You can scroll through tumblr for a few hours if you want motivation, you can read as many info posts as you want, you’re allowed to be lazy. The problem comes when you become reliant on shiftblr. You don’t have to be reliant. If you want to scroll for motivation before you shift because it makes it more enjoyable for you go ahead! Enjoy reading those aesthetic informative posts? Sure! That’s cool! But just remember you don’t need it, you never need it. You don’t have to read them to give you a boost. You don’t have to stuff your brain full of notes, different analogies, and different perspectives. You’re a master shifter. It all depends on the mindset you hold with you.
