She's kind of treating this simple lunch as though it's high-class and full of nobles. It's not. She's the only noble there and clearly has no idea how to function in this setting, but you and your parent(s) can appreciate the effort she's making.
She makes sure to ask questions and mention things related to what you told her about them. Can you tell she studied? She studied.
She wants to make sure they're impressed by her, so she'll make certain to mention her accomplishments, skills, the immense responsibilities she's been trusted with, etc.
...It's a little hard to do while leaving out the more unsavory happenings in Castle Dimitrescu, but she's certainly trying.
Tell Bela how you think she did after.
Cassandra Dimitrescu
Cassandra laughs at first. She doesn't even believe you.
Oh! You're serious? Her?
You want her to meet your parent(s)? Why??
She says no at first. This is the first time she's been in a relationship like this. Nobody has ever asked her such a thing.
Sure, her sisters were curious about you when she went so long without killing you, and her mother eventually was as well—alright, fine, maybe she does understand why you wanna do this.
If it's so important to you, then fine.
Cassandra journeys down to your old home in the village with you. There's no way she'd ever go anywhere without a weapon, especially not the castle, but she brings a dagger small enough to conceal rather than a huge blade upon your request.
She also wiped her face clean and put on a dress free of red stains. For this one occasion, she's trying to not come across as too intimidating. For you.
Cassandra remains a bit vague when talking about her own family to your parent(s). Some secrets are simply not meant to leave the castle walls.
She mostly defaults to the way her mother taught her to act around Miranda. That's as well-mannered as she gets. A few off-color comments are likely to slip out regardless, though.
You've told them she's into hunting? Yes, she's quite the hunter. No doubt the best in the village. She hunts all sorts... Actually, she has a bracelet made with teeth from various hunts she's gone on. Perhaps your parent(s) would like to see it.
Human teeth? No, no...
Daniela Dimitrescu
Daniela has read about this happening in her books and seen it happening in the sorts of stuff Moreau watches down in the mines, but she's never been in a relationship with a person who wants that before. Of course she'll meet your parent(s)!
You already know Daniela's mother, of course. She always gets to hear about her latest plaything, but you did end up being more than that.
This is so exciting! Do you wanna go right now? No?
...Tomorrow? When???
There's no doubt in Daniela's mind that your parent(s) will like her.
She's so engaged in her conversation with them.
...She's also hanging off of you the entire time. Like always. You can't possibly expect her to keep her hands to herself when you're right there.
She asks for embarrassing stories from your childhood. You just about melt into the floor as she's told them.
Your parent(s) comment on the number of flies around. You have to implore them not to swat any since you're sure they'll go away on their own... and you don't want them hurt. You like them now. That's all.
Daniela knows you said that turning into her swarm would freak out your parent(s)—she thinks it'd be fun—but it's harder to maintain a solid form when she's having so much fun.
Oh, she brought a gift! She snagged a bottle of wine from the cellar. Not the super fancy kind, though. Those all have blood in them and Mother would not be pleased.
Donna Beneviento
Donna wishes you could meet her parents. They'd like you, she thinks. They'd be happy that you're in her life.
When you ask her to meet yours, she's surprised, but she agrees!
She is also an absolute nervous wreck. Not that most people would know by just looking at her.
Donna wants your parent(s) to like her so bad. She's never been good at meeting new people. Or holding conversations in general.
When your parent(s) first arrive at the manor, only you and Angie are there to greet them.
Angie is on her best behavior, which isn't good per se, but she hasn't bitten or threatened anybody! Ooh, and she and Donna picked some flowers from the garden for them.
How is a doll moving around on its own, they ask? Well... this is an impressive display of animatronic technology? Of ventriloquism? Donna is very talented.
Speaking of, Donna blew the dust off the old family recipe book in hopes of impressing.
She also insisted on finishing up in the kitchen by herself, which was actually a partial excuse to simply... observe through Angie's eyes for a moment. To try and get a grasp on the vibe of the conversation and mentally prepare herself.
When she finally appears upstairs with dinner, most communication is done through Angie. That's what Donna is most comfortable with. She's trying her best to engage and connect with your parent(s).
And when they leave, she's asking you if you think they liked her and if they'll come around again.
Elena Lupu
You've already met Elena's father, and as she expected, it didn't go incredibly well. It's nothing against you, really. Leonardo can be quite standoffish.
That being said, she's hoping it'll go better with your parent(s).
The meeting happens much earlier than it does with anybody else here. As in, the first time you have her over.
Like many villagers, Elena herself included, you still share a home with your family members, so when you invite her for dinner, they're just... already there.
It's simple.
Elena brings a small gift.
They love her.
You barely even get to talk to her because your parent(s) has/have her preoccupied with questions and stories.
She holds your hand under the table the whole time.
If not for the fact that it's dangerous to be heading anywhere after sundown, they'd keep her for even longer.
Please, bring her around whenever you'd like!
Mother Miranda
What an absurd suggestion.
Quite frankly, Miranda only cares about two people. You and Eva.
She cares very intensely, however, so... perhaps she will be willing to entertain this. For you. Just this once.
Allow her the time to find an opening in her busy schedule full of unethical experiments and cult meetings.
Your parent(s) is/are from outside the village, which makes things easier. Miranda does not don her feathered robes, but instead the casual clothing she typically wears beneath lab coats.
Things... are a bit awkward.
Miranda is a lot of things, but amiable is not one of them. It's way easier to order people around than to hold a casual conversation.
What is she supposed to ask?
How is she meant to respond?
At one point, you quietly ask her if she's alright because she looks quite tense.
Miranda doesn't tell you that she's glad when it's over, but she is.
