god i'm so fucking tired

i have this perception of myself that i'm pretty undisciplined bc i'm very good at ignoring that voice in my head that screams at me to do things. but i took my migraine nap at a time which was a little early but honestly a reasonable time to sleep for the night. but i still set an alarm to make sure i woke up to write my words, and brush my teeth, and do my yoga, and write my letter. when i actually set my mind to something, i am very dedicated.
