tips and tricks for first time carers
so hereâs a short this Iâve compiled on some tips and tricks for all you first time caregivers!!!
Do your reasearch!! Age regression is a very interesting and *real* thing. I highly recommend researching on health websites and then also on places like tumblr to see what regression can look like
ask your little questions. Ask them why the regress, what they like or donât like, when they usually regress and how often, what you can do as a caregiver. And any general questions you may have!
be patient, being a caregiver is a learning curve. And it may take a while for your little to fully be comfortable being small around you. Also be patient when it comes to your tiny; they may be hyper or whiny.
remember to take time for yourself. Being a carer can be a lot, and sometimes mentally draining. Remember to practice self love and healthy habits so you can be happy and so you can help keep your tiny happy
develop boundaries. You and your little should both communicate boundaries between eachother. Does this bother you when theyâre little? Do you really like it when they do that? Or do you dislike it? Come up with boundaries between you and your tiny, they can be as simple or complex as you guys need.
be kind. Even if your strict with rules, still be kind to your tiny. They cannot help it sometimes if they break rules or throw a fit. Never ever lash out at your little one.
if you have anything questions feel free to send me an ask, DM, or leave a comment! also comment any other tips you have!!! love yaâll <3
Honestly I am loving the blurred lines between pet play and ABDL
*during a change* Who's a stinky boy! Who? You're are! *while giving belly rubs*
Hey Kiddo! Its time to got to the park! Stay close I don't want you wandering off on our walk there. *as leash is snapped onto collar*
Hey Pup? Whats this on the floor? Did you spill something or did you pee? *Turns corner and finds the little hiding in the corner covering their eyes*
*Whimpering for attention*
*Nosing for attention*
*Puppy dog eyes for attention*
*Puppies/babies need lots of attention*
Anyway
Sweetie! Time to come down for dinner! *as they place a bowl of mashed potatoes, peas, and Dino nuggets on the ground next to them*
*Curious little starts nibbling on fingers* Hey! No biting! Off! Go to your cage!
*Curious little starts sucking on fingers* Hmm is someone feeling a bit mouthy today? Lets get you something better to suck on...
Hey whats the matter Sweetie? Come here *Opens arms as the Little trots over and jumps on their lap for cuddles, allowing lots of head pats*
*Hears noise from other room* Hey! *grabs little pup by the collar* Must you hump everything you see? *Cue the puppy dog eyes*
*Sleepy little pup waddles over and falls asleep on the floor using their cg/owners feet as a pillow*
*Giving candy to a little pup for using the potty... I mean this one is obvious right?*
Safe to say I'm a fan đĽš
So @polkadotpuddles gave me the idea, so Imma say which happened and which I made up.
Who's a stinky boy! Who? You're are! *while giving belly rubs* - Has happened and turned me onto the point where we needed ice to get me properly situated back in diapers.
Hey Pup? Whats this on the floor? Did you spill something or did you pee? *Turns corner and finds the little hiding in the corner covering their eyes* - Kinda happened but this was back a few months before I moved in with him, so pet play was not a thing yet, but I think that makes this one the most realistic one.
*Whimpering for attention* *Nosing for attention* *Puppy dog eyes for attention* *Puppies/babies need lots of attention* - All 100% have happened đ
*Curious little starts nibbling on fingers* Hey! No biting! Off! Go to your cage! - Hasn't fully happened, but I do like nibbling on fingers
*Curious little starts sucking on fingers* Hmm is someone feeling a bit mouthy today? Lets get you something better to suck on... - Has happened, and in fact is one of my symbols that I wanna... ya know...
Hey whats the matter Sweetie? Come here *Opens arms as the Little trots over and jumps on their lap for cuddles, allowing lots of head pats* - Hasn't happened word for word but I always welcome head pats during cuddles, so its heavily inspired by real life
*Hears noise from other room* Hey! *grabs little pup by the collar* Must you hump everything you see? *Cue the puppy dog eyes* - ...no comment... đ
*Sleepy little pup waddles over and falls asleep on the floor using their cg/owners feet as a pillow* - yup yup yup literally the cutest i've felt in the last 2 months was when I did this. Got a "you're so f*cking adorable" from my Daddy đĽ°
*Giving candy to a little pup for using the potty... I mean this one is obvious right?* - Pbthhhh like I'd ever try potty training đ
Beanie this is adorable, but I think that no comment needs to be commented onâŚ
đđđđ
âŚletâs just say getting dragged by my collar was more of a turn on than I thought it would be⌠đ
And I mean come on if someone leaves a pillow on the floor what the heck am I supposed to do? Leave it alone???