Your parent(s) does/do not know what to think of her.
Jill Valentine
What?
Yeah, alright.
Jill has always remained a bit on the private side with her relationships. Most of her friends probably don't even know that she's dating you. She's never done this meet-the-parents thing before.
Honestly, she's never even thought about it, but you guys have definitely been together long enough for it to be happening.
On the day, her S.T.A.R.S. work has her running behind and she has to rush over.
Even before her cruiser pulls into the driver, you're not worried about her showing. Jill would never forget something this important to you, and yeah, her job is dangerous, but she can handle herself.
Despite the late arrival, your parent(s) is/are quick to like her.
She makes easy conversation, but doesn't share too much about her background. She relaxes back on the couch, subtly pressed against your side, and lets them talk instead.
Does she want a drink? Oh, for sure.
Overall, a pretty normal meeting that goes well.
After you leave, Jill will be going home and immediately passing out. With you in her arms, preferably.

Truth be told, safe places do not truly exist with Joey Drew Studios. Sure, you can shove yourself in boxes, barrels, or crates in an attempt to hide from what lurks within its bowels; you can get inside a Little Miracle Station, or put yourself behind as many metal shutters as you'd like... but the determination some of the monsters have to rip your face off ensures that no spot will allow you to remain undetected forever.
Despite that, ever since you unwittingly walked straight into one of Alice's snare traps, you have felt rather safe.
Sure, she was going to kill you at first. There was mention of harvesting your organs and putting your lovely eyes in a jar, but she changed her mind sometime between when she cut you down and when she put you on the operating table. Since then, she's become your twisted guardian angel. Most of the filth (as Alice puts it) that has dared to try and touch you has come to deeply regret it.
You can defend yourself well enough, though, and don't often wander. However, if you do, as long as you don't stray too far, Alice will hear you and be there if you need help.
Today, you've been scrounging around for gears. Alice needs them for some repairs. You're in the middle of pulling one out of some busted machinery when your ears pick up the sound of squelching footsteps. The voice that accompanies them shortly after is one you recognize. It belongs to a Lost One you encountered not too long ago. He's a particularly aggressive fellow.
...You really don't want him to spot you again. With that in mind, you stuff the gear you just picked up into your bag and press yourself up against the wall beside the door.
The door opens.
You hold your breath as the Lost One walks in. The moment his back is completely facing you, you attempt to sneak around the door and leave.
The floor creaks. Loudly. You know he heard it.
"You!"
You duck down, narrowly avoiding a swing from a metal pipe, and start running.
You try to lose him, but you can't seem to.
You push yourself to create a bit more distance, then resort to shoving yourself into a vent. It works. He doesn't see you.
... But he still won't leave the room. You decide to crawl further in, searching for an exit rather than trying to wait for him to go away, and end up finding one that leads you into an unfamiliar part of the studio.
You curse under your breath and get a move on, knowing that you can't linger out in the open for long.
"I see you there..." That voice, unfortunately, is also familiar. It's a deep, growling, distorted sound that travels down your spine like ice.
You nearly slip on the ink that's starting to crawl across the floor as you break into the fastest run of your life. The studio all turns into one sepia-toned blur. All the while, the Ink Demon is continuing to barrel after you like a speeding train. You think he might still be talking, might be taunting you about your inevitable demise, but it's hard to tell over the pounding of your heart in your eardrums.
A sharp, awful, burning pain flares across your leg as the demon's claws tear it open. You cry out and stagger, falling straight through the door in front of you. You drag yourself into another vent, narrowly avoiding his grasp.
You trail blood through the ducts until you finally reach a place you recognize. You promptly drop your head onto your arms and breathe a shaky sigh of relief. Your body refuses to stop trembling. You feel faint.
The speaker up in the corner crackles to life you jump at the sound. "Where have you been?" comes your angel's voice. "I've been calling for you for ages."
You hardly even process what she said, just that it's her, which fills you with relief so immense that you immediately start crying. You try to tell her about the Ink Demon, but your words are borderline unintelligible through your tears.
"I can't understand a word leaving your lips, my dear. I'll come fetch you. Just stay put. Keep your pretty little head in that vent so nothing comes to tear it free from your shoulders."
You shuffle far enough back into the vent that no passing ink creature will notice you. You don't keep your eyes open long enough to hear her heels approach.
"Darling?"
You weakly jolt awake, your bleary eyes struggling to take in your surroundings.
"Shh..." A cold hand pets your hair. "You're back where you belong..."
You're in Alice's lair. Your head is in her lap. She's not used to mending. All of her dark surgeries are destructive, cutting, pulling open the machine's creatures to take what she wants before dumping them, but she's done her best to patch your leg up.
"You were down in his preferred stomping grounds, weren't you?"
"...I-I was being chased. I got lost..." you reply weakly, your vision beginning to blur again. "He almost had me..."
"I would have hunted him down myself," Alice says although she fears him like most in the studio do. "But you survived. And you're safe here." She strokes her thumb across your cheek. It turns your tears black. "Now tell me... what disgusting creature chased you into such dangerous territory? I can squeeze another surgery into my schedule."
Do you write for dbd ? And would you ever write for Vincent Sinclair,Brahms Heelshire, hannible from both movie and show, mark Hoffman or ghostface?
I write for Charlotte Deshayes and the DBD version of Amanda Young, alongside the Resi Evil characters that appear in the game (Jill, Wesker, Sheva, Becca, etc.)
I'm afraid I don't have enough interest in Hoffman, Ghostface, Vincent, or Brahms, or know enough about Hannibal outside of the original SOTL to write for them
