I suck at this disorder

I really need to find a way to not eat/ get away with not ordering any food when I’m out with my friends!!!! So mad at myself

I’ve been doing SO well today (only had a banana at like 3.30pm) but then I ruined it all by having a literal fucking cheeseburger and fries when we met up. It’s acc quite sad that we get food most of the time when we hang out since I don’t want to avoid them in the future.

I’m trying to not think about all the calories. I’ll do better tomorrow
