TW: Descriptions of death, murder, talks about gore, weapons and the disposing of crime scenes.
a/n: Hey, sorry for the long awaited sequel! It might not be as good as the first part, that's my bad. I've been on and off this for a while but I hope you all enjoy!
7:23 AM, Monday.
It was officially a week since youâve been accepted as the mafiaâs main cleaner. Youâve been trying to get by with that information with how you could. Picking up random jobs around town to get a little extra cash for rent and food, of course. Yet, here you are lying on your bed staring up at the ceiling for some reason, your thoughts racing backpedaling at the information of joining the mafia. There was no real reason why you did it except survival and the fact you needed the money.
Money, they promised good money. You hoped they would pull through yet you hadnât gotten a call from them, so no call equals no money flowing. Great, just great.
Pulling yourself out of bed and into some clothes, it was a mundane yet natural act. Your brain was on autopilot going through the daily motions of brushing your teeth, doing anything else you needed to do in the bathroom before stumbling into the kitchen to make coffee, but there was no coffee. You forgot to stock up on your latest grocery run and now you were dealing with the consequences of your stupid actions. You got food and other things but not the fucking coffee. God job, asshat.
The sigh you let out couldnât be louder. Guess itâs time to go stop by that coffee shop down the road.
7:57 AM
The bell over the coffee shop rang softly as you slipped inside the store, the morning rush was just starting so thankfully it gave you time to browse a bit. Your eyes scanned over the menu board, you wanted something strong but god there were so many options. Pumpkin Spice already? Christ alive.
After placing your order and adding two extra espresso shots, you find yourself a booth in the back scrolling through your phone occasionally dropping it to peoplewatch or eavesdrop on a very loud conversation across the room. But your mind drifted back to the main topic that flitted through your mind all day; Money. You needed money and badly, you only had a few hundred bucks left in your savings and that will go quick in this fucking city, no matter how much you cut back.
Yet, like an answer to your prayer your phone lit up and buzzed against the coffee table. The random number made your heart race but you answered the call, putting the phone to your ear. â..Hello?â You answered softly, trying not to draw attention to yourself in the coffee shop. Granted you donât think anyone would listen in at eight in the morning, yet you never knew. New York attracted the crazy in people.Â
Wandaâs soft voice answered you; Sokovian accent on full display, âGood morning, sorry to call you so..early. We have a minor problem. One of our associates had a party last night and well..youâll see for yourself.â The cheery and motherly attitude set you off at first, how could she be so happy telling you these things? âWeâll text you the coordinates to the place, try not to be so conspicuous.â She continued before giving you the time for any questions but you couldnât think of any at that moment, your brain had decided to only reply with, âOf course, maâam.âÂ
You could practically hear her smile, âGood, if you have any questions do not hesitate to call us, dear. Oh and donât disappoint us.â She purred into the line before hanging up. She didnât need to threaten you as the warning was clear as day. You mess up, your head will have a bullet in it. As you pulled the phone from your ear, it buzzed once more. This time with a text message of the coordinates and a code. Guess that means itâs time to leave your silent sanctuary, the coffee tasted bitter now. No longer that sweet release that granted you some respite from the day to day hell.
Time to work.
9:24 AM
You slowly pulled down the private road, the gates surrounding the estate caught your eye but you put the code into the keypad. The gates slowly opened with a loud buzz echoing into the morning air, you drove past the gate before speeding up a bit as the estate came into clear view.Â
It was a nice house, it sucks that it probably cost more than you could afford in three family generations. You parked somewhere less conspicuous, somewhere so no one could see your car. Not like anyone was around, but you didnât want to take the risk. You couldnât take the risk.
Walking through the backyard, you were greeted with a full on horror scene. The once large and almost magnificent pool was now filled with dark red water, a few bodies bobbing in the water. Holy shit. Do not throw up, that will be more mess you will have to clean up. Your eyes glanced around taking in the scenery; the very bloody murder scene that you would think would only appear in horror movies.
Backtracking to your vehicle, you had to take a few deep breaths as you got your supplies. The coffee you drank only an hour ago was threatening to make its way back up your throat as you put on disposable gloves.
Breathe inâŚbreathe outâŚrepeat.Â
The thought of just leaving crossed your mind but then you remembered what was on the line. Not only the money but your life. You couldnât escape if you wanted to do so. Each step dragging until you got back to the scene of a very brutal crime, your eyes looking around for something that could hopefully drain the pool. You didnât know one thing about pools or pool chemicals, how hard could it be?
Hard. It was very hard.Â
It took you minutes to even find the shed, truthfully, it wasnât that hard to find as it was sitting near the back of the estate, yet even then the shed door was locked and you had to practically break that lock to get into it.
As you stumbled into the shed, you had to stop and let your eyes adjust to the dark shed. Once your eyes finally adjusted to the darkness, you found the main drain and turned it to the side, a soft click sounding before stepping back towards the pool, the water draining slowly made the bodies bob even more.Â
Great. There goes breakfast.
9:54 AM
Despite the pool being as large as it was, it drained as fast it could and that took around thirty minutes. Giving you enough time to clean up broken furniture, bullet shells and getting rid of any other evidence you could find. A black industrial garbage bag in your hand, the bodies still remained lifeless. Bullet holes lining their corpses. This wasnât a sign of a professional kill, this was anger perhaps drunken or drug induced anger. You couldnât or didnât want to know.
You went with the latter.
The pool lining was still shining with the wetness of blood and water, making your boots squeak softly as you continued to pick up bullet shell casing as the sun beat down on your back.
This would be a long day.
4:57 PM
As the sun made its way behind the trees and buildings in the city, you had finished packing the back of your truck with bags upon bags of trash and evidence, alongside bodies inside bags. The old truck creaked with the weight but held as you slowly covered it.Â
The cleaning had finished, now it was time to wipe any security feeds and make this place look presentable. Which was easier said than done. It took you a few moments to even find the home office even if you passed it like twenty times during the seven hours youâve been here. The next thing was to long onto the computer itself and clear everything that had any trace with what happened. That took about an hour to do.
Then came wiping down everything that you touched to moving the overthrown furniture back into its place. Chairs at the tables, picture frames corrected, double checking everything with a black light to make sure there was no evidence left behind and if there was to clean it.
Almost complete.
6:35 PM
The phone in your hand shook, as you typed out the simple message to the same number that had called you at the coffee shop.
6:36 pm: âItâs done.â
You didnât get a reply, of course you didnât. You wouldnât expect them to reply to someone like you. You were still on rocky terms with Natasha and Wanda? Well she was nice, motherly, at times but you could feel the wariness in her words. She didnât trust you yet. But hopefully this showed you did your job and you did it well.
Or you hoped.
8:47 am, Tuesday.
You awoke with a jolt as your phone buzzed three times consecutively. You blinked the sleep from your eyes, hands throwing the duvet off of your legs as you blindly reached for your phone.
8:45 am, Unknown Number: âGood work. Your pay has been sent to your account. We will contact you soon.â
You read the words over and over again before checking your bank account. Cursing as the app took a few seconds to load properly, hands shaking in fear or maybe anticipation. You couldnât tell anymore. Fingers moving to check your savings account.
Your eyes widened, jaw going slack as you nearly dropped your phone.
Two thousand dollars.
They just dropped two thousand dollars in your account for simply cleaning up a crime scene. You could pay rent for three months and have enough to get actual food instead of that microwavable ramen.
Maybe it wasnât so bad working for two crimelords.
She didnât need to watch the body hit the floor to know that she hit her mark. Sheâs done this a million times before but her grip on the sniper tightened as she desperately pushed down the emotions bubbling deep inside her. The only person that would be able to even make her feel human she had just shot.
She had shot and killed you. She killed her angel.
