Been rotating my project Arsadia in my brain a bunch, so decided to draw the two main characters, Len and Decarabia. Scrungly weird wizard and nice bird demon.

I fucking love this album, and this moment just painted a really strong image in my brain that I needed to capture. Background is watercolour, foreground is black marker, blue and black fineliner, and colouring pencils.

A sad lesbian aelfir noble who had been under the Heart's influence since childhood; a composer and music box engineer who fell in love with a drow songstress; a naive girl who didn't understand why she wasn't allowed to marry her one true love, the only person who kept the carrion call from below at bay and accepted the monster it twisted her into; a broken women, her fiancée killed by the Heart, forging a pact with an eldritch bee colony to stay alive long enough to kill The Heart or die trying.

She's one of my favourite characters I've ever played.