Increasing Diaper Discipline Involvement
Many partners new to Diaper Discipline struggle to increase their involvement, the below list is designed to provide ideas and inspiration for you to implement in daily life.
You don't need to do all of these every day but try incorporating 2-4 elements a day and work up in terms of frequency and progressing from Beginner items to Intermediate & Advanced.
Beginner
Make an effort to talk about their diapers. Casually ask things like:â
âHowâs your diaper holding up?â âYour waistband is showing babyâ âDo you need to change?â âThose jeans hide your diaper wellâ âThese diapers look cute on youâ âDo you need to order more diapers soon?â â
Let them know you expect them to use their diaper, by saying things like:
- âThis diaper should hold all of your weeâs and poopsâ when changing them into a fresh diaper - âRemember youâre not allowed to use the toilet todayâ - âDid you wet your diaper like a good boy/girl?â - âGood boy/girl for messing your diaper.â - âDid you poop today or do you need something to help tonight?â â
Make an effort to interact with their diaper. Squeeze it, pat/smack their bottom when padded, rub the front of it to get them excited, and when hugging place a hand on their diapered bum, etc. â
Implement simple Baby elements:
- Call them your baby boy/girl, etc - Dress them in baby-style (AB) clothes at night - Give them a bedtime drink in a sippy cup or baby bottle - Have them use a adult pacifier at night â
Each morning check their diaper, this can be done in bed by just squeezing the front of it. â
It will likely be wet so comment on that by saying something like âIâm glad you had a diaper on or youâd have wet the bedâ or âYou really are turning into a bedwetter arenât youâ â
After their morning shower either change them into a fresh diaper if youâre up, or if you're still in bed, get them to come over and drop their trousers / lift skirt so you can check they're wearing one. ââ
Each evening lay out a thick diaper and ABDL bedtime clothing and tell them to go get ready for bed. This should be a few hours before you actually go to bed. â
Before leaving the house make them drop their trousers / lift skirt so you can check they're wearing a diaper. For day trips, also ask them if they've got their diaper bag packed. â
Once or twice a week force them to mess themselves by giving them either 2x Ducolax tablets or a suppository which they must take/insert. â
When not wearing diapers, make them wear pull-ups, training pants, girly underwear (if male), or childish patterned pants.Â
When at home and not working dress them in embarrassing clothing, good options include:
- No bottoms / exposed diapers - ABDL onesie / romper - A skirt (male or female) - ABDL shortalls or dress - Childish 2-piece PJs - Footed sleeper
Experiment with light bondage:
- Add a locking diaper cover over their diapers - Restrain them to a bed for 2 hours after making them insert a suppository - Chain them to their desk using locking ankle cuffs or diaper cover - Use other locking clothing to prevent diaper access (e.g. rear zipping footed sleepers)
â
Intermediate
In public, ask them about their diaper or do a subtle diaper check (squeeze front/back) when nobody will hear or see.
Add more elements of babying:
- Feed them a bottle of milk each night - Make them sleep with a teddy - Talk to them like a baby during diaper checks and changes - Make them use a pacifier in the daytime
Encourage them to mess in their diaper for convenience. For example, if heading out for the day ask them to fill their diaper before leaving so they wonât mess in public.
If you notice their wet diaper is starting to smell take them by the hand, lay them down, and change their diaper. Donât ask if they need one or make it a choice. â
Surprise them by buying new ABDL items (clothing, diapers, pacifiers, etc)
Punish any bad behavior by making their diaper experience less pleasant:
- Smack them until crying before changing them into a new diaper - Add elements of forced regression such as locking mittens, pacifier gag, restraints - Make them stay in messy diapers for extended periods - Feed them a blended or cut-up version of their meal. Use a bib and mittens to force them to let you feed them. - Treat him as a sissy/girl with pink diapers and female clothing or baby girl AB items.
Twice a week, force them to mess themselves. Insert a suppository into their bum (wear disposal gloves) or use a fleet-enema (no gloves required) during a change.
Make them ask you for permission to get changed and use the opportunity to inspect their diaper. If it doesnât look full, make them wait 1-2 hours longer.
Get them ready for bed each evening by changing them into thick diapers and dressing them in ABDL clothes.
At home only allow thick or ABDL diapers to be worn.
