the anti-method (a.k.a., you were never here to begin with)
this isn't a method. not really. there's nothing to follow. no list, no prep, no steps to optimise. it's just something you notice.
not a tool. not a hack. just the moment you stop assuming you're locked out. people talk about shifting like it's a distance. a place. a before and after. but it's not a trip, it's not a climb. it's not even new. it's memory. recognition. you don't get in, you realise you never left.
this is how i do it.
i , lie down. sit still. you don't have to clear your mind. you don't have to feel good. just stop trying to control it. you're not pretending. you're not visualising. you're not even "doing" anything. you’re just letting the thought in.
ii , ask yourself. what if i already shifted and just forgot? not "am i in my dr?" not "how do i get there?" just. what if i already did it. what if it already happened, and i've been too distracted to notice.
iii , your brain might flinch. it'll try to anchor you. it'll pull out facts. try to prove this is "reality." fine. let it. that's what it does. but you don't argue. you don't check. you just keep going :
i already shifted. i just forgot. i’ve been there this whole time.
don't chant. don't perform. just think it. a fact you forgot to write down. something you knew once and are just now remembering.
iv , the mind doesn't know how to disprove it. it wants to be right, but it can't back it up. that's your opening. when it spirals, let it. you're not resisting, you're just not entertaining the lie anymore.

v , it clicks. not because you did anything right. not because you hit a milestone. but because the assumption gave out. and what's left is the truth.
vi , that's it. you're there. no shift sound, no trumpet, no flash of insight. you just.....… remember. and this time, it sticks.
the anti-method works for getting into the void as well, as it bypasses the idea of getting there entirely.
the void is not a state you summon. it's not a level you unlock. it isn't something you build toward, or earn, or cross into. it isn't a destination at all.
the void is what's left when everything else lets go. it is what's underneath when the effort stops. not as in giving up, not collapse - but the clean simplicity of just… being. no storyline, no role, no feedback loop. only you. the anti-method works because it doesn't treat the void like something distant. it doesn't ask you to get anywhere. it doesn't suggest movement. it asks a different question entirely:
what if you're already there?
this isn't a metaphor. it's a pattern interrupt. the method doesn't rely on you relaxing or visualising or getting into a meditative state. it doesn't ask you to fix anything. it starts and ends with doubt, not the kind that scares you, but the kind that opens something. the kind that pauses the world for just long enough to slip through it. ask:
what if this is the void? how do i know it isn't? what if i just forgot?
and the brain, which is used to being in charge, doesn't know what to do with that. it searches for evidence. it scrambles to re-establish "reality." it reaches for context - sensations, memories, proof. but none of those can actually confirm anything. they just distract.
when the brain fails to reassert control, something shifts. it doesn't feel grand or strange. it feels simple. small. warm. you don't fall into the void. you stop resisting it.
it was always there, underneath every thought. your mind just layered stories on top. beliefs. structures. expectations. the anti-method isn't about tearing those down. it just stops feeding them.
the void isn't sterile. it isn't cold. it's generous. it gives you back to yourself. it's what remains when there's nothing to be.
and what happens in that space is up to you. you can sit in it, rest in it, let it hold you. you can stay for a moment or a while. there's no clock. no judgement. no requirement to do anything with it.
some people will try to describe the void in grand terms, transcendence, enlightenment, ego death. but the truth is quieter. it doesn't announce itself. it doesn't try to impress you. it's the space behind everything that ever made you feel overwhelmed. and when you recognise it, it feels like remembering something you never meant to forget.
this method works because it doesn't try to get you out of anything. it gently questions the idea that you were stuck in the first place.
and it doesn't force you to believe anything. it just lets you wonder. the void is not complicated. it doesn't need instructions. but sometimes a method like this can help you pause long enough to notice what's already true.
you were never far from it. you were never doing it wrong. you were never outside. you just forgot. and now, maybe, you remember.
I’ve been in kind of a shifting slump lately. So last night, I just thought to myself “I’m going to shift” and did nothing else. Imagine my surprise when I woke up this morning and I had shifted. Not to my DR, but to a slightly different version of my CR where only a few details had changed. This is the second time that this has happened, at least that I’ve noticed. This has probably happened before, I just haven’t noticed. I’m quite happy right now
Guys…I had the craziest experience last night. I manifested, and not just once or twice. No, I manifested like ten times in a row. I’ve never tried manifesting before, only shifting, so I was absolutely shocked when this happened.
Basically, I was laying in bed trying to fall asleep. I was kinda half-heartedly doing shifting affirmations, but I was distracted by a really bad pain in my arm. I thought something like “Ugh, I wish this pain would go away.” And then it just…did. One second it was there and the next it wasn’t. I was confused and wondered if maybe I manifested, but I decided it was probably a coincide. But after a few minutes, the pain came back. I decided to try the same thing again. I thought “I’m not in pain.” A few times, and the same thing happened again. The pain kept coming back after a while and I kept manifesting, and it worked every time until I finally fell asleep.
I’m still not sure if I actually manifested or if that was just some really weird psychological thing, but either way, that was definitely a cool experience!

