The sound of raindrops falling outisde my window, the smell of roses in the park, the sound of the sea waves and smell of salt, finding a new coffee shop, going to the cinema and dissociating from everything, feeling the adrenaline from going for a run, meeting new people with shared interests, cooking a new dish, opening a new book and smelling it, having a stray cat come up to me, a baby smiling while grabbing my finger, making my friends and family laugh, buying new rings and earrings, watching old school movies... those are the small things why i'm alive, i think.
