Why I personally do like Jax from TADC
Don't get me wrong, I am NOT a Jax defender, I completely understand why a lot of people straight up hate them. (Using they/them for Jax cause the pronouns were never really confirmed) And I'm not confused about that, in fact, yes, they ARE a fucking asshole. And a bully and, no, none of their actions are justifiable, again, I am not here to defend them, this is just my personal opinion of why I like them
I think that I am personally just drawn to the utter complexity that they are. The whole unhinged persona with little to no predictability is something that's giving me a challenge in psychoanalizing them which I am a fan of because I personally love a good phsychoanalysis of a character and especially if it's a difficult one to decipher.
I am going to admit, I also do empathise with the character a lot, I suspect that there is apsolutely some sort of mental issue going on there and I have spectulated on which ones they could be, but I'm not a professional so I won't state them here, though a lot of fans have their opinions.
This is not even a psychoanalysis really, just my brief opinion. Again, Jax's actions aren't in any way justifiable, this is just my opinion on why I like the character. I personally have zero repsect for fans who defend their actions, I don't think they realize that, yes, it's a cartoon only, but you're defending the real actions that drove a lot of people irl to suicide, soo idk maybe shut up with your hurtful bullshit.
So, this account just tried to scam me after commissioning me, failed miserablely and I have screenshoots, so if you ever stumble upon it, you know what to watch out for.
