Mr & Mrs Spring - a mini set by Joliebean

The final accord to my Mr & Mrs series inspired by my dear @anotherplumbob! I couldn’t figure out what items should represent the spring season for such a long time because I didn’t want it to be some generic raincoats. For me this season is the epitome of something soft and airy, so I tried to recreate this feeling with my clothes. I’m very pleased with outcome, there are many swatches for many occasions, so you may use them not only as everyday clothes. Have fun and happy simming!

THE BAFROOM

An 81 piece collaborative bathroom set by @felixandresims & Harrie

After the huge success of THE KICHEN, it only felt right to continue with items from another area of your Sims’ home that need a little love & attention…THE BAFROOM.

Now your sims can pamper themselves in luxury with this modern bathroom set. But the items in this set are not only for the bathroom, they will work in many different rooms around the house.

Highlights of the set include: Bi-fold doors, seamless windows, Barcelona chair & lounger set, plus every item you could possibly require to make a stylish bathroom…you know bathtub, shower, sink, toilet, etc.

The set is base game compatible, with the only exception being the wall shower that requires the Discover University EP. However those of you that don’t have that pack can still use the rest of the items including the other base game compatible shower unit.

To easily find all of the items in the set, just search with the keyword BAFROOM in the build/buy catalogue. There is also one marble wallpaper that you will have to go searching for separately.

The set is now available as early access to $5 patrons on Patreon via www.patreon.com/felixandre & will be released on 5th February for free on Tumblr.
