I knew shit really hit the fan in regard to Nexus but didn't realize he actually died. (I saw a fic related to it but didn't think much of it) I talked about Chaos and/or Pride taking New Moon in but never really elaborated on it. I'm not really in the Security Breach show fandom though I have kept my related aus with some characters getting aus for themselves (mer, fae, minecraft, etc). So retroactively New Moon got adopted by rle. He got therapy and a new family who helped him through his grief and affirmed him being his own person. He met the family in stages; in particular he didn't meet Daydream (actually good Ruin), Robin (madcat's Hostage Solar), or any of the Bloodmoons beside Wrath and Sloth till further into his healing.

Elune's namesake is a moon goddess from the Warcraft franchise. This makes her the second character in rle with a mythic name. Helios (baby Solar Flare) being the first. (I guess you could argue Chaos is also a mythic name but he wasn't named after the primordial so it doesn't really count? or the whole seven deadly sins thing)

She also does play WoW sometimes- mostly worgen (werewolf-like race) characters but she has a night elf too, not sure if it's a demon hunter or a priest. Which are very opposite classes. She likes the lore more than the gameplay.

Body Horror: Things that cannot happen in real life. EX: The Thing, stomach mouths, eyes on hands, etc

Gore: Fresh injuries, often severe. EX: Severed leg, gutspill, deep gashes, etc

NEITHER: Healed injuries and burns, congenital differences, missing appendages, etc. If I could theoretically go to the store and see that character browsing the isles- It isn't body horror or gore. That's just a person. *AND the amount of people that tag, not just fictional characters, but real human beings as body horror is staggering. Its not solely a fandom issue, ableism and bigotry against anyone that looks sufficiently "different" is prevalent in real life and has devastating consequences.
