anyways --- i’m in the process of moving all my sports anime blogs over to this blog right here. that includes nijimura, sakurai, yaku, miyoki, bokuto, and i’ll be adding ryoma from POT/NPOT as well so. 

nijimura isn’t too much bigger than vol – but there are about almost 4 inches between the two so when vol all but moves into nijimura’s kitchen wearing his jacket – ( and he does know that it is his jacket because it’s got rainbow stars on it and he remembers the exact day he got it. people seemed to have a thing with giving him rainbow themed items as well as duck themed items. ) he stares for a moment, lips pressing together and then turns his attention back to the stove where he was trying to cook the two of them dinner – without burning it – except he’s so caught up in why vol is wearing his jacket – ( is that suppose to mean something ? why was vol in his room? not that nijimura has a problem with vol being in his room but — why was he going through nijimura’s clothes. he’s got photobooks of one of his model friends hidden in there ! ) – he ends up burning the dinner. he eyes vol again, “why are you wearing my jacket?” 

ruffles vol’s hair. if vol is going to pinch nijimura every time that vol see’s him then nijimura is going to ruffle vol’s hair every time. that’s fair enough in nijimura’s mind. 

“uh huh.” pen scratches on paper as he continues to look down at his science work, lips pressed together, before he pauses to look up at the smaller of the two. brows furrowed together. “that’ll teach you to show off.” 

“uh yes—?” he sits on the bench when yuki all but plops right next to him, his towel in his hand as he stares out at the court. he’s tempted to play a few more rounds, throw the ball a bit more, practice a bit harder but yuki’s screaming and he’s flinching, a scowl written on his face. why was she here anyways? kagami wasn’t here, it was just him. it’s not like him and yuki were best friends – well, even still, nijimura did think of her like a little sister – closer to her than kagami in certain ways, and then closer to kagami in ways that he won’t allow himself to get close to yuki. she’s all but walking away and he’s not even gathered his things yet – but he’s up and jogging after her, confusion apparent on his features, “okay and where are we going?”