She had to, it was an order. You were getting too close to knowing too much information and Hydra wouldnât be far behind. It was a mercy kill she forced herself to believe but as the tears ran down her face, the ones she couldnât stop as she took in a deep breath, she looked up at the sky and whispered a meaningless prayer.
âForgive me, ĐнгоН,â She whispered out to the world to whatever God who gave enough to listen.Â
The last piece of love she had kept locked behind her heart was now gone.
~~
Natasha was never the one to fall in love. She never stayed long enough to fall in love nor did she allow herself to get too close to someone. But you? God, you snuck past her stone walls and tore them down without trying.
The first time she met you was during an undercover mission to assassinate someone but she had to blend in, her cover was almost blown. She sat next to you at some random person's funeral but you? Despite the tears and red face, she thought you were the most gorgeous person she had laid her eyes on.
Then somehow she kept in touch with you over the next few years. She always moved around constantly but she called or texted when she could. Hell. She even wrote you letters when she couldnât use her phone. She was hopelessly in love.
But then you had told her one day you were getting married, the same day she was going to tell you about her feelings. That was the first time she had shut down around you. But she forced a smile and congratulated you, played the part of a happy friend, she always played the part.
She was even at your wedding. She watched the whole thing with a small smirk on her face and drinking the bottomless champagne during the reception.Â
She wished youâd love her like she loved you. She was sure as shit selfish but damn it, she could rarely be that in this life. Damn your spouse, sheâd happily be your mistress. If youâd just love her back.
Be her angel. Be the little angel on her shoulder that called her home and called her âwifeâ. But that would never be. She knew that.
She was a Black Widow for fucks sake. She could never live a normal life.
~~
Natasha took another deep breath, wiping her tears as she walked away from the perch. Her heart ached and the red in her ledger seemed to get even darker. A new stain on her consciousness and it was your face.
Her hands trembled as her brain registered the ear piece and the voice calling her.Â
âRomanoff. Status?â Of course it was Steve, they were on a mission but she just needed to get rid of one small obstacle.
âUpper Floor clear.â She replied back, detached. Play the part, Romanoff. So she did. Even if it meant clipping the wings of her angel.
TW: Some body horror as it does talk about transformations.
A/N: Never wrote for her before or any X-Men so donât be too harsh đ
Emma Frost doesnât look for anything but perfect. But when she laid eyes on you? She was immediately interested in what made you seemingly an imperfect perfection.
It took weeks for her to even warm up to you and how you functioned as a person. How different you were from the other X-Men.
Sheâll be honest if you ask, but she did peek into your mind. She wanted to know what was going through your mind yet she couldnât begin to try and figure out the whirlwind of your mind.
It took even longer to become friends with her.
To become friends with the White Queen herself is a task akin to a herculean effort, simply because she keeps her cards close to her chest and she wonât let just anyone inside her close circle.
Others that have tried for years to get close to her are so mad because you made it look so easy. But the truth is, you never asked her for anything and you were just being you. Never putting on a fake mask despite how many times that started a fight with her.
She would never say it outright but she strangely adored you to her core which pissed her off. How can you get past her diamond and ice walls she put up?
When she first started to take notice that you were different was when the week before a full moon, you had practically stocked up and locked yourself away until after the full moon.
Then it was the more animalistic urges you had that came out. Now not to say she hadnât met mutants with animalistic tendencies or habits but this seemed different.
She didnât push you to say anything nor did she pry into your mind to see what was going on. She respected you to not read your mind and she learned her lesson the first time.
Now dating Emma Frost is a whole different world. Safe to say she outright adores you. She spoils you rotten.
Some people think she is your sugar mommyâŚand on some level they arenât wrong.
But she isnât because it is a romantic relationship built on mutual understanding of trust and love.
She doesnât really show much PDA as she does have a reputation but she wonât push you away or tell you no when you cling to her. In fact she encourages you to do so.
Emma is jealous. If you asked her, she would scoff and deny it because thatâs above her. But she is a very jealous and possessive woman.
The first time you had locked yourself away before a full moon, she got concerned. Sheâs seen you do this many times but this time it felt so..different. You were her partner, she should be able to see what was happening.
But she didnât push. Not until the second time it had happened.
The second time you started to pack yourself away days before a full moon, she stopped you and pleaded with you to talk to her.
But you didnât know how to say it. So against your better judgement, you let her in.
That night, it started out fine. She was watching you curl yourself under the blankets and she let her mind slip.
Until she heard the bones breaking, the whines and cries turning into feral snarls. Your body lashed and reformed painfully.
Yet when it was all over? She was amazed at this giant hulking ball of fur and sharp teeth.
She wasnât deterred by your destructive nature or the growls at her.
She let you snarl, snap and bare your teeth at her, but she cut it down as soon as it seemed more than anything but a warning.
As soon as you got the first whiff of her scent, that familiar perfume and body wash she used, your wolf brain immediately calmed down.
To Emma you are her giant puppy. She still talks to you like you were your normal self, she wonât treat you like something below her.
She brushes out your fur and just stares in awe at the powerful creature that is her beloved.
I wonât lie. She does use you to deter anyone from disagreeing with her in meetings or trying to fight her.
I mean would you go after someone that has a giant wolf behind them? No thanks.
After your transformation, your body is usually bruised and sore due to everything.
That just means she gets to pamper you more. Baths? Check. Applying face masks and drinking expensive champagne? Check. Staying in bed later because she just has to make sure you stay in bed? Check.
All in all she adores you and your wolfish abilities. Even when you destroy her floor to ceiling mirror because you thought another werewolf was near her.
Characters: Natasha Romanoff, Yelena Belova, Wanda Maximoff. Maria Hill, Kate Bishop.
Reader is Gender Neutral
Natasha Romanoff:
This woman never gets scared easily. If asked she would say she never gets scared.
That changes when she starts to date you, not in a bad way. Sheâs scared youâll get hurt because of her.
Natasha always expects the unexpected, she has to in her line of work so scaring her is not an easy feat at all.
Youâve tried many silly pranks to see if you could scare her. None of them worked, she always called you out.
âI can hear you breathing, ПаНŃŃ.â /âYou're moving too much.â
She thinks itâs adorable as all get out. Her sweet, loving and adoring partner trying to scare her? She could pinch your cheeks.
Sometimes she pretends to make you happy. When youâre happy sheâs happy.
âYeah yeah, you got me. I do not know how someone as cute as you got me."
Yelena Belova:
You can try to scare her. Keyword try.
Yelena, much like Natasha, is always on top of everything. You wonât get far.
Sheâll just smirk at you as if she knew something you didnât.Â
Everytime you jump out at her or try to scare her by sneaking up on her, she just smiles.
âYouâre trying so hard to scare me. So adorable.â
The one time you happened to scare her was a complete accident. She just didnât expect you to appear behind her and she jumped in fear.
Sheâd never think to pull out a weapon on you but her reflexes kicked in and now you were on the floor.
She immediately helps you up and holds you close as an apology, pressing light kisses to the top of your head.
âYes, soak it in. You got me, just watch your back.â
Be prepared she will get you back.
Wanda Maximoff:
As much as I hate to say it, this woman jumps at almost anything.
Sheâs so easy to scare by complete accident at times, you really donât have to try too hard.
But be warned, she does do things on accident, like accidentally punch you out of reflex or accidentally uses her magic.
Once she realizes itâs you, she feels so bad. Sheâs practically in tears if she accidentally hit you.
You arenât mad at her for it, you kinda asked for it.
Sheâll gently berate you for scaring her but she canât stay mad at you for too long.
âDonât scare me like that, detka! Oh no, come here I didnât mean to hurt you-â
Give her kisses and hold her close, sheâll forgive you. I promise.
Maria Hill:
Maria, much like Natasha and Yelena, rarely gets scared. Sheâs seen a million and one things in her line of work.
That doesnât mean she canât get scared. Itâs just really fucking hard to scare this woman.