Take them shopping while diapered to buy new medical diapers, pull-ups, feminine/childish underwear/clothing, and other baby supplies (powder, baby food, etc)â
Make their diapered / baby status obvious around your home when visitors arenât present:
- Have a dedicated changing area with diapers stacked up clearly - Keep a pacifier next to their bed - Have a few ready-made bottles in the fridge - Hang up their ABDL clothes so theyâre easily accessible â
Make them wear a swim diaper on vacation (at the beach/pool)
If they're male, experiment with treating him as a sissy/girl some days:
- Pink / girl-themed diapers - Feminine ABDL clothing (onesies, rompers, etc) - Womenâs clothing (dresses, skirts, leggings) - Butt plugs - Chastity
â
Experiment with more bondage:
- Use locking mittens at night - Restrain them to a bed overnight after giving them 2x ducolax tablets - Add ankle and chest restraints to their office chair to prevent movement while working from home - Use a pacifier gag regularly
Advanced
Change their diaper while out in public. â
Look for a changing places toilet (Europe) or a standard accessible restroom can be used by bringing a disposal changing mat for the floor. You can also change them laying down over the back seats of your vehicle if in a secluded area.
Increase Babying:
- Create a baby bed for them, ideally a single bed with childish sheets, teddies, and restraints to simulate being locked in a crib. This can be used for naps or overnight punishments. - Regularly feed them a blended or cut-up version of their meal. Use a bib and mittens to force them to let you feed them. - Make them wear mittens to bed each night - Force them to crawl by using training booties (small spikes prevent standing) - Pacifier must be attached to them at all times while at home - Setup a playpen which they must stay in for extended periods (even if still doing more adult activities like being on a phone or gaming)
Force them to mess themselves in front of you.
Administer a suppository or fleet enema but make them stay laying or sitting next to you. Encourage and then tease them for messing themselves like a baby.
Occasionally change them out of their messy diapers. Disposal gloves and adult wipes are recommended.
Force them to mess themselves while out of the house:
- Hand them a suppository to go and insert after finishing a meal at a restaurant. They'll have to try to hold until youâve got the bill and left. - On long drives make them insert a suppository when youâre still 1-2 hours away from your home/destination - Administer a suppository or fleet enema before sending them to go shopping or other out-of-home chores.
Incorporate bondage into their forced babying by:
- Use locking diaper covers, plastic pants, or onesies to prevent self-changing - Attach hands and feet to restraints during changes - Restrain them overnight - Use a straightjacketÂ
Take them shopping to buy supplies from an ABDL shopÂ
If male, treat him as a sissy most or all of the time at home:
- Pink / girl-themed diapers - Feminine ABDL clothing (onesies, rompers, etc) - Womenâs clothing (dresses, skirts, leggings) - Chastity cage - Pegging
Dress them as a baby most or all of the time at home:
- Exposed diapers & babyish t-shirts - Baby-themed onesies (not plain) - Baby dresses/rompers - Baby-style socks & tights - No adult clothes (if working from home, adult clothes can be worn on top but the lower half should still be babyish)
Force them to lose control by adding laxatives without their knowledge to some meals and drinks (have prior consent to do this).
Restrict their diaper changes to certain times ensuring theyâll sometimes have to wait a few hours to change out of well-used diapers.
Switch to thick or ABDL diapers exclusively, making them less discrete in public.
Increase use of bondage:
- Use locking mittens & clothing most nights - Use a straight jacket some weekends and evenings, feeding them and changing them during these times. - Use Segufix restraints to completely secure them to a bed/crib
A Caregivers Guide to Positional Training
This was written with the intention of providing those CG/l relationships who enjoy ritual in their dynamics a new element without having to feel as if it is traditional slave positional training. No matter what, a CG/l dynamic is still an exchange of power and these commands are meant to accentuate this mindset. Littles not into typical training, much less slave training, may feel out of their element. Yet, they desire the feeling of control from their Bigs, but they do not wish to participate in the original traditions of D/s. Perhaps because it feels too rigid, or too traditional. CG/l is much more lighthearted, tender, and flowing. Therefore, I have gone and adapted a version that will highlight moments in your dynamic that are fitting for littlespace, all while enticing the feeling of submission that a power dynamic can offer. This is by no means a final guide, but rather a list for you to pick and choose from and adapt what works well for you. We suggest you work with one or two positions at a time until your little has practiced and memorized them enough to perform them to your standards. Â Once those are embedded behaviors, add a new one. And of course, review these WITH your little and decide together which ones appeal to you both and negotiate a list of positions that will work within your relationship. As always, if you have positions you would like to add, please feel free to get in touch with me.
