Just like that I’ve started with my physiotherapist @lady_in_red94 today at @lambertiphysiotherapy in Paulshof. So this is my Thursday ritual henceforth for prep. I really don’t know how I’ve been doing bodybuilding without a physiotherapist. Look I’m not sure if @jackthesheriff and @joshua_105 need to do some dna test cause the stuff they think of, you’d swear they related. Genuinely blessed to have these two guys putting their heads together to work on my physique relentlessly. _ As an athlete the greatest gift you can give back to your coaching staff is to make them enjoy working with you, putting your head down and giving 200% each and every session.