Youâve tried so many things and sheâll just stare at you. (You know the stare).
But letâs say you did scare her. Just for this little scenario.
Her first reaction is to reach for her weapon but upon realizing itâs you? Sheâll calm down and smirk at you.
âGood job, sweetheart.â
Short and sweet praise from her.
But she knows you like the back of her hand, she knows your little sneaky tells.
Before you can think of doing anything sheâs shutting your thought process down so you focus on something else.
Kate Bishop:
Kate is another of the really easily scared but she always plays it off with a laugh.
She just gets so focused on things itâs easy or she gets worked up at times.
If she accidentally punches you out of reflex she feels so horrible she pulls out all the stops. Ice pack, favorite movie, food from your favorite takeout place and kisses.
âHoly shit- Oh god! Baby, I am so so sorry, I swear I didnât mean to punch you-â
Youâve learned to stay back when scaring her.
The one time she didnât punch when getting scared is if you just pop up next to her.
She doesnât understand how quiet you are. You aren't. You purposefully try to make yourself known so you wonât get punched.

11:38 PM.
âCâmon on, I said I was sorry but I really need your help,â The voice of Jim was from the other line, his voice strained, âI left the key near the door and your payment is inside. I owe you big time.â He continued knowing you were already pissed off at him, of course you were pissed off. âBig time, Jim.â You growled into the line before taking a deep breath hanging up on him. You were at your other job when he called, begging you to come help him out as he was cashing in a favor.
Your vehicle pulled up behind the apartment building parking into the barely lit area. The supplies you brought sitting in the backseat, you had to be careful. You didnât know what you expected to see but hearing the explanation from him wasnât exactly helpful either. Something about getting into a fight with his roommate, you stopped paying attention as he started to ramble. The heaviness of the supplies brought you back to reality as you lugged them towards the metal backdoor, the bright orange paper stuck to the front of it made the pieces of the puzzle click together a bit more.Â
âClosed down. All apartment tenants have 90 days to move out as this apartment complex will be torn down and rebuilt for the new duplex. Thank you for leasing with us. -Management.â
This explained so much and so little. Either way, using your body weight to push open the door, you slipped in without any other interference. Looking around you found the elevatorâŚwhich was completely out of use. Fucking great. You put the heavy mop bucket that was brimming with supplies down onto the floor as your phone buzzed in your pocket for the third fucking time in two minutes.
Jim 11:45 PM: âHey forgot to let you know, the place is on the third floor.â
Jim 11:46 PM: âThanks again for helping out.â
Jim: 11:47 PM: âAlso the elevator is out. My bad. Thanks again.â
Jesus fucking christ, Jim. You sighed and shifted your weight looking at the very dirty, old stairs. You took a deep breath, grabbing the supplies and started to make the trek. The very time consuming and heavy trek up the three flights of stairs.Â
By the time you got up there and found the key, you were already exhausted from this job. But the money was needed and it couldnât get worse right? Right?? Wrong. God you were so fucking wrong. You didnât expect the absolute fucking murder scene when you took two steps inside. Your eyes scan the destruction, from broken objects to overthrown furniture. But what made everything so much worse, the worst thing was the fact his roommate was lying face down on the floor very much dead and very much murdered. It was clear with the sign of the struggling that his roommate had fought back but was unsuccessful in his attempts. Oh god, you hoped the money and being fired was so worth it.
1:24 AM.
It took you hours to not only clean and make the apartment look untouched, but now you had an envelope with your name on it with a fat stack of cash inside as well as a body wrapped in an industrial sized trash bag laying at your feet. Your gloved hands gripped the envelope before stuffing it into your pocket, your eyes never leaving the body. God what have you gotten yourself into? No amount of therapy would ever help this fucked up mess..unless you wanted to be in jail for aiding and abetting in a murder.Â
You thought carrying down the supplies down three flights of stairs was bad. No carrying a dead body was worse. A dead body that was now in the trunk of your vehicle as you slammed it shut. Now you had to figure out the next step of your plan, calling or texting Jim was immediately out of the question. Looking it up online would surely have the cops on your tail and you really didnât want to go to jail. Think you moron, think. This was going to be harder than you thought.Â
As you got into your vehicle and started it up, your brain raced with possibilities and potential outcomes of the future. Driving was a no-brainer, you didnât really need to think much about driving well..except paying attention to those around and the lights but other than that you could just drive. Drive for hours if you needed but you didnât want to do so as well..gas was expensive in the city.Â
First off though, get this fucking body out of this car and out of your hands. Relax, you got this. Just drive. One thing is clear though, your life will never be the fucking same again.Â
Fuck you, Jim.
3:59 AM
You were going fucking insane by the time you had gotten back to your own apartment. It was four in the fucking morning, the sun would rise soon and people would either find out or you were officially off the hook. So far, you were too scared to fall asleep, but a hot shower did sound nice. Your feet slid across the floor with every step towards your bathroom, your body ached and it didnât help that your clothes were now covered in blood and other gross things. Technically it was a crime scene and technically they were still property to your old job but they wouldnât want it back. You would just have to burn them along with your favorite shoes and pants. That you were somewhat upset about, the pants had deep pockets and those were hard to come by. Fucking Jim.
The hot water started to fog the small bathroom, your phone sitting on the counter and playing some random music you put on. You stripped naked almost immediately as your thoughts ran through a million scenarios in one second; would they find where you got rid of the body? No, you went way out of the city for that. Your hands shook as you brushed back your hair as the hot water cascaded down your body. The blood you had gotten on your skin washing off turning the clear water a murky red color, who knew that the human body stored so much fucking blood. You didnât..well until now.Â
Your hands glide through your hair as you massaged the shampoo into your scalp, eyes closed as you listen to the music playing loudly over the running water. But this wasnât the playlist you put on yet the tune soundedâŚfamiliar. Washing the suds out of your hair, your eyes snapped open as it hit you. Someone was calling you. You yelped in pain and closed your eyes yanking the shower curtain open blindly as you reached for the towel. This is why we close our eyes when washing our hair, you moron.Â
Rubbing your eyes with the towel, you blindly reached for your phone and grabbed it. Risking the chance to be in pain even more you opened your eyes to see who was calling you at this ungodly hour.
Unknown Number.
Well shit.
Your stomach sank but you forced yourself to answer it, sliding your thumb over the screen and quickly putting your ear to the phone. âHello?â You asked before flinching realizing the shower was still running, you turned and turned the shower itself off before clearing your throat. You could hear..something on the other line but no one was talking, âHello?â You tried again and suddenly a voice came onto the other line. The voice was gravely but feminine, the Russian accent strong. âUpper West End. Nickâs Bar. One hour, do not be late.â Then the line went dead. Shit.
Guess you don't drown yourself in sorrow tonight.
4;56 AM
After getting dressed and practically running out of your apartment, you arrived at the bar. You only had five minutes to spare. You shakily walked into the dingy looking bar, glancing around you spotted a few drunken idiots around the place half asleep and hammered. The bartender herself looked like she did not want to be there at that moment, but what caught your eyes was how there was a big burly bouncer at the other end of the establishment. Blocking your view to whatever was behind him. What fresh hell did you get yourself into?
You glanced down at your phone, the earlier message the unknown number had sent you when you were driving still sent chills down your spine.
Unknown: âWeâll be waiting in the back. If asked, say you are there for a business opportunity.â
Putting your phone back into your pocket, you slowly made your way towards the bouncer who stared back at you. What a fucking stone wall of a man. His hand raised, his eyes cold like sharpened steel as his voice rumbled out of his chest, âNo Entry.â His words were cut short as it was a simple phrase but either way you had to be brave. Brave face, you got this.Â
âIâm here for a business opportunity.â As the words left your lips, the manâs attitude seemed to shift and he relaxed for a split second. His head slowly turned, his eyes scanning the room before stepping to the side, his large hand pushing open the door that read âAuthorized Personnelâ. Stepping inside you were met with a short hallway that led to a doorway with red beads hanging from it, the burly man had closed the door behind you with a resounding click.
