Help the Ducks

HI! I don't really use my blog that much, but i feel like this is a good void to simply share my stuff to. SOOO here ya go allow me to introduce the Vaughn-Summers family!

Piper is the eldest child of Juliette and Ethan Summers (Vaughn is Juliette's maiden name), highschool sweethearts, who immediately got married after graduating. Piper grew up with endless energy and lots of mischief, often working her way into trouble and struggling her way through school.

Two years later, they had their youngest child Rio, a tall boy who only really spoke if they had to, which was rare since Piper often spoke for them, easily reading his little mind. Throughout Rio's child hood he had gained the nickname Riri, which he much preferred to his name.

Their mother put the two of them into ballet when Riri turned 4, because she needed a way for Piper to get out her excess energy, and letting Riri join as well meant she didn't need to worry about who'd watch him.

When Piper turned 8 and Riri turned 6 their parents agreed that the love they had for eachother was never really romantic, it was silly it took them 10 years to realise they didn't want to be married to one another since after Riri was born they stopped doing couply things, and seemed more like bestfriends. After the divorce neither moved out, after all they were best friends that didn't change, they maintained their home for their children why break up their home if the only thing that changed was they no longer wore wedding bands.

Piper and Riri easily understood that their parents weren't married, but still loved eachother just not the same way that a mommy and daddy usually love one another.

Ethan eventually came out to his family, of which the kids were confused but happy for their father and Juliette simply said "I know."

Juliette worked at a bar, where she met Kevin O'connell who fell hopelessly in love with her and she did with him. Meanwhile, Ethan met Derrick Myers a kind school librarian who loved to dye his hair funky colours. After explaining to their partners how they didn't want to sperate their children's home, they all collectively moved into a large house together, merging into one big family.

By the time Riri turned 8 his mother had remarried, Kevin took her last name as Vaughn, the following year she had her third child with him, named Luka.

Two years later, Ethan and Derrick decided to adopt, they adopted one year-old twins Abigail and Ryan, choosing to elope later that same year, making Derrick a Summers.

Another two years later, Juliette had her 4th and final child, Mika a beautiful baby boy, and 4 years later Ethan and Derrick had a child through surrogacy, Tyler.

Currently in the timeline, Piper is 20, Riri is 18, Luka is 9, Abigail and Ryan are 8, Mika is 5 and Tyler is 1. Juliette and Ethan are both 38, Kevin is 41 and Derrick is 35.

Piper started dying her hair at 12 with Derricks help, happily dying her hair red for the last 8 years. She is doing a biology with a minor is physical education to later become a Physiotherapist. She is still a outspoken, confident young woman. Though she had silly tattoos on her body that her siblings picked out. A solar system tattoo down her spine that Riley and Ryan picked out, a cute cat doodle on her left upper arm that Mika drew, Luka and Abigail both decided on a full right leg lineart lightning strike tattoo because it "looked cool" .

Riri at 14 came out to her family as transgender, and four years later are now a lot more comfortable being herself, slowly fully trasitioning. She still does ballet but found a love for ice skating and eventually took up figure skating (planning to become a figure skating coach in the future) She started dating her childhood friend Carter, and though she is still quiet at times it is not as bad as she was as a child, primarily only going quiet when she feels no need to speak or when faced with too many unfamiliar people.

Sooo yeah thats kinda it at the moment, Piper and Riley Summers are the sisters i made up, and I am unnecessarily emotionally attached.

And all i have to say about being an adult and able to drink (UK dweller)....

The bar was at the peak of hussle and bussle of the night. There was much laughing and cheering, the bard was exhausting himself with cider and music, and the barmaid was stuck cleaning the mess.

A usual stepped in through the door, allowing a gentle gust of autumn to sweep his heels and freshen the room, he looked disheveled and pink in the face, with two puncture woulds at the base of his neck. The barmaid brought dirty glasses to the bar to be cleaned and raised an eyebrow at the gentleman's small wound and his current state of dishevelment. The man laughed a good hearty one, he was big and burly, handle bar mustache and smelt like honey so the idea of a somethinf making a dent to him was surprising, until his laugh settled and he spoke six simple words.

"You should see the other guy."

And at that moment another gentleman walked in, tall and slim, pale with two obvious fangs also looking quite disheveled covered in deep red kisses, his button down, his face and neck all of it covered in kisses, he walked towards the big burly gentleman and took a seat beside him. The barmaid chuckled, smiling softly.

"Congrats on your engagment."

She motioned to the slim man's engagement ring, they nodded, sharing their 'thank yous' before the barmaid resumed to their duties and the two men sat giddily drinking a sparkly strawberry drink together.

You shouldn't stay up so late. There's an inn across the street, go there and rest for the night, your journey was long and hard but you made it here.

If you come by tomorrow morning, I'll personally make you breakfast and hand you a wonderful quest, one where you get to see how you've grown from your journey.
