Moment of reflection.

Sue was an Autistic girl who had already just been told four times by an increasingly impatient Mom to take her pants down for a disciplinary spanking. She fidgeted with her zipper but didn't really loosen her pants. As she stood squirming, she said, for the fifth time in a row: "But Mom, I'm Autistic!"

Mom looked at Sue with a firm unwavering face and said, "STOP saying 'But Mom I'm Autistic' and get over my lap!" Sue flinched and kept fidgeting as her Mom's face grew colder and the panicky butterflies swelled in her belly. She said, "Mom, please, I really am Autistic! You know I am!" Mom shot back, "Of course I know that, and even though I keep spanking you when I know you have Autism you keep bringing it up as a get out of a sore bottom free card whenever you're in trouble! Now take your pants down and get over my lap so I can spank your Autistic little butt cheeks!"

Sue knew Mom was right, knew arguing was no good. Mom was well aware of her Autism but that never stopped her from spanking Sue's bare butt with the hairbrush every couple weeks! But Sue still tried every time. It just felt so unfair that Mom knew she was Autistic and Sue knew she was Autistic, but she was still getting a sore, spanked bottom all the time.
