Faldbúningur 18th Century Faldbúningur is the oldest form of Icelandic folk costume, and had gone out of use by around 1850, but has been to some extent revived today. It was also the starting point for most of the other forms. It is characterized by a large white headpiece that curves forward. This was called the krókfaldur.

In the mid to latter 18th cent, the high headdress began to be replaced by a stocking cap with a large tube and tassel (tail cap), which was adapted from the men’s costume. | Sources: [x] [x] [x]

A typical set of Hanfu can consist of two or three layers. The first layer of clothing is mostly the zhongyi (中衣) which is typically the inner garment much like a Western T-shirt and pants. The next layer is the main layer of clothing which is mostly closed at the front. There can be an optional third layer which is often an overcoat called a zhaoshan which is open at the front. More complicated sets of Hanfu can have many more layers.

Natural Black Hair Tutorial! Usually Black hair is excluded in the hair tutorials which I have seen so I have gone through it in depth because it’s really not enough to tell someone simply, “Black hair is really curly, draw it really curly.”

Obviously, heed the type of biking your character is gonna be engaging in. If you plan on your character biking long distances, the tires’ll likely be much thinner so the bike is easier to control. If the character’ll be doing tricks, the bike itself’ll be shorter/somewhat smaller, again for easier control, and so the bike can be manipulated/rotated/balanced on more efficiently. As for unicycles and tricycles… I ran out of room, so I’ll smooth that over by saying this is strictly a BIcycle reference.

But, anyhoo, know the biking type. Wheel thickness, seat height, handlebar placement, and, perhaps most importantly, the person’s position depend on that.
