It’s been a while :). Too many social media platforms, too little time.

I’m alive and well, still getting the workouts in, traveling a lot to Chicago where Tiff now lives and trying to keep the happy 😊. The winter blues are in full force but workouts like these help me get through my days.

After a calorie filled weekend in Chicago, woke up this morning and watched a little of the Chicago Marathon before my 7 hour drive back. Much needed sweat always helps physically and also in this case mentally.

Slowly but surely getting my knee back to normal. Run/walk combo on Lake Michigan this morning. Man am I outta shape!
