So I did a terrible job of updating during the quest but I thought I’d take the time to give my final result.

Overall I’m really happy with how many books I read but I would have loved to finish my character quest.

it’s the end of The Reading Quest! didn’t manage to finish the last book on my list (was going for blackout bingo, excepting the buddy read, because i have no friends) because i moronically left my collection of ee cummings’ poems at my mum’s. and this is why i usually read eformats. 

read some really great books and some much less good books, and i’m now going to go on to finish the entire discworld ouevre because i might be addicted. also taking suggestions for new challenges to chew through.

I was in a bit of a slump on week 3 so i read little to nothing on that week.

But I have made some what progress on the read-a-thone

And might I say what an amazingly written story; It had become one of my favorite books of all time I LOVE IT SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pointe by Brandy Colbert - I read this for the Mage Path prompt of A Book with a One Word Title.

I don’t have much to say about this book besides the fact that it was good. Copied from my IG: New pointe shoes I got before getting sick, not even broken in. This book hit way too close to home for me in many different ways. I saw myself in Theo and Donovan both, and I'm not sure how I'm reacting to it yet. All in all, a great book, but it probably shouldn't be read by trauma survivors still dealing with their trauma or those in ED recovery. I only hate putting a book down once I've started. :/

I have the books I need for the Mage Path, so I’m going to go ahead and start on it and see how much I can get done before the challenge ends. Some of them are shorter, and with me being a speed reader... It’s more about time than anything. When do I find the time to read right now? This is why I like audio books. I’m glad I tried them a while back for another challenge I did. I got so much done and was still able to enjoy an entire series in the span of what was just four books in four days. Beautiful thing they are, but nothing will ever beat the feel of a book in my hands.
