#psoriasis skin progress: July 3 on the left, Sept. 4 on the right. The large patches of plaques are getting smaller, and the angry red has faded to a more grey and dull red. The patches on my back, stomach, and chest are virtually gone. Diet change has made a significant difference, but the big game changer is sunlight. The healing didn't really start until I was willing to uncover my skin and just let it breathe. That's how life goes, right? #prettyinpinkplaques #autoimmunecondition #skincondition
