hiatus.

     an eerie calm, yet disrupted by the distant howls, && screeches of grimm still invading vale. an eerie calm, a silent rage, a heartbroken ache. peter glances at the men && women evacuating around him. so afraid, confused, so lost. all they want are answers, && justice served to those responsible. && peter wants it, too. he wants the culprits to suffer for raining this hell upon them.

     but, not before everyone else is SAFE.

     he recognizes his students standing amongst the crowd, && vaguely his mind wanders to those that aren’t present. though, the thought doesn’t linger for long.

     peter also recognizes a few of the tournament combatants. neptune vasilias, he recalls, of team sssn. were the situation a bit different, peter would love to congratulate the boy for his performance.

          ‘ mister vasilias, yes ? i’m glad to see you’re unharmed. ’

      resting upon a nearby chair, elbows are placed against the tips of his knees, as he sets release of a weary sigh while being deep in thought over the entire situation, wondering what’d been the exact cause of such a massacre, he lifts his head once his name is called, noticing the much older individual while he nods in response.

          leaning back into the seat, he lowers his hands, looking towards the sky with a hint of frustration before he utters another word. 

                Irritation is clear from the way his lips curl into a frown to how his fingers tighten on the curve of his cane. Meddlesome children who have no concept of boundaries, Roman remembers him. At the very least, he remembers flinging him off the side of a barrier on the highway. Such a shame he didn’t stay GONE.

       raised within his fingers is a badge, held up high between the both of them, serving as an indication of his secondary occupation, as he stares directly at the criminal, grinning proudly.

       alrighty then, let’s get this started ! neptune’s eating habits tend to be pretty proportionate, fitting his build of being a somewhat skinny individual, since he’s been shown eating noodles with sun, which isn’t too bad of a meal. other options that could be considered a part of his diet would be pasta, spaghetti or anything similar to that, as well as a few fruits here and there, and maybe some dessert. 

         now, onto preferences ! ah, i guess you could consider him wearing his goggles most of the time wherever he goes ? since he absolutely loves how they look and compliment his appearance. though, if we’re talking about sexual preferences, i’d say he’s a bit bisexual, leaning more towards females, since he’s able to flirt with them easier, at least in my opinion.

      okay, so i might as well start off w / neptune’s strengths when fighting tbh ! in canon, neptune’s been able to shoot pretty well with his gun, having shot that gigantic robot that roman was in multiple times while being on yang’s motorcycle, as well as the time he managed to shoot one of team ndgo’s members down when she was about to attack sun, meaning that he’s actually p damn good at long range fighting, as expected ofc. another strength that could be considered would probably be his intelligence, hence calling himself an intellectual, and managing to build a weapon that has a total of three forms, along with the fact that he took out the remaining three members of ndgo, by mixing the water with the electricity from his weapon, even if it was a bit coincidental. there’s also the idea that he could also be pretty good at close range, though, not as great as say..ruby or qrow. oh yeah, i’d also say teamwork, since it seems like he’d be able to cooperate with the rest of his teammates, especially sun, unless a certain body of water was involved.

           now for weaknesses ! bodies of water for one, obviously. i love this boy sm okay, i swear. when talking about his cons in combat, the idea of his gun being taken away, leaving him empty handed, is definitely one.
