Affirmations are positive statements which you can repeatedly say out loud or in your head. Even if you don’t believe them to be true, over time you will start to.

Having a list of them, or putting them up in places you can see or even having them play aloud is a good way to remember them.

The following affirmations encourage a balanced Root Chakra.

“I am safe.”

“I have the right to be here.”

“I love and accept my body.”

“The Earth supports me and meets my needs.”

“I am a mountain.”

“I am grounded and connected to the Earth.”

“I have all that I need.”

“I have nothing to fear.”

“I deserve to have my needs met.”

“I claim my body and the space it takes.”