Alright guys, I have a shifting plan that I feel really good about. I’ve been seeing great results with just affirming for a bit whenever I go to bed, so I want to take it to the next level. Here’s my plan:
1 - Sit on my bed and start to meditating.
2 - Begin affirming “I am a master shifter. Shifting is very easy for me. I can shift instantaneously.”
3 - Imagine that my bedroom door is a portal to my better CR, and truly believe it.
4 - Stand up, still with my eyes closed, and walk through the portal.
5 - Hear the phrase I scripted and know that I shifted.
how i shifted 4+ times in one night
So I wanna say this happened like a week ago and that night I was up on my phone writing down some limiting beliefs I had and replaced them with new ones and had made it into a new phrase for myself to affirm:
That night i looped that last phrase (highlighted in blue) over and over again.
I was laying in my bed, eyes closed but I was very cold. The covers were not on me but i really wanted to cover myself with it. I then thought “why not shift to a reality where the covers are on me.”
So i literally just visualised myself with the covers and said “The covers are on me”… and it happened so fast. I opened my eyes and the covers were on me. I shifted back and was kinda shocked but also very happy. I decided to sleep and I woke up shortly after that with the blanket on me again. That night I kept shifting to an alternate cr with the blanket on me.
It didn’t really hit me until I woke up that morning that I shifted that amount of times in one night, and how extremely simple it is.
I think when I become aware of the fact that I was a master shifter and looped that (esp since i was very tired which makes the subconscious very open to suggestion) it influenced how I was able to shift sm that night.
All you need to do is
1. If you have a lot of limiting beliefs, eliminate them and replace them with new and positive beliefs.
2. Align yourself to a dr
3. Persist that you are there.
4. Done. you can shift.
It really is that simple babe! You are the creator of your reality and you decide what goes, not some shifting video you saw on tiktok or on tumblr etc. Become aware of the fact that you are a master shifter and just persist in that.

the doubt method
this is a shifting method for the doubters out there. the ones who try to affirm or act as if they’re in their dr yet they contradict themselves by thinking that they’re still in their cr and feel bad about it.
what you have to do is choose two of your drs. the first one (dr 1) is the reality where you’re planning to go, the second one (dr 2) is a reality that you simply like but it’s not your priority.
start affirming of being in your dr 2, but then contradict yourself by saying sentences like “ugh i just know thats not true because i’m actually still in dr 1, that’s so annoying, i really want to be in my dr 2 yet i’m still in dr 1, why??” you basically have to rant about it.
this is similar to when you go against your affirmation out of doubts like “no i’m still in my cr :((“ so you would use this to your advantage and instead go “no i’m still in my dr 1 :((“.
try this and see yourself shift.
Perfect, I’m going to have DR 1 be my better CR and DR 2 be my waiting room
I was talking with my mom about the election and she said something like “This is our reality. You can’t escape reality.” I was laughing inside so hard because yes I can!

