Firstly, uh, be skeptical? I’m assuming you mean ‘found out an ancestor was red’ and unless they’re literally right in front of you with red hair, someone having a psychotic break or playing a cruel prank, or an abusive parent trying to have another angle of control over you, is more plausible than actually being red.
