I Miss Flying

So I watched Justice League: Gods and Monsters and was inspired to write something!

It was a day like any other on Neverland. Full of adventure. The sky was clear of any clouds. Which was good in terms of flying. Flying in a rainstorm in Neverland was never easy.Rain and flying does not work well. Especially with strong winds. But today was sunny and Peter Pan was inside one of the caves. It was spacious and had an indoor waterfall. A quiet place that she could go if she actually ever wanted to be alone. Or more importantly, wash.

Pretending to be a boy was useful and fun. It protected her from the more dangerous pirates that came to the island. Blackbeard was one pirate she actually took seriously. Very seriously. There were no games with him like there were with Killian Jones. When he was on the island, she actually told Tiger Lilly to hide. It was one of the only time she teamed up with the natives to make sure Blackbeard was on the island  for a very short time.

Hook? Hook was not that. Hook was actually fun to fight. Fun to tease. Oh, Peter Pan loved fighting him. Loved annoying him more. That was mainly the reason for her being in the cave on such a beautiful day anyway. Peter had challenged him to a duel. It wasn't unusual for her to challenge him. It was strange for her to have the duel here.  New location. Spice things up. Peter was hanging upside down in the air when she finally saw the codfish. A smile graced her face. "You actually showed up, Codfish. I was beginning to think you got lost." 

Why am I awake? Catching up with OUAT. Better than expected. Also it gave me feels in the right place. I have watched the newest episode (mainly cause I'm a newb and forgot that the show airs on sunday....and that it's a sunday).