Fuck. Into the Lionâs Den.
Each step you took, the smell of some kind of incense and cigarette smoke wafted into your senses luring you closer and closer, then you heard it. Jimâs voice, the way he stuttered with every other sentence and how his lisp was just subtle enough. You slowly passed the red beads into a dim room. The room itself looked like it had come out of a fancy casino. Dark maroon walls decorated with random pictures of people you didnât know. A round table sat in the middle, where two women were sitting facing Jim.
Jimâs back was facing you, as he tried to sputter out his next words but stopped when one woman, the one with dark brown hair, held her hand up before her gaze snapped towards you. God that was the scariest shit ever. Her green eyes seemed to shine as she motioned you to sit down, which made your legs stick to the spot for a few seconds. Taking a deep breath (and forcing your body to move) you walked to the chair next to JIm, who smiled nervously at you. You wished you could smack the taste out of his mouth right now.
Your eyes slowly moved back towards the two women in front of you. The woman who motioned for you to sit down was now taking a slow sip of her wine, the other woman was staring you down. Watching every move, every minor reaction.Â
âYou are on time. Good.â The one with red hair commented, finally breaking the silence as she leaned forward to slowly take the cigarette from the ashtray, she was the one from the phone call. âYou do know who we are?â She asked, making you slowly shake your head as you were terrified to even look away from them both. You didnât know who they were. You didnât know what Jim had dragged you into nor did you understand how fucked you were.
Taking a long drag from her cigarette, she inhaled the smoke and then exhaled it like nothing, âSurprised, Jim here..said you knew who we were.â Her voice dropped an octave lower, making your heart race but your blood boil. Your hands gripped the seat of the chair as you set your jaw. He told them what? âSo we have an impasse. Either you are lying or Jim is lying. I hope for one of your sakes, we fix this quickly.â She continued, her eyes darkening as she absentmindedly flicked the ash off her cigarette. Jim nudged your foot under the table, making everything just click into place. All that anger, all the late night helping, the money you gave him to get him out of the predicament to even turning the other way when he had stayed over and stole money from you.
This little bitch.
Your head snapped his way making him jump in response, your hand shaking as you pointed at him. âYou brought me into this fucking mess. After everything Iâve done for you?â You hissed out as he sat up straighter trying to defend himself but his stuttering made it easy for you to keep going, forgetting where you were. Forgetting that the two women watched this unfold.Â
âNo! You donât get to play victim, Jimmy! Iâve been through hell for you for years. I let you stay at my house, Iâve bailed you out of jail, Iâve driven half way across this city for you. I got fired because you murdered your roommate. I spent hours cleaning, organizing and hiding a body for you!â You snarled out as if he had physically burned you, a part of you enjoyed how his face paled with every word. âDonât you dare pin this on me. I have no idea where I am, I donât know who these two are and I am running on the adrenaline of hiding a body and getting no sleep. I have half a mind of slapping the shit out of you right now.â You finished as you slunk back into the chair, glaring at his now shaking form. Gods above that felt refreshing.
Your eyes moved back towards the women in front of you, your chest rising with each deep breath you took. Both women had a smile on their face, pleased by the whole scene in front of them, but the smiles seemed more different than ever. No, they seemed like two very hungry lionesses in front of a quivering zebra.Â
Your heart leapt in your chest as a loud ring rang through the room. Unbeknownst to you. You just sent a man to his death.
6:12 AM
You sat there for what felt like an eternity, your ears ringing and the knowledge that Jim was now slumped in the chair next to you. Dead. Gunsmoke filled the room of incense and cigarette smoke, the pistol lying on the table. Your hands trembled under the table now but your eyes met emerald green eyes.
âSo now that we got rid of our problem. Letâs talk.â She didnât wait for you to get used to the ringing in your ears or wait for you to let her know. âWe have a proposition for you. One that you would be a fool to ignore.â You continued to stare at her, âYou work for Wanda and I,â She motions over to Wanda before letting her hand drop, âas our cleaner. Youâll be paid generously as we appreciate the mess you cleaned up thanks to that rat. Your name wonât be mentioned nor brought up.â She finished leaning back into her seat, finally letting your mind catch up to the present.
You got someone you considered a friend killed. His body has yet to go cold next to you and now the two powerful women are offering you a job. A job that pays well, you hope. God you hope. The only thing you could offer them was a meek, âAlright,â watching as their moods lighten up only a bit. Wanda finally chimed in as she stood up, walking over to you. âDonât worry about the mess, weâll deal with it. Come now, let me walk you out.â Her voice was so soft, motherly almost. You wouldâve believed it if you didnât see how they killed someone. Getting up was easy, you needed to get away from the dead body next to you.
Her soft hands were placed on your shoulders as she guided you out. Out of the secret hallway towards the back of the bar, that was now closed, but stopped before you exited the door. âNatasha and I will be the only ones contacting you.â She whispered softly, smiling at you, âNow get home and get some rest.â She ushered you out of the door before disappearing back into the empty bar.
The loud metal door shut behind you, your eyes adjusting to the early morning sun as your legs walked you to your car. As you closed the door, turning the key into the ignition it had hit you like a ton of bricks.
A/N: Real quick, I donât write Mafia AUâs or anything so if anything is wrong, my apologies. I will write more of this because why not but if anyone has any ideas or prompts let me know!!
First off, I want to say that working for two of the most dangerous mob bosses is a very stressful job. They expect perfection in everything, they run their shared empire with an iron fist and like a well oiled machine. One wrong thing and they will snuff the problem out.
But this shouldnât apply to you right? You are just the person they call after a mission gone wrong. You were the cleaner, more like janitor but I digress..Yes, you ARE on their payroll but you arenât exactly in their circle or empire. It was always random when they called you, you could be doing anything. At lunch, at the grocery store or hell even at home trying to watch a movie. But the most random one was when they called you when you were on a date. You are pretty sure that they knew somehow, someway.
Speaking of them, they were two completely different people when it came to even talking with you. Whether that be over the phone or in person,
Natasha Romanoff was the leader and she did a damn good job at it. Head of the whole operation. She was cold, ruthless and not very sociable when it came to others. She was sweet to her wife (and you, but you were still on the fence about it.). When talking to you she was straight forward, no sugar coating anything.
Wanda Maximoff was the second leader, wife of Natasha and she was the complete opposite. She was caring, sweet but under that warm persona was someone only their enemies got to meet. She was a ruthless killer when she wanted to be. Wanda was the first one out of the two to be sweet on you once you proved your loyalty. While Wanda tended to sugar coat somethingâs, she was much sweeter when talking to you. Sheâd give you the option to back out of the requests but you knew better and both women had you hooked so could you really say no to her?
Now where do you fit in? Well like before, you were the cleaner. The janitor. But to them you were more than that, you were their eyes and ears outside the whole operation. You had unknowingly pointed out not only the flaws of their own empire but also the people who were snitches. How did you do that? Cleaning up crime scenes before anyone was the wiser of course.Â
How did they find you? Well, thatâs easy enough. Someone in their ranks who you were always friendly with, of course. You mentioned something about needing more money or you just cleaned up their mess that they didnât want Natasha or Wanda finding out about. Well they did and when the two women questioned the poor fool, they let it slip that you had cleaned up their mess. Going as far as getting rid of any and all evidence. Now at first they werenât as happy for an outsider to come and help but then..they saw the work you did and they were beyond impressed.
