I'm now 100% convinced that YouTube just hates your shep689 channel. I did the notification thing you were talking about and I didn't get anything so I tried a bigger channel with over a million subscribers and I get all the notifications from that channel. Also I only watch your channel and every video you post and I'm in the process of watching older videos. It's so very frustrating that YouTube used to recommend you guys and now it's only the big YouTubers. They need to get it together.