How I became a master shifter (+ why methods aren't working for you)
Hello! I’ve been seeing a lot of disinformation lately, and I’ve noticed that some people might need help, so I wanted to chime in. I can shift whenever I want, and I see a LOT of limiting beliefs—but I understand because I was once on the other side.
Disclaimer: This is all based on my personal experience with how I became a master shifter. You’ll want to read everything—it’s important.
I first shifted around March 2022. I would always use methods. I would affirm, tell myself I was detached from this reality, and so on. During my very first shift, I literally affirmed all night long (if this sounds familiar, it’s because I used to have another blog here, lol). You know, really complicated stuff. Then... things changed. I couldn’t shift anymore. I kept using the same methods, but they didn’t work!
That’s when I started questioning everything about shifting and consciousness. Why was it that I could be in another reality where things like magic exist, but then suddenly I couldn’t shift anymore? Why were the methods, like lucid dreaming or the void, seemingly more powerful than the act of switching realities itself? Why, when I shifted from my Desired Reality to my Current Reality, all I needed to do think of my CR to shift back—but it didn’t work the other way around?
None of it made sense! And I’m sure many others have asked themselves these same questions.
I came up with two theories:
This reality has something unique compared to the infinite other realities. To shift from here, you need something extra, like a method.
There’s something else at play, something unrelated to the realities themselves.
I dismissed the first option. There’s nothing inherently special about this reality. So why do we use methods here but not in our DRs?
Then, I thought back to how I used to shift... detaching from my body, affirming until I shifted. It all aligned with my subconscious beliefs. The method didn’t work because that’s how shifting works, but because it made sense to my subconscious. Of course I would shift if I did these things—because that’s what I believed shifting required.
Well... kind of. As I said, it made sense because it aligned with my beliefs. So when the method failed, I wasn’t letting myself shift.
Did you catch that? I didn’t let myself shift. Of course, it wasn’t the method. At what point do you actually shift? Is it when you affirm? Do you really think the universe is just waiting for you to say the right thing enough times before it switches you to your DR?
No. It’s you.
So, you have two choices:
Find a method that truly aligns with your beliefs, or
Change your subconscious beliefs.
Changing your beliefs might seem hard, but I’m going to explain why it’s not as difficult as it feels.
All your life, you’ve had certain beliefs, but those beliefs came from somewhere. You weren’t born thinking you need methods to shift—it’s something that developed over time. Which means it’s not set in stone. It can be changed.
I realized that every reality holds the same weight. There’s NOTHING you can do in this one—no intrusive thoughts or negative emotions—that can stop you. Why? Because those thoughts and emotions are products of this reality. Shifting is simply changing what you’re aware of. That’s literally it. Anything outside of that can’t stop you.
Yes, we’ve all seen those posts saying things like, "Oh, you’re not focused enough" or "You spend too much time on X, Y, Z" or even "You don’t go outside enough" (I legit read this on here—y'all are wildin’). Are you in your DR thinking "Oh, I thought about failing to shift, it means I won't :("? Of course you aren't! But nothing can stop you from shifting. Nothing can stop you from being aware that you are a master shifter.
So, how do you become aware of that?
I started affirming throughout the day. I would tell myself these things:
I’m pure consciousness. I create my reality, and everything around me is just what I choose to perceive.
I’m a master shifter. I don’t need methods. All I need to do is choose to shift, think of my DR, and it happens.
Nothing in the 3D can stop me from shifting, because I’m in the 4D and pure consciousness.
I told myself these things constantly, and I truly understood what I was affirming. What being pure consciousness and being a master shifter actually meant. I stopped using methods. I stopped acting like this reality was special compared to the ones I wanted to be in. And then... it happened.
I shifted. During the day. I simply thought of my DR, told myself, I want to shift, and there I was—in my DR. It happened because, as I said, my subconscious beliefs changed and then manifested in my reality. The same way they did when I believed I needed methods.
Naturally, I stopped using methods. I stopped trying to shift. I no longer thought, Okay, tonight I’m going to shift, and I'm going to use X method. Because that’s not how you think or act when you’re a master shifter. I let go—why would I bother using a method before sleeping when I could just stand up, think about my DR, and be there? Why would I bother doing a method before falling asleep when I knew I'm a master shifter?
I allowed myself to shift. It was me! When people ask, What method did you use? What did you do to shift?—do you really, truly believe it’s the method that makes you shift? Of course you do, because you live in a reality that seems logical, and you apply that logic to shifting. But shifting isn’t logical! It just happens! I have no idea why—it’s literally just magic to me—but that’s how it works.
So, you need to understand: You make it happen. That’s a good thing, right? It means you don’t need methods, and you don’t need to keep searching for “the key.”
Anyway, I hope this helps someone. (Also yes, before you tell me, I know this is basically Law Of Assumption. But I wanted to explain it in more of shifting terms)

