Anyone interested in tagging with me for a quick patrol?

                 "-- Long time no see, Batman! I'd love to, if you don't mind."

"Yeah. What, is that a problem?”

            "-- Aw, no, I- didn't mean it like that. I just didn't know that you live alone, thats all.."

             "Wow, it's so wonderful to meet you." She said, accompanying the thought with a giggle. This guy was cute. "I-- oh, gosh. I'm Shimmer." She said, lips curling into an amused grin.

"You want to see it? That’s a first."

             "Well, sure! I mean, I've never needed to use a weapon, but knowledge of them would be convenient." 

"I get it. I’m not offended, it’s alright. No need to explain yourself."

           "-- So, are you going to show me this Weapons shop a' yours?"

"Some happy birthday…"

              "-- IT'S YOUR BIRTHDAY!?"

"Yeah, I live around here. You see that weapons shop across the street? I own it. And then I live upstairs in the living quarters. Oh, that’s not new. I’ve scared a lot of people with my mask. I’m not proud of it, though…"

              "-- Weapons, huh? That's nifty." She exclaims in response almost teasingly as she glanced in the direction of the building. "Sorry. Not scared-- more like, startled! I mean, I don't want to hurt you." She paused, rethinking her words. "Er, that makes me sound really full of myself. But y'know. Safety!"

"O-Oh. Well… thanks."

            "Don't mention it," She cooed, a soft smile gracing her lips. "Do you live around here, Gus? It's a little foggy and scary. That's why I was about to punch you, because-- you scared me."