Thatâs when the plan was put into motion; Natasha was the one who reached out to you first. After a job went wrong at one of their underground operations in a casino, you were called in to take care of it. She gave you the parameters of what happened without spilling too much information, gave you anything you needed to use and expected your silence. Of course, you did it without question because if she found your phone number, she could find you. You really didnât want to take that chance.Â
Natasha rarely contacts you beyond work. Wanda is the one that usually reaches out to you, calling you for a job or simply if you run into troubleâŚor if sheâs bored and just wants to make sure youâve been taking care of yourself.
Both ladies have fallen for you and get very over protective of you in due time. Especially as you work more and more for them, itâs very well known that they have a thing for you. Not only does your pay increase but the gifts they leave you at your doorstep or when you go to talk to them, Wanda is guiding you around a hand on lower back as she leans against you. Natasha is on the other side of you but has one hand on her weapon at all times as if sheâs ready to shoot down any threat that comes to you or Wanda.
Just a lil blurb because I canât get this out of my head. A lil' NSFW but doesn't go into detail.
Natasha just loves to touch you in some way. Any time, any place. Her hand is always on you. In the mornings? Itâs sliding on your lower back as she passes by to leave. During meetings? Itâs on your thigh under the table. At some fancy party Tony threw? Sheâs pulling you away from prying eyes to hold you against her and kiss you senseless because goddamn when did her lover get so hot? Standing anywhere? Her hand is on your lower back or your hip. During more intimate moments, her hands are everywhere leaving marks on your body. From gentle squeezes to leaving handprints on your skin.
A/N: This is set after Endgame and Natasha isnât dead.
The early morning sun slowly seeped through the windows of the bedroom yet Natasha had been awake for hours now. The sun slowly cascading into the room and onto your still sleeping form, highlighting every slow deep breath you took. Natasha kept watching you in silent awe, her hand that was on your waist had moved to gently trace your sleeping features.
If someone were to ask her years ago if she envisioned being married and leaving the Avengerâs life behind, she wouldâve probably said no. Yet here she was, on a farm in a different country with the love of her life sleeping next to her. A soft smile graced her lips as the thoughts raced in her mind. She still kept in touch with the others, and still talks with Clint and Yelena on almost a weekly basis. You both have chickens and goats, two dogs and a whole lot of farm land. Natashaâs fingers stopped tracing your features as your face scrunched up, before moving closer to her and hiding your face into her neck. Without hesitating her arms wrapped around you ever so carefully and pulled you closer, listening to soft and content sighs you let out before falling back into deep slumber.
Her fingers slowly traced shapes into your back as she leaned down to press a kiss upon the crown of your head. She knew she had to get you up soon, chores had to be done and maybe head into town for that local farmerâs market youâve been talking about for the past few days. But you looked so peaceful when asleep, as if nothing could get to you. Her eyes flitted back up the bedroom windows as she thought back on the last few days back at the Tower. Everyone was moving on to make way for their new lives post-snap, it was bitter-sweet for both of you having lived in that Tower for so long awaiting for the next mission or the next extravagant party Tony would throw. But now? Now it felt all worth it.
Blinking a few times, Natasha slightly jolted at your movement as you slowly woke up yawning. âNat..? What time is it?â Your sleep-filled voice called out as you leaned back to sit up. âJust a bit after sun-rise, ПаНŃŃ.â She watched as you rubbed your eyes and nodded, mumbling something to yourself. Slowly getting up, she leaned over and kissed your cheek, âCoffee?â You nodded immediately at her question, making her smirk.
She would never get tired of these early mornings with you.
A/N: Something short and sweet! Hope y'all enjoyed!
Characters: Natasha Romanoff, Yelena Belova, Wanda Maximoff, Kate Bishop, Maria Hill.
TW: Mentions of being shot, talks about blood.
A/N: As a âwhat ifâ scenario to my âHow They Would Mourn Youâ scenario.
There was a loud bang and then she saw your body hit the ground, blood seeping out of you. She rushed over and put her hand over the wound. It wouldnât kill you, the shot was too low to hit any major organs.
Natasha Romanoff:
Natashaâs hands were almost always stained with the blood of her enemies or marks. But this was different and she felt scared for the first time in a long time.
She pressed her hands down so hard that her knuckles turned white and she flinched when you cried out.
âI know, ПаНŃŃ. Just a little longer.â She whispered to you, blocking your body from any other threat or wandering eyes.
Once back in the safety of the quinjet or even back at the Tower, she hands you to the on team medics and doctors.
When you get out of surgery and wake up, sheâs right next to you. She has her head in her hands and clearly didnât change out of her suit.
When she sees you awake, her eyes light up but she stays still as if she thinks sheâs dreaming. But when you beg her to hold you, god she canât move quick enough.
The days after your surgery, she wonât let you out of her sight or lift a finger. Do you need water or food? Donât move, sheâll get it for you.
Need help with applying a new bandage? Sheâs helping. Donât worry about grossing her out, sheâs seen worse.
At night, she holds you so gently. Her hand over the wound and her face buried in your shoulder.
As the wound heals and leaves behind a scar, she kisses it every time you point it out or make a comment about it.
âNo, donât say that, ПаНŃŃ.â
She thanks whatever god is out there that you didnât die that day.
Yelena Belova:
When it happened it felt like her world slowed down. But now she was here, holding the bleeding wound with all of her strength she had left, yelling at the others to do something.
âDo not die on me. You do not get to die on me. I will kick your ass.â She hissed looking at you. Despite the threats, she was crying and focusing on how your clothes were staining with your own blood.
She snaps at the others more easily while you are in surgery. Sheâs terrified and she tends to snap under the pressure of being vulnerable.
When she is able to see you, the anger she had immediately washed away and she sits next to you watching as you sleep.
Sheâll jokingly groan if you ask her to do something but sheâll do it. Donât ask anybody else.Â
Like Natasha, she holds you more gently when cuddled up together or sleeping.
Some nights she canât sleep as the memories are too vivid and sheâll watch you sleep whispering to you.
âI was so scared, you know? Seeing all that blood. You are tough, ПаНŃŃ. Tougher than me.â
Sheâll run her fingers or keep her hand over the scar after it heals up. If you say something negative about yourself or anything, sheâll kiss your cheek and softly whisper praises to you.
She has kicked Walkerâs ass for saying something. He learned his lesson.
Wanda Maximoff:
Wanda was panicking when she saw your body hit the ground. Her magic fluctuates and it feels like she watched her world crumble.
When she realized you were hanging onto life, she ran as fast as she could to get to you. Her hands were shaking the whole time as she put pressure on the wound, sobbing.Â
Her magic was fluctuating due to her own overwhelming emotions.
âNo no, stay with me. Please, dorogoy. It is not your time just yet.â
Once you both were safe and you were in surgery, she was pacing as she waited for you.
When she was able to see you? She was sitting next to the bed, holding your hand and softly humming as she watched you sleep.
Once you are let out, she takes care of everything.Â
Need your bandages changed? Consider it done.
Hungry? She helps you sit up in bed and carefully feeds you.
She will not let anyone slander you. Not even you. You cannot slander yourself or talk bad about your own scar.
Everytime she gives you this *look* and it shuts you down from spiraling.
âDorogoy, I love you. Scars and all. Now hush, I will not have anyone bad mouthing you.â
Kate Bishop:
Kate is in survival mode. Sheâs hovering over you and trying to stop the bleeding.
Sheâs not saying much and she hates how much you cry from the pain. Sheâs replaying the scene in her mind.
âJust hold on for me, babe. I called for backup, okay?â
When you are in surgery, sheâs sitting outside and zoning out. Sheâs letting the hours go by, she doesnât remember when Clint appeared.
During recovery, Lucky is cuddled up to you carefully on one side and Kate on the other.
She grimaces when helping you change your bandages, she doesnât mean to do so.
Will get your favorite takeout or treats to help the recovery go by quicker.
Doesnât let you spiral when it comes to the scars it leaves behind.Â
âNo, no. Babe, stop. Your scars arenât ugly, they just show that you arenât willing to give up, yeah?â
At night, she traces the scar(s) and whispers how much she loves you.