Why is positional training a good idea for my little?
If there is one thing we understand, itâs that littles are often fragile. Littlespace makes them vulnerable and takes a serious amount of trust with a partner to be that exposed. But getting them inlittlespace can be a task, even for a little themselves. They can struggle with adult life and even if they desire to be little, sometimes the transition into that headspace just doesnât happen, no matter how many diapers, binkies and toys they are surrounded with. The desire and need is there, but the ability to mentally regress simply doesnât happen. This can frustrate a little even more, to have every tool at their fingertips, but unable to achieve the littlespace. The idea with positional training is to mentally train a cue to the little to trigger littlespace. With enough practice, a command word will become instinctive. Meaning, in a way, you are conditioning your little to be open to littlespace. The mind is suddenly occupied, knowing exactly what to do, like muscle memory. This is a perfect transition for littles who struggle with leaving their adult selves behind; they have a clear direction of what to do and understand what those positions mean,âŚthey donât feel so lost to âforceâ littlespace to happen on their own. When there is less pressure to shift into that mental headspace, you will find your little flourish into their role. With enough practice, these commands will become routine.
We suggest to practice these commands when your little is in littlespace to reinforce the state of mind. In time, this will begin to instinctively trigger littlespace like a Pavlovian response, perfect for littles who struggle reaching littlespace. Think of it like a catalyst to deepen your experience with your partner. Because of this exchange of power, this will increase a littleâs trust with their Caregiver and provide a more profound and impacting exchange for both the little and Big.
The need to serve
Many littles understand and appreciate the correlation of their role as a submissive in their power exchange with their Big. And those who have that knowledge that submission is a need to give, it can be beyond frustrating to find ways to submit in this dynamic that still fit with the overtones of the CG/l dynamic. How do they go about feeling they are serving without having to set their littlespace aside and separate it from a instinctual D/s dynamic? How can they satisfy the desire to submit without sacrificing their little mindset? These commands can do just that by giving your little the instant gratification of service while still maintaining their littlespace. It is pre-established; the little knowing exactly what to do, what those commands mean, and what is expected of them. This appeals to the submissive urge littles have, all while thoroughly appealing to their little side as well. Itâs the best of both worlds for littles who crave the desire to submit.
Escaping negative behavior
But for arguments sake, letâs say you are reading this and realize that the need for serving is not really your littleâs desire. Is this no longer an option? In reality, these commands can provide comfort. We all know littlespace is fragile. The tiniest bit of negative thought can be devastating to a little. And the adverse presumptions littles exercise in their mind can play on repeat. Littles often will think worst case scenario. âDo they actually care about me? Are they actually attracted to this? Am I even doing this right? Do I look weird doing this? I donât even feel like a baby right now, Iâm not sure I can do this. They arenât happy with me. Iâm not good enoughâŚâ Right? Youâve probably caught your little with this kind of thinking. The constant nag in their mind that they wonât amount to your standards and youâll just end up leaving them. Our natural adult like state can make it difficult, if sometimes impossible, to shift into the littlespace mindset to the point they canât feel ânaturalâ or at ease. They second guess themselves and are more concerned with the thoughts of what the Big is thinking of them instead of actually enjoying the littlespace on their own. What a fear for littles to have. These commands are fitting for littles who may need that extra nudge of comfort to ease those thoughts. This allows the little to more easily shed off the natural worries of their adult mind and shut down the negative mantras that replay over and over. Commands will reinforce to the little that the Big does indeed care and is actively participating in their littlespace, fortifying the feeling of being cared for.  It innately implies they are good enough as they know exactly what is expected of them. There is no longer any guess work into wondering âwhat is my caregiver thinking right now?â. Feeling they have a place with you, littles will often find themselves able to then regress with ease knowing their Caregiver is initiating time with them instead of simply watching and âjudgingâ them from afar, which is one of the worst fears of a little. There is less need to perform or act little. The actions become natural, relaxed and fluid; a comfort for those littles who struggle with the worst case scenario mindset.
A note to remember before starting training
All commands should be discussed and negotiated before beginning. We suggest to work with one or two positions and slowly work them into your dynamic/routine. But please remember this still requires the consent of your sub/little to perform these commands. Safe. Sane. Consensual.
