This blog is a motivation for myself to lose some more weight and remind myslef to do it the healthy way. My HW was 107kg in 2011 since then i lost more than 30kg and got down to 69kg at the end of 2012. Unfortunately i gained some of the weight back and at the moment I am weighing around 75kg. So now i am trying to lose the last 10kg- Trying to be healthy and to exercise regularly.