Maria Hill:
All it took was a split second and the next thing she knew was that you were on the ground bleeding out.
All of her training went out of the window for a few seconds as she stared before rushing over.Â
Sheâs quick to yell at a few agents to find the threat and get a medical team.
Her knuckles turned white as she watched your face contort in pain and turn pale.
âNo, no, donât focus on the pain. Youâll be fine, okay? Just hold on for me. Youâre stronger than this.â
She doesnât mean to be off-putting but sheâs focused and scared.
When recovering, Maria stays with you the whole time.
She doesnât say anything when helping with the bandages or cleaning the stitches.
She holds you more closely behind closed doors and lets her walls down.
Maria rarely cries, but that night after you were cleared. She cried. She thanked whoever would listen to her prayers and sobbed.
If you even try to do work before you were properly healed, sheâs staring at you with *that* look.
âStop, no baby, look at me. Your scars do not define you. You are stronger and Iâm so glad you are here with me.â
If anyone brings you up in a bad light, recruit or not, they have Maria to deal with.

Characters: Natasha Romanoff, Yelena Belova, Wanda Maximoff, Kate Bishop, and Maria Hill.
TW: Talks about death, angst, crying and grieving.
After a rough mission, the team comes back but there were no more smiles or that energy she loved. You were gone just like that. A stray bullet hit you straight in the heart and you were dead before your body hit the ground. The world dimmed significantly.
Natasha Romanoff:
She was there when it had happened, She saw how your body collapsed onto the floor. She felt the warmth leave your body and so did her own.
Sheâs silent, too silent. Her usual harmless glares are now not so harmless.
Your stuff is never touched, sheâs scared that the last little bit of your warmth will leave her too.
She snaps much more easily. Kills a lot more.
Never forgave herself, she thinks she was the reason you had died,
She visits your grave every week. She talks to you and updates you on the team. By the end of the visit, sheâs in tears begging you to come back to her.
Weeks after, she starts to incorporate your jewelry or little trinkets into her normal outfits as a way to remember you.
She moves around constantly now. She canât force herself to stay in one place too long.
Sometimes stays up to talk to the stars as if sheâs talking with you.Â
You were always the brightest star in her life.
Yelena Belova:
Much like Natasha, Yelena gets angry. Angry at herself and angry at you for being reckless.
She snaps at everyone who brings you up.
Kills much more ruthlessly now.Â
Once her anger passes, she shuts off completely around others.
She canât even go into your shared room because it hurts too much, so she sleeps on the couch.
Once she makes herself go into the shared bedroom, thatâs when she breaks. She cries and screams until her voice is hoarse and she passes out on the bed getting a full nights sleep.
She visits your grave and leaves your favorite flowers. She sometimes sits with you, not saying much but still enjoying being near you.
Wears that one leather jacket you constantly stole from her with pride. She keeps a little trinket or jewelry on her at all times. Secretly keeps a photo of you in her pocket.
When she has sleepless nights or rough missions, she closes her eyes and swears she can feel you in her arms. It might be her imagination but it helps her sleep much more easily.
Wanda Maximoff:
When she feels your life suddenly fizzle out, she screams and breaks down.
She doesnât believe it at first, she thinks itâs a cruel cruel prank but when you donât answer her..thatâs when she knows she lost you for good.
She locks herself away from the others.
It takes her weeks to even talk to the others about anything related to you.
But that doesnât mean she wonât visit your grave and talk to you. She still loves talking to you, even if you canât answer.
She cries herself to sleep at night, holding onto your hoodie.
She wonât let anyone take your things away, she gets violent when they try.
She starts dreaming about you, how your touch felt, how you laughed and it filled the whole house.
Every few weeks, your grave gets your favorite flowers and is cleaned. She wonât let anyone or anything disrupt your eternal slumber.
You both will meet again, one day. She just knows it.
Kate Bishop:
Kateâs first reaction is to think it was a lie. You would get up anytime now and the blood pooling around your body wasnât blood.
It takes her a few days to process everything, she thinks youâll still come back at any moment.
It takes Clint sitting her down and actually talking her through everything after the funeral that she finally breaks.
She sobs into him and clings onto him, begging him to bring you back to her.
Lucky knew immediately, he sits at the front door and whines loudly. He never leaves Kate's side at night.
If you had contact with your family, she tells them and lets them take your stuff. But she keeps a few things.
She incorporates a few small things or your jacket into her outfits.
She talks to you when visiting your grave, tells you how Lucky and Clint are or anything she can think of.
She blames herself for not being quick enough to save you. For even dragging you on that mission.
She never forgives herself and she never will. You were her everything.
Maria Hill:
Maria knew instantly when she heard someone had died on the mission. She didnât want to believe it but she knew, intuition she supposes,
No one said a word to her when they got confirmation that it was you that had indeed died. Not even Fury.
She was the one who handled the funeral. She was the one who contacted any family you had. She was the one who took the blame.
After the funeral, she became more engrossed in work.Â
She cried days after when she was alone, or thought she was alone, she had finally lost her drive.
She became colder to new recruits and sharper in how she talked. Especially when they dared bad mouth you.
She rarely visits your grave after the first few weeks. She didnât think she deserved to do such a thing.
Once she does, she sits there for hours not saying a word until she mutters the words, âI miss you.â and it was like the world felt lighter just for a second.
After that, she slows down at work. Sheâs still mean and cold but she slows down to appreciate life.
She keeps your things around the house, despite most of them going back to any family you had.
She kept the silly coffee mugs, the jewelry or trinkets, she keeps the pictures up.
She doesnât forgive herself but she knows youâll be there waiting for her. Whenever that times comes.
A/N: This might be a lil ooc but I do not care. Natasha deserves the world.
The gala Tony was hosting seemed loud and almost suffocating, too many important people who had way too much money for their own egos. Your eyes scanned the room as you leaned against the bar patiently waiting for the bartender to hand over your own drink. You were glad Tony kept the bar open. You donât think the champagne they had would give you that numbing buzz you were craving.
As the bartender handed your freshly made drink you quickly brought the glass to your lips and took a slow sip trying to savor the buzz and taste of the alcohol. It didnât take long for some rich guy, probably someone trying to get on Tonyâs list, to saunter over and lean against the bar next to you. His gaze never left you even as you continued to ignore him, god couldnât he take the fucking hint already?
âI couldnât help but notice you were alone, would you like some company?â He asked as he inched closer, clearly testing the waters. âNo thanks.â You replied trying to be short, trying to let your body language dictate that you wanted to be alone. âAw câmon now, a cute thing like you shouldnât be alone.â As the words fell from his lips you wanted to rip your own skin off at how gross you felt. His hand had inched closer and closer, too close to your waist but it never made contact as your savior had made themselves known.Â
You looked over as Natasha got in between you and the man, her arm wrapping around your waist with ease. âSorry about that, babe.â She said pulling you closer to her. You relaxed into her as a smile graced your lips, your eyes flickering over to the man who was doing a double take. You watched as the softness in Natashaâs eyes quickly disappeared as she finally acknowledged the manâs presence. âCan I help you?â Her voice was sharp, venom lacing her words as if she was ready to rip into the man who bothered you.
âYes well, we were talking,â The man corrected, brushing his hair back trying to keep his facade up. âIt looked like you were harassing my partner,â She snapped back with a swiftness that you only ever saw a few times. To say she was pissed was an understatement. You and Natasha always got along, like you both were each other's missing puzzle piece, and over time she had gotten protective. Very protective to the point where she didnât need to voice it to let everyone know that you were off limits. Why was it now that you had just noticed it?
âI-I wasnât,â The man tried to cut in but the glare she gave him made the poor fool clear his throat and back up a respectful distance. âThey told you they were fine alone. Back off.â You quickly leaned closer and rubbed the arm around your waist, the anger in her eyes had quickly disappeared and she responded with a gentle squeeze to your side. You focused your gaze on the man who had now tucked tail and rushed off deeper into the party.
