so it’s been a while? 4 months to be exact! So here’s the update of my life so far! I’ve gain back all my weight I’ve worked hard to drop during the start of the year and probably gain a little more. I haven’t yet checked on my weight but I can diffidently tell. Also my skin has gone bad to super bad; my acanthosis nigricans has spread all over my neck and has somewhat gone even more darker then it has ever before with in the time I've gain my weight. How did I let myself get this far after working my butt off to lose my weight at the start of the year. Also I stop taking my meds which could be one of the main reason why I’ve gain my weight back so fast. Anyways I’m back and this time I’m hoping to keep my goal to at least drop 50 -100 lbs by the end of the year! x
