💫  Everyday when you wake up, thank the universe for all that you have, and all that you’re about to receive. Take a moment to imagine your desire, and bask in the emotions that you feel in having the desire already

💫  If you are trying to attract love, watch romantic films with happy endings

💫 If you’re trying to attract money, don’t act stingy, fill up your damn cart online, and know that you’re going to receive a large sum of money to buy all that crap alright. Think about how you always have more than enough money to buy the things that you desire

💫 Also, y'all gotta start loving yourself, this is especially important if you’re trying to manifest a specific person/ex. Become the person you’d want to date. Take care of yourself, do self love meditations, and treat yourself sis/bro. Be the king/queen that you are, and you’ll be desirable af. 

💫 Stop doubting yourself, and release pent up negativity. Try doing a ritual everyday. I personally like to think of showering as my daily cleanse. While I shower, I imagine black smoke (represents negativity) departing from my body. Also showering will help you feel a lot better, and will release stress. 

💫 Spend a lot of time with your friends/family, and if you have no friends like me, spend time doing things that you absolutely love. Develop a catharsis of some sort, writing, painting, going for a walk, whatever just do something. Don’t sit at home all day, be productive. 

💫 Every time you feel shitty, think of this, what would the best version of myself do? And then do that. 

💫 Know that the universe loves you unconditionally, the universe wants the best for you. The universe will never say no to you! You will either receive what you want, or something greater. Regardless, your winning so don’t worry!

💫 Have complete faith in the universe, because the smallest inkling of doubt will cause resistance and then there will be a delay in you receiving your desire

💫 Music is honestly great if you’re looking to boost your vibration. Create a feel good playlist and listen to songs that make you feel good. If you are trying to attract love, listen to songs about love. 

💫 Surround yourself with positivity, you have toxic friends? Tell them to fuck off. Your mind is your sanctuary, don’t let negativity fester in it. 

I’ve chosen many men because my pain and dysfunction recognized them as sources to keep the pain alive. For example, I’ve chosen angry men because anger remains something which is unresolved in myself. Some women gravitate toward unavailable men because they were abandoned or neglected in childhood. Humans are creatures of habit — our minds seek the familiar.

Research both Codependency and Trauma Bonding. This will help you discern whether you’re choosing someone out of love and compatibility, or due to your dysfunctional past/mindset.

Heal all that is unhealed in yourself. Become aware of your unconscious needs and meet them yourself, that way you don’t seek them unconsciously from someone else.

Become whole on your own so that you don’t feel that you’re lacking. Learn to approve of yourself so that you don’t seek approval from others. This way, you won’t choose people out of desperation, but rather because they would be a healthy addition to your life. You won’t settle for toxic people anymore, you’ll drop them as soon as you figure them out.
