• The UK is hotter than Satan's asshole, and perhaps somehow, even more humid. I am finding myself increasingly disabled by the heat as the years go on and I don't know if that's all on climate change, being autistic, having hypothyroidism and resulting temperature dysregulation, being fat or all of the above - either way idk how people work in this weather cus my brain is basically on battery saving mode all the time, and whatever energy I do have is going towards eating my body weight in ice lollies or ranting about how the British government won't do or mandate anything i.e. air conditioning like in other parts of the world
• as related to above, I have roughly discovered I am fine with temperatures below 23°c
• I ended up going back on mirtazepine, but my new plan made with my GP is to try to come off and switch onto escitalopram in a few weeks time which we know did work to an extent, and didn't leave me with scary symptoms that made me convinced I was developing serotonin syndrome.
• I have the itch to do some painting, which I have not done since I was about 21 but also no energy or inspiration or equipment
• I tried Spanish tortilla yesterday and HATED IT which was Muy Malo, no me gusta. I was very surprised by this discovery.
• I want to quit vaping but also don't wanna go through withdrawal lol, have the physical urge but none of the mental readiness or fortitude
That's it. Otherwise brain empty. Doing okayish, just very neutral and Ehh otherwise.
