Just had a thought as I've been rewatching the seasons... I always assumed Jason was on the train and the wound we saw Mona tending to was from Aria stabbing him with the screwdriver, BUT what if that was a red herring (as we've often gotten on this show) and the person she actually stabbed was Alison. The scar Hannah saw on her leg at the doctor's office certainly could be a clue that Alison was in on A's game or that she has been A all along...
