I'm my memories, Silco had arthritis, which was why he hunched a bit sometimes bc of his stiff back. and also why his hands trembled and I had to help with the syringe eye thingamajig

Does that happen to you too? My Sil said it was because of a build up of uric acid bc of alcohol and bc he smoked so much. Please don't smoke too much!

Hello. Yes I have some similar joint issues. It's not very fun. I've mostly been drinking coffee and espresso's in this world so you don't have to worry too much about that. Although, one might say I might be drinking too much coffee and espresso. We will ignore those people however. They're wrong. Anyways, I hope you are doing well and welcome to Tumblr.

I hope you're doing well. You don't exactly seem like the type for games, but I'll ask anyway if there's any games you've been into lately? I've been on a Stardew Valley kick myself. Something about the idea of leaving Piltover and Zaun and just starting over completely a new place is really appealing. Plus the farming's nice.

Everytime I get a letter from "Dad" in the game, I imagine it's from you. Sorry if all of this gets parasocial or anything. Just say the word and I'll back off.

Anyway, I got a farm to run. Hope you're doing well. May a cup of hot coffee be in your future

You would be correct, I am not really a gaming person. I haven't played anything recently either but if you (or anyone) have any suggestions I guess I could check something out.

I don't think it's parasocial, personally, and I rather enjoy it when I get an ask from you. Funny enough I did have a hot cup of coffee earlier so thank you for that wish.

Hello, I apologize for the late reply- I only just realized I got an ask. Happy weekend. Hm, no, I don't have anything specific planned. I'll probably just read something and drink a nice hot cup of coffee.

A whole lot is uncertain right now. Fuckin bluebellies, y'know? But for once, I feel certain. I believe in the people. I believe that we will someday have all that stuff you talked about - equality, a seat at the table, owning the means of production and et cets.

(not without action but hey.... I'm not dumb enough to post deets online hahaha)

You really had some inspiring dreams, y'know. Even if I acted all...sarcastic and teenagery when ya told me about em. I just didn't know I could believe in it back then. But I do now, thanks to you.

It can be hard to believe in something when it feels dark and out of reach, so I understand the hesitation. I'm glad you can believe in it now, even if it's in a different world. I want you to know I'm proud of you, I always have been. Unfortunately I have lost my way with words in this world.

I personally don't watch a lot of things on my own, if I'm being honest. Hm, but collectively we like watching murder mysteries, action and adventure, horror, thriller, musicals and science fiction.

For murder mysteries: Diagnosis Murder, Columbo, Murder she wrote and Matlock are some good ones.

For action and adventure: Jumanji (1995), The Princess Bride, The Goonies and Men in Black were fun.

For Horror: The Conjuring Series, The Boy 1 and 2, The Ritual and Hell Fest were some we liked.

For Thriller: I don't have any off the top of my head right now. I might add more to this later though.

For Musicals: Phantom of the Opera, Babes in Toyland, Into the Woods, Grease, Wicked (Broadway not the new one), Sweeney Todd (2007), The Sound Of Music and Mary Poppins.

For Science Fiction: Doctor Who, Star Trek, and Person of interest. Were some of our favorites.

That's all I can remember for now. Hopefully you'll find something you'll enjoy or find interest in.

I listened to the Lana Del Ray songs recommended and I liked them. Pretty good for background music in my opinion. I especially liked; cruel world, pretty when you cry, money power glory and old money. Though I liked all of them.

I also listened to child of the stars by fish in a birdcage and I did in fact relate to it. It was an enjoyable song as well.

Ah, I'm proud of you for learning. Hm. Well, I enjoy broccoli, carrots and tomatoes. I know tomatoes are technically fruit but they are classified as vegetables in a culinary context so I'm including them. Although I don't like them heated. Lettuce is also alright but not my preference.
