There's no fucking way that Jax isn't transfemme.
How he reacted when Ribbit put the bow on his head is not a reaction a cis man would have, and she literally said "your secret is safe with me" WHILE/AFTER putting the damn bow on his head.
In his little headspace, he quite literally is the Zooble to Gangle in his weird little intrusive thought dream. One of his personas in his head is permanently in the maid dress, being a gender fuck, basically being a zooble.
How he acted when shoved into the maid dress without his consent could be excused for fragile masculinity, but it's genuinely so telling. Calling himself a "misunderstood little chicken fetus in an egg", when egg is used to symbolize a trans person in the closet. His skin literally being peeled off, and he covers his chest and crotch.
Whatever "deeply personal" thing he told his mother that had her yelling and crashing out, but in the end hugging him, which REALLY sounds like a coming out story.
Gooseworkz literally said that Jax is basically her self insert. Jax irl does not look that masculine, he looks more androgynous than anything, and when you take into account how "proud" he is of his masculinity, seems really not cisgender of him.
If you can look at ALL OF THIS and tell me that you don't think Jax could possibly be transfemme, then you're either transphobic, genuinely blind to context clues, or never paid attention in english class.
And yes, I am referring to Jax as he/him in this rant which you may think is hypocritical, but he isn't even out to himself. He is in such heavy denial. In real life, Leeroy could've possibly realized it, and come to terms with it, but even if so, we would have no way of knowing if she did or he didn't.
Jax is such an amazing, complex, relatable character. I cannot wait for all the fics of them figuring out how to fix abstraction, of Jax coming to terms with his identity, of them in real life with their real names and real bodies.
And if I see any mother fuckers denying Jax being transfemme when it's literally spelt out for you, I'm gonna contribute to some statistics, I'm not kidding.

not Saw specifically but a slasher with a legit body count. Summer camp slashers are overplayed but I think it really works because it's the type of thing the Scooby gang WOULD get caught up in.
like some of the counselors didn't show up (got got) so the head counselor calls his younger cousin to see if him and his friends can fill in last minute. They show up and they're a bunch of nerds, one of them even has an anxiety dog, and they don't have a big role at first. It seems like the movie is setting them up as cannon fodder.
and then the deaths start and suddenly the nerds are locked the fuck in. The little one with the glasses actually fixed the phone line and is taking stock of all their supplies in case the vehicles go out. The counselor's cousin who seemed like a himbo has set up a perimeter and made makeshift alarms for all the doors and windows, knows all the entry points. The anxious one and his dog are keeping the mood up with the snacks and activities that were supposed to be for the kids, making sure nobody panics and starts making dumb decisions. Somebody tried to grab the redhead and she flipped him over and had him zip-tied before anybody noticed. Weren't they a D&D group or something? What is happening???
Hot take, but for all the sympathy I feel for Caine, I absolutely still hold him accountable for torturing the cast the way he did.
He's not a child who "did not know any better," contrary to what a lot of people say.
He knew what the cast feared, he knew the difference between sadness and happiness, and he applied his knowledge to make them miserable.
That is not naivety.
He could have just as easily used what he knew about the cast to try and improve upon himself and understand them but he DIDN'T, because his ego and pride took priority over any love he has for people, and he actively chose to act with violence in order to preserve his bruised ego.
That was HIS decision, and whether he deserves the punishment he got or not, it is the consequences to HIS actions.