I scripted that I never get affected by hurricanes (because they’re annoying) or tornadoes (I’m deathly afraid of them). I also scripted that Florida has like a hurricane forcefield from now on so we’re never hit again, I think that would be funny

(A forcefield ONLY in Florida is so funny, it would be even funnier if NO ONE had created it and Hurricanes just, went around Florida. Not stopped or nothing, like literally just go around it instead of following their premeditated path)

How to shift realities from someone who regularly does
Hii! I am pretty new to the Tumblr shifting community and I didn’t really plan on posting anything but after browsing around a bit, I kind of wanted to give my two cents on shifting. I used to be active in the Amino community back then but then I took a break to focus on myself. Some time passed since then and I have been shifting pretty regularly now. And after looking through some posts, I wanted to share some things to maybe help others.
Disclaimer: I fully believe shifting is personal and should be tailored to you. What works for me might not work for you and that’s okay! However, I would be very glad if this helped someone. Also excuse how I explain some things. Since I just got back, I’m not very caught up with new shifting terminology so I’m just going to explain how I understand it instead.
You are only consciousness. That is what you are and what you will always be. There will never be any reality, circumstances, doubts, fears, or anything tied to you unless you allow it to. You as consciousness, your only role is to experience and be conscious of things. So as you become conscious of new things, you shift.
As consciousness, your natural state is the void state. You only experience reality when you take on a vessel, which is your body. So through these vessels, you experience reality. And as you live in these vessels, you will encounter its emotions, doubts, and thoughts. This is why people say you are not your doubts or fears, because truly you are not. You are only experiencing it through the vessel. They are not your own, but the vessel’s.
So to shift realities, you simply decide a reality then become conscious of it. Literally just that, you decide and then become. There’s nothing more or less to it I swear.
I think the reason why many people fail to comprehend this is because they had been putting in so much effort that they couldn’t believe how actually effortless it really is. I think it’s because they try to force it without understanding how it just comes naturally. Shifting shouldn’t be about taking control but rather just be. I see people asking how this and how that and am I doing it right, and I just want to say forget all about that and focus on just being.
You had always just been consciousness experiencing reality through a vessel your whole life. You had always made a choice on a reality then proceeded to become aware of it. So now decide on that reality that you want and just be conscious of it. That’s all it is. If it helps, help yourself understand that you are only consciousness. Remind yourself throughout the day, when you experience this vessel’s doubts, or before you sleep. Truly understand that you are not tied down by anything because you are literally just consciousness.
If you question why you should listen to me, it is because I was in your shoes before. For a really long time, I really thought that shifting is just not something I could do and that it was all just an inside joke. I was at my all time low and I just didn’t know what to think or believe anymore. Yet, here I am, shifting as regularly as I sleep. That being said though, I don’t want you to idolize me or envy me. Don’t idolize a consciousness when you are literally one as well and can do anything I can.
I hope this post was understandable. I’m not much of an explainer but I tried my best.
