Roberts: Racism is perfectly acceptable if you simply call it "partisan" legislation.
Racism is racism and legal word games don't change that.
This is the same court that would have written the Dredd Scott (slaves are property) opinion and Plessey versus Ferguson (separate but 'equal' is okay).
They have thrown out the bedrock principle of Stare Decicis that settled law is settled. They write opinions to be as broad as possible.
The Supreme Court simply decided, not that long ago, it had the right to declare laws unconstitutional.
They need to be stripped of that power if they are going to ignore the power of Congress and thus ignore the will of the people who vote for members in Congress. We don't vote for Supreme Court members, they are undemocratic, especially when they are so obviously corrupt and ruling in favor of power and religion.
