During a quick visit back to San Diego earlier this year, we squeezed in a private session with our old Martial Arts coach—our friend, Mike! Refreshing on the more impactful parts of our training was so nostalgic and so meaningful. We were given customized guidance on how we could adapt the material for the equipment available in our employee Fitness Center, back home in NJ. I cannot even put into words how grateful I am to walk through life together with my cousins, even though we live so far apart from one another.
