This is a mini transformation of mine. The far left photo was taken during our 2014 vacation, middle was about 6 months later and the far right was during our 2015 summer vacation. The main difference in these photos that affected my weight was correcting my thyroid. I found out early in 2014 that I had a hypothyroid and it took about 6 months to get it under control. Obviously I'm posing slightly different in the photos and that will make a person look thinner too. I only weigh about 4 pounds off from the left and right photos but in my eyes I can see a huge difference. Getting my blood work checked through the Life Time Fitness lab had a huge impact on my health and I am glad I took advantage of it. Thank you @juliebrownrd for helping me correct my thyroid issue!
