I was homeless for a bit cuz shit happens. Got another job. Doing all the right things. Good money; 11 months sober. Then boom shit happens again. Idk Man this whole doing shit the right way isn't really working. I'm coming up on 1 year sober and Im still going through the same shit as if I was still using. Idk what to do but kinda shut down and go into auto pilot. I fell asleep and woke up to my bag being stolen so I lost my clothes and some gifts from my dad I had gotten on Christmas. That was the most recent thing to happen and I feel like it's the final straw? I mean it's just clothes, I get paid Monday I can just buy it all back no big deal but fuck man why is this my life. Why me? Of course nobody in the world has the answer to that. But I can't help but ask why all this shit keeps happening even after trying so hard to be the opposite of who I was. Life is a fucking trip my guy.