Dominants/Caregivers: Start slow. Vary your commands and ensure you watch your little carefully to ensure long exposure to certain positions do not end up restricting any blood flow. Keep in mind hunger, thirst, and the personal needs of your little through training. Let your little rest and take breaks, too much use of commands may overexert your little, so use them sparingly when you feel itâs best needed.
Submissive/Littles: Communicate with your caregiver. You may be prohibited from questioning a command when used, but you should still speak up if you feel discomfort. Not saying so could lead to physical injury or mental discomfort and not mentioning it could keep you from enjoying something helpful in the long run. Speak up and communicate with your partner. You can always ask for things to be revised if you find certain positions difficult. Nothing said is nothing gained.
The Commands
Sit Sweetly
Always performed facing their Caregiver (no matter if the Caregiver is watching it performed or not), the little will fall gently to their knees and then sit with their legs tucked under. From there, the little will adjust to move their butt to the floor in a side sitting position with their legs still tucked under, but to the side. The little will then lay their hands in their lap, either locked together near their genitals, or simply laid hand on top of the other with palms up in a cupped fashion while keeping their backs as straight as possible and chest up and out. This is a good starting point for many other positions and therefore a simple one to begin with.
Palms In
This position will instigate a helpless feeling in your little preventing them use of their fingers making normal everyday activities harder to coordinate like that of a bumbling baby; forced to play with the lack of coordinated control. (And rather fun to watch!) When this command is given, your little will tuck their thumbs under their remaining fingers into a fist and bring both fists up in front of their mouth with the side of their thumbs to their lips. This is the âshy babyâ pose, also helping to instigate littlespace. From there, the little can continue as normal but must keep the same fist position until directed they can be released by the Caregiver. This is a good command to use once you notice your little beginning to enter littlespace, who is starting to regress but you wish to have them regress further. The loss of the use of their fingers leaves them with little ability to do most normal littlespace activity and will trigger the simplicity of enjoying their toys in more baby-like frame of mind.
*sexually: Caregivers can use this as a form of denial. You can allow your little to play with themselves if they need/want, but instruct them to maintain this position whether using only their hands or toys. Obviously, you may find yourself with little who would rather just hump a stuffie than deal with desperately trying to figure out how to please themselves without griping fingers to use!
Palms Up
This position is similar to âpalms inâ but directs the little to lay on their back with their belly up and knees up with the same hand position and purpose of âpalms inâ. The only difference is this also directs the little that they can only play while laying down from that initial position. No getting up unless the Caregiver gives permission, not even on all fours. This also encourages regression of your little, forced to only roll where they need to and continue play without use of their fingers.
Show Me Baby
A hybrid mix of the first two positions, however itâs extended upright on the littles knees with their knees spread apart, shoulder width, with the same hand position of âpalms inâ. This position is called by a Caregiver for a variety of useful reasons. From everything to a simple diaper check, to adoration of simply watching their little be little-like. For the little, this position is a prideful one; a chance to showcase their little self to their Caregiver and a good start before playtime with a little. Itâs a good trigger that littlespace time is being set aside for them now and they are free to shed off the days worry and regress. Ensure you train your little to keep this position until you are satisfied with your intentions whether for a diaper check or using it to explain to your little a scene upcoming, or simply calling that position when they are getting too overwhelmed and NEED to be calmed. Laying out and dressing a little in a full outfit prior for the little to be in will help the little activate the tools at their disposal to begin to feel in littlespace once this command is called. Think of it as the green light to âstartâ in order for them to embody their little side.
Rest Down
We all know littles can do the unthinkable (says with sarcasm)âŚget in trouble! And sometimes a little can, inadvertently take it a little too far. This position is a physical cue to the little that they stepped out of bounds and need to sit and reasses what they did or wait for their Caregiver to explain the need for corrective behavior. In this position, when the command is given, no matter what or where the little is, everything is dropped and the little is to take the âsit sweetlyâ position, but this time with both hands, palms down, to the floor, one hand to each side and the little will keep their hands glued to that floor until permission is given to release. Once in position, the little is to maintain eye contact with their Caregiver as a formal willingness to receive correction. This gives the little time to rethink their actions, apologize, or for the Caregiver to prevent the little from getting into deeper trouble and quickly correcting troublesome behavior. This reinforces the power exchange of the dynamic, allowing the little to realize that even in littlespace, there are still boundaries/protocols/rules that need to be adhered to.
