Need to do a better job of actually posting recipes on here. After a round of p90x push-ups and pull ups ("the challenge") I threw together a recovery smoothie riffed from the "Americas Test Kitchen Healthy Family cookbook" -1 cup Greek yogurt -1/4 cup orange juice, high pulp -handful of fresh greens (kale or spinach will do) -1 banana (an avocado would be nice too!) - 1/2 apple -nob of ginger, peeled The ginger is incredibly refreshing in this smoothie, and adds that nice bite at the end. #p90x3 #bringit #vitamix #americastestkitchen #smoothie #bringit #healthiswealth #healthyliving #fitlife #daddyfitness #dadswholift #gooutanddodad
