Get over a guy by focusing on yourself.

Take yourself to an expensive dinner.

Watch a movie on your own.

Go to bed and sleep taking up the whole bed.

Wake up and look in the mirror, and love who you see.

Kiss yourself gently, on the arm or knee.

Kiss yourself passionately, hold yourself tight around the hips.

Text yourself later in the day to remind you of the fun you had with you.

Don’t text back, not immediately, or you’ll think you were desperate.

If you didn’t text back, don’t get clingy with yourself. Give yourself some time to yourself.

Don’t tolerate you avoiding yourself. Call you up or come to your door.

If you show up uninvited, don’t hesitate to make it known that it’s over with you. You need to understand that and not stalk yourself.

Oh so you’re pretending you’re not around now and telling you to bug off, well that’s not how relationships work, you know you better than you know yourself and you won’t just let you go without a fight.

Get a restraining order. You don’t have to take that shit from you and you know it. You have no right to invade your life. If you show up again, call the police, then you’ll get the idea.

Don’t feel bad that you broke it off with yourself. You just needed some time and you needed to grow up because you deserve better and you’re not obligated to deal with your emotional bullshit. You will get over it, and so will you. Pretty soon you won’t even remember yourself and then you can move on. Now you can focus on yourself.