Settle In
Similar to rest down, this position also requires the little to drop whatever they are doing, walk to their caregiver and presume the position of âsit sweetlyâ with their back against the front of the caregivers shins, but this time with their head down and eyes closed. This is a position to reinforce a calm for the little. Sometimes, anxiety can get the better of them, or perhaps they simply need to take a time out when overwhelmed. Feeling something sturdy behind them is a naturally calming technique for those with anxiety (usually sitting back against a wall has the same desired effect). But this is also a good position to call to cue your little that it is quiet time or down time. Or perhaps you simply want to run your fingers in your littleâs hair and cherish them These quiet moments of tenderness and care make this positional command the perfect choice.
Withdraw the Crown
This is a simple submissive acknowledgement; a nod to the power exchange. This signals to your little to lean their head down, as if they are willingly taking off the symbol of any control (a crown) and choosing to submit that power to you. Caregivers can take this opportunity to apply a collar on their little in this position if they choose.
Diaper Up
This is a classic submissive position with the little on their knees, shoulder width apart and their arms stretched all the way out and flat against the ground in front of them with palms down and head down, nose to the floor. While not exactly a little-like position, it still has use for those Caregivers who prefer to do more bdsm/sexual activities with their little. This position is good if the Caregiver wishes to insert a plug, especially before diapering. It can also be used to expose and display a littles âprincess/prince partsâ for inspection of âDoctor Daddy/Mommyâ. This isnât best suited for impact play since it typically is done on the ground and can be a difficult spanking position for a Dominant. However, you can add a twist by saying âDiaper up, Over the kneeâ which is much better suited for spanking situations when the Caregiver is sitting on the floor vs a chair/bed/sofa. See âOver the kneeâ next.
Over the Knee
This is exactly what it sounds like. The little immediately is to stand to the side of the seated Caregiverâs legs with their forearms crossed behind their back, facing the side of their legs and slowly bending from the hip over the top of the caregiverâs legs to await further instructions. This is, of course, a classic position for spankings. Arms are already tucked away and ensure when this position is called that your little understands their arms are not to move unless placed elsewhere by the Caregiver.
Devote
This is a combination of âsit sweetlyâ and âpalms inâ. The little will assume the âsit sweetlyâ position to the left or right of the Caregiver, always facing them. Their hands assume the âpalms inâ position, but instead are wrapped around the Caregivers closest leg with given eye contact to the Caregiver. This position is one of warmth and love and adoration. Hence the name âDevoteâ. This position reinforces the loving nature of the little and Caregiver and allows the time to enjoy the company of their little close to them.
Come Close
This position is called when the Caregiver is sitting and the Caregiver will spread their legs apart allowing the little to âsit sweetlyâ between them. This allows the Caregiver to follow up for things like applying collars, brushing their littles hair and adding hair accessories, or it can be the perfect command for story time or to embark cuddle time for movie watching. Also, this is a casual command phrase, so use of it in public situations donât sound so bdsm-esque.
Brag for Me
This is not so much a position as a free opportunity for the little to get their Caregivers attention by flaunting themselves. This can be as simple as striking a pleasing pose for the Caregiver, or doing something the little knows is inviting for their Caregiver. Because this can be a bit of pressure for a little to learn, we suggest you review moments when watching your little in littlespace and if something intrigues you in the moment, tell your little it is a brag worthy moment. This way you will allow your little to have a revolving list of ideas on what appeals to you. In addition, you can use this to involve touch. When the Caregiver touches any part on the littleâs body and says this command phrase, thatâs the littleâs opportunity to flaunt that area. For instance, touching the butt may result in wiggling the butt. Touching their lips may encourage them to play with their pacifier in their mouth. Touching their feet may encourage them to do an impromptu attempt at a ballet dance. Touching their skirt may encourage them to twirl, ect. You get the idea. This is a very open ended command that can be highly customized to you and your little.
Diapering
We realize not all littles are into ABDL or enjoy diapers, so this section is meant only for those littles who do, or for Caregivers who wish to use diapering as a punishment.
Lay Out
The caregiver will pat the area they want their little to lay at, whether on the floor, a bed, a changing table, or wherever they want to do the diapering. The little responds to the Caregiver and wherever they are patting knowing that is where the little will seat their butt first. Then then will extend their legs out, shoulder width apart, and lay backwards, always leaning back away from the caregiver so their legs and feet are closest to them. This is a good start point for the Caregiver to begin to undo any current diapers being worn, or to initiate the start of a fresh new change.
Arms Up!