âKill the man, why donât you?â You teased as you brought your drink back up to your lips as Natasha scoffed, âPlease, that would just require extra work.â The smirk on her lips told a different story though, she loved the banter. Her eyes landed on you once more and you could see the difference in them, the softness that was always there as if you were her everything. She didnât remove her arm from around your waist.
âEveryoneâs gonna think we are together now.â You whispered out, placing the glass cup on the bar. Your eyes never leaving her own as a warmth spread through your face and your heart pounded in your chest watching as her smirk turned into a smile. âIs that a bad thing? To be mine?â She asked leaning closer to you, both of you in the small bubble of time.
âDo you want me to be yours?â You asked back, heart hammering away in your chest. Natasha took a second to respond, which felt like an hour at best but you knew it wasnât. âI think you already know that answer.â She whispered back, her smile growing. You watched her and nodded, your own smile pulling at the corner of your lips as a soft laugh left you.
âThen..I want nothing more than to be yours, Natasha.â
A/N: I have yet to see Thunderbolts so donât hate me, gang. I do plan on going to watch it but like Yelena has me acting up frfr.
TW:Talks of violence.
~~~~~~~~~~
The front door to your shared apartment closing was the only indication that Yelena had finally gotten home. You could hear her footsteps down the hallway and her voice calling for you yet the only thing that you focused on was your busted lip and bruising cheek. Shaky hands coming up to wash the blood away was your only focus, how long have you been standing there for?
Yelena called your name once more, she knew you were home. Your keys were hanging up and your shoes, haphazardly, had been kicked off near the entrance. Her footsteps echoed through the hallway and around the corner into your shared bedroom but she had stopped at the bathroom door, her eyes staring at yours through the mirror. It was silent, her expression was neutral but you knew better. You could see the unbridled anger in her eyes, the way her jaw tightened and how her shoulders squared ever so slightly.
âYelena itâs oka-â You had started but she took two calculated steps towards you, closing the distance quickly. âWho did this to you?â Her accent was thick, venom lacing her tongue. She was ready to strike and you knew it was only a matter of time before she blew her anger on someone else or something else.Â
Yet her hands, despite how they shook with the anger behind her gaze, were so gentle with you. It was as if you were glass to her. She would never put you down or make you feel insignificant, no..but this was different. She needed to be gentle with you for her own sake. Her thumb brushed against your bottom lip, wiping the blood away as she stared at the forming bruise on your cheek. âWe need to ice the bruise, ĐŃйОвŃ*â She whispered out as her gaze finally met your own. You know you looked pathetic with tears in your eyes but you didnât expect to get punched while at work, you're just lucky your boss let you go home so early.
You could only nod as she led you back to the living room, tears cascading down your cheeks as the adrenaline had finally worn off. She was quick to get the ice pack and wrap a hand towel around it before gently holding it to your cheek, her other hand coming up to wipe the tears. The silence wasnât as deafening anymore and you were thankful for that, even if it was just a little. Yelena still wasnât out of her uniform yet and it made your heart clench, she was always tired after missions and you just had to let this happen.
Â
âStop that,â Her voice cut in, stopping any thoughts that would drag you further down into your own feelings, âIâm taking care of you, that is much more important than worrying about my own sleep.â She finished as she pulled the ice pack away to check on your cheek. âBut âLena..you should be asleep, not worrying about me.â You tried to reason but she gave you a look. The same look she gives you when you were being too stubborn for your own good. She is just as stubborn and she knows you just as well. âI worry about you all the time. Iâll sleep when Iâm done taking care of you.â Her tone left no more room for you to try and bargain with her.
She had carefully cleaned your busted lip as the quiet filled the room, her anger had calmed down enough to a simmer just underneath her relaxed facade but you knew it was still there, Yelena Belova held onto grudges like no other. Especially when they had harmed a single hair on your head. âAre you going to tell me who has hurt you?â Her question broke the silence like a gunshot in a silent forest.
âIt happened at work..I just had a disagreement with someone and they took it too far.â You whispered out and she hummed in acknowledgement. The silence returned and stayed until you were cuddled into her arms almost asleep. Her fingers dragging up and down your back slowly as you both stayed on the couch, your eyes fluttering shut as the adrenaline gave way to exhaustion. âWas it Shannon? Bet it was Shannon.â Her voice was low but you could feel the rumble in her chest with every word.
Your silence was enough for her to huff and grumble, pressing a light kiss to the top of your head as you succumbed to sleep after hearing her last few words, âIâll kill that bitch.â
Going out to hang with friends but ended up skipping because you both unanimously decided to go watch that new movie that came out.
Clothes shopping and mall adventures!
Matching outfits and jewelry that always makes everything pop out more.
Soft hugs and whispers when either one of you has had a bad day.
Always sends you a reminder text for anything or just a picture of something she saw and immediately thought of you.
The house or shared apartment is filled with warm memories and pictures as well as trinkets from adventures.
She takes so many photos of you that she has a camera roll just for those pictures. She always changes her phone lockscreen between those pictures. She canât choose.
The house/apartment always smells like lavender and whatever perfume she wore that day.
Stolen sweaters and soft laughter echoing down the hallways.
Lipstick stains that are hard to remove but you donât mind it.
Yelena Belova:
Late nights staring at the city from the tower and saying nothing to one another, but sheâs close enough for you to hold onto her.
The smell of gunpowder and smoke lingering on her skin hours after a mission. The smell comforts you.
Late mornings where she doesnât want to talk or be touched but sheâs curled around you like you are her lifeline.
Date nights that include sneaking snacks into the movie theaters or sitting at a hole in the wall restaurant thatâs opened hours after midnight.
She kisses you like she wonât be able to see you again, her hands always hold your sides or face.Â
Yelling drunkenly at whatever show you both are watching and eating take out.
Bandaging her or each other up after a stressful mission, sheâs silent the whole time but after she always cooks dinner as a silent way of saying âthank youâ.
She has a hard time expressing a lot of things but she always does it in other ways.
Play fights all the time, it starts as her poking your side but ends up with both of you on the floor laughing like mad men.
Around others sheâs cold and off putting but if you're near sheâs always hovering and asking for your opinion on something.
Falling asleep on one another anywhere.Â
She always has to keep a hand on you or be near you, sheâs scared youâll just disappear. She canât lose you.
Smirking at you from across the room when you catch her eyes.
Inside jokes that make you laugh so much your ribs and sides start to hurt.
Teaches you how to shoot and stands behind you the whole time holding your hips
Surprises you with tickets to a concert/musical you always wanted to see and is wrapped around you the whole time.
Teaches you Russian phrases while baking at 4am, it doesnât stick and you both make a new silly language that only you and her know.
Always will whisper âI love youâ before a mission or when youâre asleep in her arms.
Maria Hill:
Dates usually are very formal and expensive due to the black tie events she goes to but the dates where itâs just you and her at home are her favorite. Soft music plays in the background as you cook or talk about anything and nothing.
Sheâs a workaholic at heart, but she always will answer your calls or texts. Her responses might be a little delayed because of said work but she always responds.
She always lets you sleep in but you know her schedule by heart so when she wakes up, you wake up to kiss her goodbye.
Sheâs not always the most physically affectionate person but she lets you cling to her.
Takes you out on the town every month or two as a way to show you off but to get time with you.
Training or going jogging with her becomes a ritual.
She rarely gets time off or to sleep in but on those rare days she can be found curled in bed with you sleeping in for a bit longer than usual.
She smells like coffee and a very faint perfume she wears at times or that one very specific office smell. No, I will not elaborate, I just know it.
Keeps her hand on the small of your back at every function you both attend.
Gets really possessive but itâs so subtle that you donât notice at first until her hand moves to your waist.
