In Donkey Kong 64, one of Chunky Kong's missions in Crystal Caves is rescuing the racing rabbit from Fungi Forest, who is tied to a TNT barrel inside an igloo while flame enemies are encircling him. The aim of the mission is to defeat the enemies before they touch the barrel, since it will explode if they do, killing the rabbit in the process.

However, this mission also contains a morbid Easter egg whereby Chunky Kong himself is able to kill the rabbit by throwing oranges at the barrel. Since most players would not try to do this upon seeing the rabbit's predicament, and the mission does not reset after beating it to allow post-completion experiments, the vast majority of players would not get to see this interaction.

I spent about two minutes too long thinking about biblically-accurate angels today, and about how Sega owns Atlus. Therefore, something like this isn’t, uh… It isn’t absolutely absurd, really.