This is a command for the little to extend their arms up from the position âlay outâ and tells the little that the caregiver has something to offer for them to play with during the diapering such as a stuffed animal, a crinkly/rattle toy, a mini book, whatever the Caregiver wishes to give to them to assist in helping them cope with their shyness of being exposed in the diapering process.
Bottom Up
Obviously, this command is pretty simple. This instructs the little to bring their knees up, still shoulder width apart, and lift up with their legs to lift their butt up enough to slide a diaper underneath, or to take one off. After it has been taken off or positioned the Caregiver can then use the next command.
Show Me/Mommy/Daddy
You can customize the command depending on your role, but this tells the little itâs time to spread their legs apart by bringing their legs together and then pulling, from their feet, upwards like a butterfly sitting position would do. This exposes the genitalia and makes it easier to apply lotions, powder or for those littles who are sexual, to do things like chastity, oral examinations, âdoctorâ check-ups, inserting plugs or clit jewelry, ect.
Once the diaper is ready to be tapped down, call the âlay outâ position once again so you can fully finish the diapering.
Why is positional training needed?
Really, itâs not. Itâs NOT a requirement. And itâs not for everyone. This simply adds depth to a relationship and provides an easier way to initiate and assist your little in discovering littlespace. You are their guide, what better way to guide them than to actively participate in their littlespace? Caregivers often are stuck in a rut of thinking that buying and providing toys and objects for them to use in littlespace is what is defined as âparticipatingâ. Littles can sometimes feel disconnected from their Caregivers not sitting down to play with them and not all Caregivers enjoy actually doing littlespace activities. Some littles are even more nervous with their Caregivers watching every move they make. This allows for more intimate interaction while still keeping each role defined and not crossing over each others roles. By no means though are all littles and Caregivers like this. These are only here to accentuate what should already existâŚa loving and attentive Caregiver and an eager and playful little ready for their Caregiverâs attention. Itâs all about the interaction and building trust with a partner. How many times have littles said they are frustrated because their Caregiver says all the right things but takes no initiative? Well, not every Caregiver is blessed with spur of the moment creativity. This way a Caregiver has a âformulaâ, ready at any time, but can be mixed, matched, and applied in various ways to develop a new way of caretaking. It takes pressure off of both roles when the creative energy isnât really there. Consider it the back-up plan, always there to provide attention to your little and for you to build off of.

Ideas for Supporting Your AB/DL Partner
Not into diapers or ageplay yourself, but want to make your AB/DL partner happy? Here are a few simple things you can try!
Pick out an outfit for them at bedtime so when they wake up they have to wear whatever youâve chosen.
Use special terms of endearment. Ask what names they prefer, or simply experiment! Sometimes even a simple âgood boyâ, or âgood babyâ can make them melt.
Instead of letting them wear their special clothes or diapers whenever they want, set up a rule that they need to ask you first. Itâs simple and quick - and itâs pretty fun to watch them blush and stammer trying to ask if they can put on a diaper!
Pick out a special âLittleâ item for them to wear. Like number one above, but this time add a onesie or diaper.
Ask them if they need to go potty - anytime, anywhere.
Casually put their pacifier in their mouth when theyâre working or gaming or watching TV.
Cut up their food for them at meals.
Order for them at restaurants. Doesnât have to be anything super childish - just that act alone can make them blush!
If your partner is padded up, give them plenty to drink. Remind them that you really wouldnât want them to get dehydrated. Bonus points if youâre out in public and order them a giant beverage!
Pat their bum. If theyâre padded, watch them melt and squirm at the sound of their own diaper. If theyâre not, tease them about how strange it feels when that padding is missing!
Deliberately walk down the baby aisle with them while shopping. You donât need to buy anything, but bonus points if you go slow and start examining the baby foods (or better yet, the diapers!).
Refer to underwear as âbig boy/girl/kid pants.â
Ask if they need a sippy cup or bib if they ever happen to spill something while eating.
Get a warm washcloth and wipe their face with it after eating - even if theyâre perfectly clean. Watch them melt!
Stop by the swings at the park, and if theyâre empty, try them out. Heck, youâll probably enjoy this one too!
Pat and stroke their head, especially if they like to ageplay. Littles are often very sensitive to touch when regressing, so that sensation combined with the caring and condescension it implies will likely bring them a lot of pleasure.
Give them a padded weekend; simply replace the underwear in their drawer with diapers. (Or even make them do it themselves!) Tell them theyâll get their underwear back once theyâve used those up.
