Been going thru your Ghostwood yaps and art again bc I think about him every 3 months and lose my mind all over again, and I was wondering now that Stargaze is finished if you had anymore ideas for him in the narrative and what he'd maybe be doing? Did he fuck off after Lost Julai and is spending his days helping out random folks as much as he can bc he believes Vash will turn up soon and trusts to find him and himself when the time is right? Is he joining Wolfwood on his 2.5 year search to give himself some company especially knowing that Stampgaze's contract is completed yet he's still searching? Does Ghostwood get to be privy to Stampgaze's fate or is he whisked away back to his own "timeline" before he gets the chance and just has to trust that his little self and little Vash will work themselves out if he gets to spend his days with his own "best friend?" Oh oh and not to mention Livio's fate!!! If he's still present he would possibly see this version of Livio/Razlo and maybe even see how they turned out! Maybe he'd even see Midvalley and the Leonoff have their own changes of hearts! And then Melanie ofc oughhhh
Wahhhh sorry I forever have Trigun on the brain and Ghostwood is a particular scratch that will never cease to itch (in a good way I prommy) and the idea of him maybe influencing Stampgaze some in Vash's ideal or even just being there to see them in action and have maybe some pride in knowing his little self is doing his best and still looking out for Vash makes my heart flutter
Anon u have no idea. U have noooo ideaaaa how much I've been thinking about ghostwood, because I'm gonna b real. I thought Stampede wolfwood will die, and ghostwood was supposed to commit the ultimate act of self love and save him at the cost of his own new existence (because the more he gets invested into the story, the more he becomes flesh and blood human again). But Stargaze said - no. Just this once, everybody* lives!
