Errr a selfship commission with my the boys au Dream

Maybe i simply cannot accept the fact that the 'care' that i've received is nothing like what a 'normal' person would have. My biggest fear was being a loser, i cannot be one and i should not be one. But between my unusual weaker cognition of brain buzz and the oh so- superior cognition of someone who was loved, I cannot do anything but falther beneath the competition. If i had recognized the system wasn't built for me, or the simple concept on how to 'care' i would have been better. I would have prosper. And I wouldn't be as grating as a nail friction in the surfacce of a blackboard.

Now I see, I'am what i fear the most. An unsucessful neglected douche weirdo. When I sat alone, i would ignore the truth. I love thinking in fantasy of where I have control, independence, and pride. Where my world was perfect and everything would be better, it was nice for a while. Untill you realize that world has consumed your whole perception of reality. Where it's the only place where you can run to just to 'feel' a sense of normalcy and control.

I think back then, i wouldn't even realize that i would do these 'habits' of escapism. I would always use some sort of eraser, scraps and sticks to help create those worlds. I wasn't subtle in the slightest. Of course, it ended up with a pointed finger and a humorous comedic laughter. Thats when I realize. I just wasn't normal.

Also your look at Ink's character only further convinces me that Ralsei would be the perfect Deltarune MV equivalent given how they both share a kind of existential dread about their place in the world, being molded for the purpose of facilitating a tale woven by forces beyond comprehension, and having their life basically dictated by it, known that said forces beyond comprehension could just screw them over if they felt like it (because I'm certain Ralsei lives in constant fear of the player just deciding to be evil). Also apparently Ink had a story about begging the creators to give his Gaster dads a timeline where they didn't get broken up by plot and that sorta reminded me of Ralsei seemingly being a representative of the prophecy yet actively trying to subvert it's ending from Day 1.

TLDR; divided by game, united by existential horror that is maybe the writer/creator/gaster's fault. (This gets a lot funnier if Gaster is actually Ralsei's dad.)

I can imagine Inksei asking Ink about if they get time off or benefits or actual appreciation for their work or anything like that and Ink going "no" "nope" "sometimes but you also have people hating and trying to kill you" because being a protector sucks.

Also you should draw Error smooching Asgoro or something (the real one not that ugly imposter)

Ink as a character are made to be self aware because his whole life around the creators (us) so it is a good parrarel for Ralsei. You are right. Also yeah, Ink does have some sort of policy as a Protector where he tries to make other outcodes not mess up the timeline, even if its genocide.

But he is pretty lax with it and maybe a bit of a hypocrite if he does enforce it since his dada an outcode that does mess up aus and he dgaf about that. Maybe they are an exception because the creator make them have good ending, but when you think twice about it again, does it even matter if you mess up a timeline? Like in the scheme of the whole of multiverse, does it matter? does an aborted genocide or pacifist caused an universe to die? or would it branch into more and more timeline and possibility.

Whatever, i need to be performative for my life essence, cant let the creators know i slack off, gotta look tuff for them since im their guard dog or something. Like yeah please, im doing stuff for you do not forget me bro! Or else i will die without my life essence.