Remind them how cute they are. Many age players can be intensely embarrassed of their appearance when wearing baby things, so communicating that you find them attractive can mean the world.
Encourage them to âuse their wordsâ when talking about what they want. Donât expect them to wax eloquent on what theyâre craving, though; itâs often embarrassing and hard to articulate these things. Be patient and listen.
Try talking to them in an enthusiastic, bright tone - just like you might talk to a three-year-old - and see if they like it.
Let them show you love in return. Maybe theyâll be embarrassed, or turned on, or both - but above all theyâll love you and be grateful for your acceptance. So if and when they try to return the favor by doing things for you, let them.
This is just a starter list, so feel free to add more in the comments! đ

Our cloth diapers!
This is our full collection of cloth diapers and some answers to FAQâs about cloth diapering!
We tried to composite the list of questions we get but if you guys have something thatâs not on the list, PLEASE leave it in the comments so we can add it to this post. We will also pin this post to our cloth diapering page so you guys can reference it. As we have different questions or advice we will add to this post so that it is all in one place!
Why did we switch from disposable to cloth diapers? We decided to switch for economic reasons, comfort, and a more environmentally friendly option. Babygirl is diapered 24/7, buying disposables would be a huge burden to our income. The heavy initial investment was less than a monthâs worth of diapers so It made sense for us. Secondly, they are far more comfortable for babygirl. We keep disposables on hand for when they are more feasible (easier for vacations). She will usually complain âMommy, this diaper not soft. I no wike it.â Lastly, disposable diapers are filled with chemicals to make them more absorbent. It isnât very good for babiesâ skin to be in a diaper for long hours and disposable diaper companies have made parents think itâs okay. Â I feel my job as a mommy is to provide the best care possible for babiesâ overall health. That includes cutting down on the chemicals that are around/in her. This is what worked best for us but cloth diapering isnât for everyone and you should do a lot of research before investing. Â We searched for different cloth diapering sites and researched care for a week before fully committing.
How do we clean our cloth diapers? What about #2 (poopies)? We use a diaper sprayer attached to our toilet to remove excess mess from our cloth diapers. Then the diapers are stored in dry bags until wash day (every 2-3 days). They are soaked in an ammonia odor killer for 30-45 minutes  (hot water). Then a regular cycle with cloth diaper safe detergent. Dry on low 30-45 minutes. Air Dry on a drying rack the rest. We use a natural stain remover spray for any stains.
Do we use a cover? During the day, not usually unless we need to go an extended period without changing her for some reason. At night, always! Babygirl is a heavy bed wetter so a cover is necessary at night.
Diaper pail? Dekor- Amazon
Brands in this video? (In order of my personal favorite) Dependeco Ecoable Happy Endings Rearz
How do we stuff our diapers? What brand inserts do we use? We use 3 Ecoable inserts for our pocket diapers. We love the Dependeco inserts, we find them to be a bit more absorbent and use only ½ depending on the diaper we are using them with.
How do cloth diapers absorb compared to disposable diapers? As we touched upon earlier in this post, chemicals in disposable diapers give it the amount of absorbency it has leaving parents with a false idea of how often littles should be changed. Babygirl has sensitive skin and wearing 24/7 has made us very aware of this. I change her every 2-4 hours and we go through 6-9 diapers a day. Cloth diapers arenât going to hold as much as disposable because they donât have chemicals but they will hold  A LOT if they are done properly. Changing my baby often doesnât bother me, especially if it means avoiding the chemicals present in disposable diapers.
Covers? We tend to only use covers when we know we wonât be able to change her for a while. At night I will use a diaper cover over a triple layer diaper and this works for us to prevent leaks.
ADVICE FOR CLOTH DIAPERING YOUR ABDL: -Leave your baby in just a diaper while adjusting to cloth diapering, check them often so you can learn their wetting/messing routine. -Keep your little one hydrated so they use their diapers often, this allows them to get used to the different feeling of a cloth diaper and for CG to learn the limits of their cloth diapers. -Respect your little, it may take some getting used to for both of you so be patient if they feel uncomfortable at first.
Haven't really posted much in the way of content because kink has taken a backseat in mine and @ziggy-star-baby 's relationship, but there's always something that helps remind me I'm actually okay as a daddy/big. Last night i offered to cut bun's toenails for her, surprised when she said she was fine with it. We may not actively partake in any ddlg rules or dynamics, but it's little things like that that really do bring out the caregiver in me and help me feel like I'm actually good at it âşď¸
