I know I haven’t been active much in terms of discussing my recovery but I wanted to share a small personal victory.

I would say for the last two months (at least) I finally feel free from my ED. I am HAPPY in my body and actually with myself along who I am and where I’m going.

I never thought I’d get to this point where I’d rarely be interrupted by disordered thoughts and essentially experiencing no behaviors/symptoms.

It is possible to get to this place and for anyone who needs a bit of hope - I’m telling you it’s possible!

It has been.... Nearly 3 years since I started losing weight. My journey started in September of 2017...

HW: 120kgs / 264.5lbs

SW: 114kgs / 251lbs

CW: 58.3kgs / 128.5lbs

GW: 55kgs / 121lbs

UGW: 50kgs / 110lbs

It’s been a long journey but I’m proud of where I’m at today... even though I’m not where I want to be at just yet... I have 9 weeks to get down in between my UGW and my GW. ❤️