Puppy dog eyes do not work on this woman, even if itâs you doing it. She will smirk and raise an eyebrow like she knows something you donât.
Never raises her voice at you like she does with the new recruits, sheâd feel horrible if she yelled at you.
Kate Bishop:
Date nights are filled with pizza, inside jokes as you watch whatever she puts on the tv or going out to a bar or club.
She will awkwardly flirt with you anytime despite you already dating.
Bandaging her up and softly chastising her for being a bit reckless on a mission.
She kisses you so softly, like you were made of glass but itâs full of love either way.
Randomly up at all hours of the night to softly talk to Lucky about how perfect you are or making a sandwich, no inbetween.
Cuddling consists of her being the big spoon and nuzzling into the back of your neck or your back with Lucky laying over both of your guys legs.
In my mind she blasts Taylor Swift or Sabrina Carpenter all the time. She thinks she is being secretive but you know,
Will absolutely show off anytime you are around. Itâs like clockwork. Clint is tired.
Drapes her jacket/flannel over you and kisses your cheek telling you to keep yourself warm.
Walking Lucky with her every morning and getting coffee on the way back home,Â
She teaches you how to shoot her bow, you both end up laughing when you miss the shot.
Dancing in the kitchen and laughing at stupid inside jokes.
Brushing her hair every morning or before she has to go on a mission.
A/n: Hihi, have some crumbs I'm alive and well, just doing the grind ya' know. Anyways back into my Marvel hype fixations and so here. Also I live in delusional land, let me believe all these Marvel ladies are alive and well, thank you. Also I did this because I wanted to and no one can stop me. Thank you.
PS: Sorry if these seem out of character I tried đ¤ˇââď¸ and if you guys want more please let me know.
TW: Talks about violence, transphobia, and dysphoria. Nothing goes into detail.
Natasha Romanoff:
Natasha has always known in a sense. She never really understood what but she knew something was different about you.
When you tell her, she is immediately supportive and reminds you that no matter what you identify as she loved you all the same.
Immediately asks for your new name and pronouns. Will help you change your name, sheâs got some debts that need to be repaid anyways.
She can and will rudely or passive aggressively correct someone. Unless you tell her not to.
Has punched someone for misgendering you on purpose and she will do it again.
Now, Natasha has a hard time saying how much she absolutely adores you. Which she does with her whole being but youâll know from how much she does for you.
Soft hugs and kisses on the lips or cheek, words of encouragement, words of praise.
She doesnât infantilize you at all, she knows you are more than capable of kicking ass as much as she is but she just wants to pamper you.
She still calls you âbabeâ, âbabyâ, âsweetheartâ. But behind closed doors and in the dark of night she will call you, âbaby boyâ, âprinceâ, âsweet boyâ, âhandsomeâ etc.
If you wear a binder? Sheâs watching the hours. On a mission or at work? Sheâs immediately helping you take it off once at home/somewhere safe.
Top surgery? Sheâs your personal nurse until you get better. Donât point it out cause she will stop.
Donât get me started on the fact sheâs either your personal trainer or she gets Steve to help.
Dysphoria? Sheâs getting big sweaters/hoodies she owns and letting you wear them. They smell like her and it helps you. Let her hold you during those times (if you can handle physical touch).
Wanda Maximoff:
When you first tell her sheâs quiet at first. Sheâs letting you tell her and sheâs trying to understand.
But once she fully understands? Oh boy, you are getting hugged and kissed all over. Sheâs so proud of you and happy that you trust her enough to let her know who you truly are.
She immediately does her research and asks what your new name is and what pronouns you use.
Also very protective of you, but she wonât punch someone outright like Natasha. No she will stare them down and be so passive aggressive itâs not funny.
She has had so many arguments with people over the fact they misgendered you.
Another one who pampers you to hell and back.Â
Go clothes shopping with her, please. Sheâll buy matching outfit sets with you.
Matching jewelry? Yes please.
If youâre wearing a binder, you best bet your bottom dollar that she is also watching the hours. She doesnât want you hurt or injured.
Top surgery? Sheâs also your personal nurse.
Dysmorphia? Sheâs letting you stay in bed and sheâll happily cuddle you.
Calls you different pet names: âbabyâ, âbabeâ, âhandsomeâ, etc
If you just started testosterone and you start to grow facial hair, please let her help you shave. She has such a calming voice and steady hands.
(Lowkey headcanon sheâs watched Pietro shave/helped him shave if he got injured anyways-)
She will teach you if you donât know how.
If Pietro is still alive she asks him about certain clothes or shaving products to help you.
Wife Material đ
Yelena Belova:
Iâm gonna hold your hand when I say this. She loves you to death and she will commit murder for you but she is gonna have to take a minute to understand this.
Not to say she doesnât know or care but she just needs a minute to adjust.
She loves you dearly, even though she doesnât say it much or show it around the others, but if this is who you are, then you are her boyfriend. End of story.
She has also punched and possibly killed people who have misgendered you. The jury is still out on the killing part.
Sheâs not big on PDA but in private she will be all over you from calling you petnames to soft kisses.
She will also personally train you to perfectly punch a transphobe or bigot in the face. (âEyes, nose or throat.â She says)
She thinks you are the strongest and bravest person sheâs met. To say who you are and not care what others think? Sheâs even more in love with you.
Petnames include, âPrinceâ (cause she always says your her âPrince in distressâ), âDarlingâ, âBabeâ, âПодводŃâ (Bear), etc.
Feeling disphoric? Movie night while wearing comfy clothes and staying in bed. Sheâll order your favorite food too.
Wearing a binder for too long? Sheâs on your ass and cussing you out (lovingly) in Russian. Sheâll wait until you get somewhere comfortable to help you take it off but until then? Sheâs cussing you out. Once again, in a loving manner.
Got top surgery? Sheâs not gonna be your personal nurse but she will help if asked. Makes sure to remind you on important things and (secretly) keeps your snacks and drinks stocked up.
She also trains with you. She doesnât go easy, but itâs because she knows your limit and doesnât want you to think she is babying you. So she goes a little too hard. Just tell her to calm down and she will.
Maria Hill:
Maria is another one who also kinda knew. But she wasnât going to say anything because thatâs not her place.
When you finally tell her, she smiles at you. Sheâs happy you trusted her enough to tell her.
She immediately asks for your new name and updates everything in the SHIELD system.Â
Does not play about you getting misgendered. Not that anyone in SHIELD who knew you would but the newer recruits were always somewhat ballsy and trying to get on her good side.Â
When she finds out they are lucky they arenât shot on the spot. Instead she yells and digs into them so much they are nothing but a crying mess. Even Fury didnât step in.
She helps with training and makes sure your new uniform fits perfectly.Â
Knows everything about if your wearing a binder. If you even say your chest hurts and itâs totally unrelated, she is making you take your binder off for a while. She will not take no for an answer.
If you get top surgery, sheâll get (take) a few days off every week while you heal to make sure your doing well and everything is stocked up.
She has shut down someone being openly transphobic to you before and she will do it again. She will be rude but professional about it.
Maria tends to work a lot, so on those bad dysphoric days she will most likely be at work but that doesnât mean she wonât leave you alone. She will rush home if you call her. Fury has told her multiple times that she can go but this is Maria, workaholic to the bone.
If you want to stay in bed? Sheâll stay with you and let you snuggle up to her all you want. She feels bad if she canât rush home to reassure you.
For pet names, I feel she just uses âbabeâ or âdearâ a lot. But in private moments or intimate moments she will call you, âhandsomeâ or âher pretty boyâ.
Sheâs not one for PDA or anything romantic in the front of her peers really but youâve wormed your way into her heart so when she notices your particularly down or upset about something or just life in general, she call you over and let you hug her for however long you need just whispering a soft, âI got you, handsome.â in your ear.
